When my doctor recommends that I take a supplement that I have not tried before, instead of standing for hours to do a deep dive the owners/managers seem to be very knowledgeable. I consider them an asset to society. I have been coming here for years. The place is run down, so do not expect a posh bistro style lighting with some fancy decor. It is bare minimum metal shelves and isles of products. It is most likely 20+ years old place that has never been renovated. A family owned "Whole Foods" type of place with better service and no fancy shelving. The shopping center where the place is located has plenty of parking.
