AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Do not waste your time or money here. I brought my car in because my driver's side window made a cracking noise and wouldn't roll back up. They told me the whole part needed to be replaced -- then ordered the wrong part twice, making me sit in the lobby for almost four hours. After they finally "fixed" it, I noticed my driver's door handle felt a little stiff, but I didn't think much of it since the window was my priority. Not even three months later, the window had the exact same problem again. When I took it back, I specifically asked the young guy at the front desk if there was any warranty, and if not, what the next step would be. He told me it was still under warranty and they'd fix it at no cost to me. After waiting two more hours (conveniently until the lobby was empty), he came back and told me they were going to charge me again because their warranty is only one month. I told him it had been more than 30 days since I first brought it in and that he had already told me there would be no charge since the part was completely replaced. (I paid $300 for the part plus labor!) He then told me to wait again, and after another two hours, he said they "fixed" it and would charge O'Reilly's for the labor since their part was the problem. On my way home, I realized my driver's door wouldn't lock -- the pin stayed all the way up and wouldn't go down. I couldn't lock it with the remote either. So the same day, after being there from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., I went back at around 2:30 p.m. to tell the same guy about the lock issue. They made me wait another hour and a half. When they gave me the car back, the lock pin would only go halfway down, the door handle still wasn't fixed, my automatic window button no longer worked, and now my electric mirror on that same door was dead. To top it off, when the guy inspected it and we closed the door, the entire panel came loose! Whoever worked on my car did a completely lousy job. Now I have a car with: A driver's side door that only locks halfway A broken electric mirror A window button that doesn't work A loose door panel This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. read more

I went in just to have a tire repaired. While there, I thought I'd go ahead and have them run a diagnostic to tell me why my check engine light was on. It had popped up just the day before. Billy first told me it looked like there was a bolt in my tire that made too big of a hole to be repaired; the tire needed to be replaced. I said to go ahead and do that. However, when he took it off the car, he came back and told me, no, it was a wood screw and he would be able to repair it. He also told me the diagnostic revealed an emissions problem (oh great! What's that gonna cost?) He felt sure if they just replaced the gas cap, it would solve the problem. He did that and now it's all fixed!! I am so grateful to him, he was honest when I could have been taken to the cleaners. Ali is another man who works there who is always so nice and polite; answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. I have used this shop already many times; I have always been happy with their work. I highly recommend them. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Went for an alignment. Suddenly my cv axle is leaking grease and a control arm is loose after the entire front end had just been replaced. Overcharged $425 for a new cv axle. Drive away and the wheel they worked on now glows red hot. The Indian guy who owns the business refuses to take responsibility and said he doesn't believe customers or honor their warranty or it would put him out of business. Do NOT take your car here. Its amazing what happens when the owner gets involved in the business. Amir was so so, yet the owner? My man got it done. He was able to coordinate a time with his preferred glass company to arrive the next day for our appointment (10AM). I arrived at 9:55, and the glass company arrived at 377 Auto Care on time at 10. 45 minutes later, my vehicle had its windshield replaced without incident. VSC and TRAC OFF lights came on after the alignment brake had to go back and ask for a second alignment with report Excessive wait time (I was initially told 1 hour, waited there 2.5 hours and left after they told the the wrong brake parts were delivered). Took my Bronco to get it lifted, Did a 6" lift and had my own lift. He quoted me $900 with alignment and taxes. Said it will take within a day or two day the most. Ended up finding out that they took my Bronco to a different unknown shop in Irving. After a week later, they told me it was ready. When I picked it up, he told me the total was $1200 because it needed some bolts, kept asking witch ones and couldn't explain me right what they were. As soon as i left the shop, the truck was vibrating nonstop on my way to work. The drive shaft snapped off on the highway putting my life at risk. Didn't make a big deal about it, and spent another $290 to get it towed to my house. Spend another $160 to get my drive shaft repaired, got it fixed and snapped again the same day I got it repaired. After doing an online research, they did a sloppy, lazy, terrible job installing my rear end lift. After i did all my research, I called the shop and explained to them all I went through, After all it happened, I was still being cool and patient about the situation. Told them about all the money that I spend because they installed wrong. Then the guy tell's me to call the shop where they got it transferred to because they didn't do it, I was like, "I took it and dropped off at your shop and paid your shop why should I call them"??? They removed some of my stock parts to replace it with some cheap AutoZone shit... After him getting his self out of it I was already loosing my patience and just called the other shop my self. I called the other shop and the guy was just arguing with me saying that If i want it fixed, I need to pay extra And that they're not fixing anything. That he's a know shop in DFW and all this crap and he knows what he's doing..... after spending so much money, gave them business before taking my Bronco, sending referrals to them. DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE!!!! Total scams charging you for a service and then takes them elsewhere to get the job done. I will file a case to BBB and hopefully they get what they deserve. read more

