This place is great ! It's very on - the -go but also cute and welcoming inside so I stayed to eat . It's like a subway/chipotle style of fresh Asian bowls . Food is very flavorful and feels healthy ! I got the bulgogi bowl and it was delish . Service was fast and friendly too. Highly recommend . I tried their mango ice tea also and it was so good !
THIS IS A POP-UP KITCHEN... I am very unclear of how food is prepared, and the conditions that food is kept in at this establishment, I'm not sure if the owner is operating out of an apartment, but I ordered from AZN THROUGH DOORDASH... when my food arrived it looked like what I ordered when I opened my Ramen, THERE WAS A COCKROACH floating on the top of the ramen broth.
Sunday night my wife & I were walking through downtown looking for a new place to try and we spotted AZN on the Prominade. From the outside signage it looked intriguing so.we ventured inside. Decided to use the kiosk tomorrow since we knew it'd take us awhile. We decided on the Shanghai Bowl with shrimp and the Beijing Bowl with spicy crispy chicken. To drink a Peach fruit tea and a Mango fruit tea. My wife had the Shanghai, her only complaint was they didnt tell her the avocados weren't ripe so she didnt get them atop her meal. Otherwise she really enjoyed the bowl. I had the Beijing and the chicken was tender, had the perfect crispness and the flavor was amazing. Both the teas were refreshing and really hit the spot. They offer a wide selection of bowls, fresh juices, teas. When we did have a question the staff was very helpful and willing to answer all our questions. Street parking is tough, paid meter or parking garage seems to be the only choices but for a good meal I dont mind paying a few bucks to park
My colleague got food here few times while back so I decided to check them out. So far I ate here twice, on Fridays, when I tagged along with the rest of my coworkers and walked to the farmers market in DTLB on Fridays. Both times I got their salmon and my base was mostly just salad and half vermicelli noodle. Service was great! The flavor/marinate sauce on the grilled salmon was good though but the salmon overall was just okay. I think overall their veggies ingredients are super fresh and good quality. Overall, just a very healthy option for lunch in general..
My first time here. Only 1 ordering kiosk, I saw 3 employees standing behind the counter and not one acknowledged or greeted anyone coming in. No visible assistance from staff so went ahead to try and order from the QR posted on the wall off to the right when entering. Saw that a family was taking a long time ordering while we waited and attempted to order from phone. Still no acknowledgement from anyone. Finally tried to input my debit card and the ordering via QR doesn't work. Would process card even though the information for zip code was correct after several alerts saying it was the incorrect zip code. Finally gave up and walked up to the register. Told the girl that the QR ordering doesn't work and she proceeds to tell me that we can order on the kiosk. I'm simply dumbfounded by this comment. I couldn't even look at her face as I proceeded to pay.customer service here is TERRIBLE. I can see why there aren't a lot of folks coming in. I won't be coming here anymore.
Great custom bowls to order. I ordered the salmon bowl and we ordered the bulgogi fries for the table. Food was fresh and flavorful. Would definitely come back.
We tried this place for first time tonight and we were pleasantly surprised with the results. This place is yummy! The food was good, tasted fresh and the portions are hearty. The service was friendly, helpful with my questions and quick. The restaurant was small, cute and clean. Overall super good spot. We definitely will be back.
Newly opened healthy, cheap, and Asian-inspired casual eats spot! I visited this spot looking for a healthy and refreshing treat after a greasy meal and the smoothie from here hit the spot! I got the strawberry banana smoothie and it was great! The smoothie texture was smooth and not icy. I liked the fresh and tasty strawberry and banana flavors and it wasn't tart at all. I got 100% sugar and it was sweet, so I'd maybe get a lower sugar frequency if I were to have this again. I also liked the strawberry jam smeared on the sides of the cup. The smoothie was also pretty large, so a good deal for around $6-$7 . This spot also offers a lot of other options other than smoothies. My friend got one of their juices and she said it was good and healthy tasting. It was also a good large sized portion. They have a build your own bowl station with Asian-inspired ingredients. Everything was at a good value, so I would definitely visit again to try their bowls. The interior was nice and had a kiosk that you could order from. They have private bathrooms as well. For parking, there's a parking lot next to the restaurant that you can park at for 2 hours for free. Overall, I'd say this a spot worth checking out if you're looking for a cheap and healthy option in the Long Beach area.

You select a base bowl or choose your own, add toppings of your choice, and you're good to go. Location needs improvement with doors being open and allowing flies in. Onions and cucumbers need to be more finely cut, it seems that they might be cut by hand, which seems like extra work in the game of prep. Last complaint is that bulgogi sauce being $1 is a bit tough, specially for the size. Staff is fast and ready to assist you with any questions. I believe they are trained well since they shown a lot of improvement from the opening week to now. Definitely a staple for lunch or dinner home.

We got the egg rolls, house salad along with three drinks and not disappointed. The part I loved the most was the manager showed us everything.... cannot wait to go back.
Always come here for lunch when I'm in the mood for something healthy or craving their fresh juices. Lots of options you can choose from or that you can tweak to your liking. Place is always clean and has decent amount of tables inside. Service is always great. They're are always nice and easy to talk to when you have a question about their food. I've had all their juices, love their morning glory and take me there, as well as their 3-day detox. I've had their Singaporean bowl, Shanghai bowl, Bangkok bowl - my fav, crispy bao, kimchi fries, & chicken wings. All solid.

