Everyone at Fort Worth Tire & Service has an incredible attitude. Every single person there is helpful, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. They're genuinely honest people who provide great service at fair--often surprisingly reasonable--prices. When's the last time you left a car or tire repair shop thinking, "They probably could've charged me more"? Instead of that familiar "I just got ripped off" feeling you get at so many places, I always pull out of their parking lot feeling confident and taken care of. And that's rare.

I barely made it to discount tire before the entire thing went flat. There was no nail or visual puncture in my tire, but discount tire showed that the used tire i purchased was damaged and repaired but not up to code, it was temporary plugged rather than plugged and patched (I was not told that it had even been damaged in the first place). The tire was fucked. I called Sam to let him know that my tire gave out in 5 days and he said he couldn't do anything without the flat tire as proof... didn't know when I bought my tire Wednesday that I would have to bring it back flat on Monday. When I explained my situation I was told to "Stop talking" and yelled at in the store. Very demeaning and basically kept talking over me. He begrudgingly refunded me but as a young woman I would never go back here, they will try to take advantage of you. Very disappointed and the damage to my vehicle from a flat tire could have been grave.

Evidently these Goodyear dealers do not use the same system. I told him the warranty was in my vehicle but he said that didn't matter because they do not honor the Goodyear warranty. Said it would be $40 bucks. Huh? Why is your business called Goodyear and have huge signs out front? Anyway. It tried to show them what it says on the Goodyear website: Warranty Information Lifetime Tire Rotation Lifetime Tire Rotation on new tire purchases of Goodyear, Dunlop, and Kelly products. Good for the life of the usable tire tread (2/32"). Present the warranty brochure provided by the dealer at time of purchase at any Tire & Service Network location for a free tire rotation every six months or 6,000 miles. (Vehicles requiring mounting or demounting of tires to perform rotation excluded.) That's when the owner and manager got hostile. Threatening me and calling me cheap. Manager said do you even have a job? I swear if my truck wasn't on that lift he would have seen a whole different side of me. Long story short If you bought Goodyear tires somewhere else they will not honor your warranty. If you call them out you may end up in a fight. I went to Firestone on 12/20 to have a set of four new tires installed along with an alignment. I…read morearrived with an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM, but service did not actually begin until around 3:30 PM and wasn't completed until a little after 6:30 PM. Even after waiting that long, the alignment was not done. I returned on 12/24 to complete the alignment and have the TPMS sensors fixed. Before coming in, I verified that the two rear sensors were out and made that clear to the staff upon arrival. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but service didn't begin until approximately 10:15-10:20 AM. After about three hours, I was told the car was almost finished. Shortly after that, I was informed that the right front TPMS sensor was also out. This was not the case--it was working when I arrived, and I had specifically explained which sensors were out beforehand. The staff did not seem apologetic, and this issue should have been verified by them before starting work on the vehicle. Overall, the customer service could have been much better, and the lack of communication and verification caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