Went in to have my brakes looked at. The truck was pulling to the left when you hit the brakes. The guy Amir calls me a few hours later and says, "I inspected your brakes and they are 100%. There's no problem with them brakes. You need new tie rods and all new bushings in the front end." I said ok, and you're sure that's the problem? How much? He said, "$950, but that will fix the problem." I about choked. So the next day I get a call. He says, "Hey, I need to change the caliper. You're caliper on the passenger side is not working at all." I said, "Hold up. You told me yesterday that you went through the brakes and they were 100%. And that the problem was the tie rods and bushings. Now you're telling me that the problem is in the brakes? Exactly where I told you it was from the beginning." He says, "Yes, but that was just from me looking at them." I have all of this on video by the way. So I said, "So you did a $1,000 worth of work that didn't need to be done because you didn't inspect what I told you to fix from the very beginning?" So the story gets even better. I leave and tell him to call me when it's fixed. I get a call the next day from another guy telling me they've gone thru everything on the truck and they can't fix the problem, but I now owe them $1,250 for the work. Work that didn't even need to be done. Now I'm $1,250 less in my pocket and have a truck that is still pulling left when I hit the brakes. DO NOT USE 377 Auto Care for anything. These guys aren't qualified to rotate tires. read more

I wish ZERO stars was an option; unfortunately it's not. Brought my '03 Accord in for an alignment because I just had brand new upper and lower control arms, sway bar links, ball joints, and outer tie rods replaced a few days prior. Naturally, the vehicle needed to be aligned after that. The idiot (Edd) working the alignment machine on 6/16/20 took me out to the shop and pointed to my rack and pinion, saying it was "bad" but that he did the alignment anyway. And showed me this little print out what he supposedly did. I paid and left the shop knowing he was trying to swindle me into buying something I know I don't need because guess what. I had it checked and no, I don't need a new R&P. Anyway, I got 100ft away from the shop before hooking a U-turn and pulling back into the shop because my steering wheel was farther off now than it was before I stopped in! He told me to get my rack replaced, then he'd redo the alignment for free. Any common imbecile knows not to perform the service, if something is wrong and going to hinder the service useless. So why would he do the service unless he really knew the rack was totally fine? Exactly. So I left the shop again, and finally got my husband involved. Eventually, Allen told my husband that he would issue me a refund for this horrid experience. This place is a JOKE. Do NOT go to this shop. They will refuse to help you, and then charge you for something they didn't even do! Not to mention attempting to exploit women, in the way of trying to sell parts I don't need. But broke my ac line, broke my battery cables, they broke my exhaust and didnt use new motor mounts, so those broke as well! Been coming to these guys since they opened. They were great at first. This last visit was very disappointing to say the least. They're trying to "SCAM" everyone that tries to get an inspection. They try saying the vehicles don't pass inspection just to upsell you on parts and or labor. I've noticed that they especially do it to non English speakers or non fluent English speakers. They take advantage of the language barrier, and by no means is that okay. I even tested them and sent the same car they've been inspecting for me for two years with a Spanish speaking friend and they would not pass it because "it needed work done and the window tint was too dark". The legal tint in Texas is 25%, and I have mine at 30%. There's no question that these guys have turned into scammers. I used to recommend everyone I knew to this place. Never will I ever recommend or come to this place again. read more

I went into this place last week, a woman, by myself, asking to have my brakes replaced and an oil change. I was greeted outside immediately and when I explained the bad shape my breaks were in, having traveled form WA state 3 months prior, the person I spoke with mentioned it may be rotors as well. I mentioned that someone told me I may not have rotors. he was kind and explained that every car has them. :) I then thought "here we go though, they'll take me for all they can". Well it turned out being the pads only and less expensive than my mind had made it out to be. The speed with which they completed my oil change & brakes was insane! That all took them 45 minutes to an hour and I was a WALK -IN at around 4:15 pm. Another customer was in the lobby with me and said that he wouldn't go anywhere else for his car needs now that he'd been there. I feel the same now. Courteous, helpful, honest, and FAST! I took my car in for repairs on August 2 2018. I knew what was the matter because I had taken it to another car repair service. I told the guy named eddie what the problem was and he replied, "No, that is not the problem. You just need a complete tune up." He went ahead and did the tune up for $600.00. When I went back to pick the car up, he said,"I have bad news and good news. It is the computer in your car it is bad." I had told him that was the problem to begin with. He said it would cost another $400.00 plus $100.00 to get it fixed. I gave him the money and he took the car. Two week went by and I called to see how the repairs were going. Eddie said that he was working on it and it would be ready by the end of the week. I called Friday and he said that the part was the wrong one and he sent it back. Another week went by and still no car. He said he was working on it. I kept calling every week with no answer. After 7 weeks I told him to bring the car and my money back. No answer from him. I text him that I was going to call the police to report the car stolen. He replied,"The car is not running I had to get the part from California and I need to get someone from California to set the codes so the car can run." I told him I needed the car and to bring it back to me now. He said he would have it to me by that night. He called that night and said to go with him to get my car it was in Arlington TX. I said no I needed my now. Two hours later he text me to go to get my car in Arlington at K&M Motors. I went the next day and the car had a flat tire, the deck lid was open and wet from the rain. there was trash all in side the car and my X lug wrench and air compressor were missing. I asked the guy at K&M where was my money and he said, "I don't know about no money." So up to this date I have a car that was not fixed and I'm out of &1100.00 that 377 CarCare will not give back to me. read more
