Not knowing I asked for well done, and they were, but unfortunately tasteless. I figured it was my fault for asking for Well Done. Today, had the meatloaf mashed potatoes and squash casserole. The meatloaf wasn't traditional, with brown gravy instead of ketchup glaze. It was good, but entirely too salty. I couldn't finish it. It seemed to have dried onions instead of sauteed onions, they were still crunchy. The mashed potatoes was a toss up. I thought they were baked, my friend thought that were instant. Either way they were extremely dry and covered with the same gravy. I chose the side upgrade, squash casserole. Had trouble finding the squash. WAY too much breading, only a sprinkle of shredded cheese on top. Other members of my party enjoyed the shrimp tacos and salmon. They said it was good. Total ticket was $58.00 + 20% tip. The server was nice, but had to round her up to pay. I believe she was working alone, though I'm not certain.