Hidden gem for build your own bowls and boba! We got the Galbi bowl, and the Galbi was cooked to perfection and flavorful with the kimchi on the side. We also got their "small shareable" chicken wings - which were definitely BIG SHAREABLE! Ten delectably crispy fried chicken wings that are larger than life! Wings came with a side of gochujang style sauce, spicy mayo, and a savory thin sauce (reminded me of Hainan style sauce)! Not only is their food generous, but their boba slaps! We got their seasonal grape slush which was so refreshing for a hot day. My only critique is that all of the dishes were a bit salty. Service was super nice! There were 2 servers with man buns (sorry! I didn't get their names!). They were kind with ordering and brought out our food to our table. Good quality healthy bowls for a great price! We tried the classic Seoul bowl (bulgogi) and the Taiwan bowl (shredded pork) and both were delicious. We did have to pay $1 extra for one of the sauces but also tried the free sauce which I actually preferred. Also tried their lychee fruit drink and it was so refreshing. My only complaint would be that it was really cold in there so it was a little bit uncomfortable to eat especially when it was already chilly outside. Not that it needed to be warm in there but room temperature would've been nice. I think maybe it's because some of the veggies were out on the counter? Lastly, it got busy on an early Friday night and only one person was making all the bowls so there was a wait. read more

Really great service and it's very spacious and nice inside. Having food and boba is great and the selections are good! The food itself is really good and the drinks too! It's nice they gave us the excess. Bathrooms are clean and the parking is free the first 2 hours in the garage nearby! Come by if you're in Long Beach and want to try something new. read more

My first visit after walking at The Market. The staff is friendly. The restaurant has a wide and nice variety of food and beverages. I ordered the Hokkaido Salad Bowl and it was delicious and was a generous portion. You also get a very trendy reusable lunch bag that keeps your food warm. I definitely recommend this place. I will be a regular now and look forward in exploring the menu. read more
I've walked past this spot so many times and finally decided to step in. The vibe reminds me a little of Flame Broilerbut better. I haven't tried the food yet, but I did stop in for juice. I ordered the Morning Glory, which came in the cutest little bottle, and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a visit! read more
Wanted to like this, love the concept but not the actual meal. Staff super cute and cheerful but didn't really help me decide what to eat. Ordered a Tokyo chicken rice bowl, didn't know it would be soggy steamed dark meat. Salad part was fresh, salad dressing was good. Liked the crunchy fresh veggie toppings but ugh that chicken. The plain sweet teriyaki flavor of the chicken didn't help, perhaps not the best menu choice. Sauce of choice was spicy mayo which I also didn't enjoy. Left much of this meal behind. read more

I tried this place the other day after previously passing by and noticing it was no longer the Crab Shack. After a quick glance at the menu, I knew I'd definitely need to come back to try it. When we walked in, there were two people working behind the glass. We weren't greeted, but we figured we would just wait patiently. A few moments later, we still weren't acknowledged and they continued to work away and chat. So we started to walk around a bit, and that's when we noticed an ordering kiosk. I'm totally fine with a kiosk order situation, it was just behind us as we entered and we didn't know it was there. It would have been great if there was at least some signage for first timers because 1. we had no clue and 2. the staff seemed too busy to greet or help us. Idk, working on to go orders maybe? As we completed our order on the kiosk, a kind lady (maybe an owner or manager) came and asked if we had questions or needed help. At that point we didn't, but it was very kind of her to ask. Again, we had no clue how the set up was. Interestingly enough, a couple folks came in after us and were helped by staff at the counter. I'm still not sure if the kiosk is standard or optional. Our order was brought to our table fairly quickly, but while we waited we enjoyed the space. Several TVs, exposed brick wall, plants separating some of seating. The bathroom was pretty clean as well and requires a key code for entry. As for our order, I wanted to try a bit of everything as usual lol. However we settled on the following: -The New Beijing bowl with brown rice and extra kimchi -The Seoul Bowl with white rice and edamame -chicken egg rolls -Fresh watermelon juice -Mango fruit tea with Boba Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of food and portions. My brother got his tea at 50% sweetness and found it perfect. My watermelon juice tasted fresh also. We both were hesitant to get the egg rolls because sometimes egg rolls can be too greasy. These weren't. We were super hungry so we opted for rice, but I love how you can also get salad instead. I'll definitely be back for lunch. I appreciate a quick meal that isn't complete trash and feels semi-healthy. If that's of interest to you, definitely give this place a try. read more

Strong flavors and decent prices! The bowls taste authentic and only thing I wish was that they didn't charge extra for the 2 best sauces lol. And they could also beef up the bowls a bit more in terms of both rice and veggies and meat/toppings. We got the Seoul Bowl and the Bangkok Bowl, and they were both delicious. I can't handle spice well but was able to take the Seoul Bowl, but be warned the Bangkok is very very spicy. Would def come back again to try some of their other bowls. read more

Normally the taste of the food is not bad, but I have to rate it this low because I found a large living and moving fly in my to go order. It was mixed into the food and crawled out when I scooped some rice. I am horrified because I almost ate it. Luckily I saw something moving and took a closer look! Edit: I brought the container back and was offered a refund and to remake the food. I'm happy with the resolution and moved my rating from 1 star to 3 stars! read more

First time here and I was seriously impressed. The New Beijing Bowl with spicy crispy chicken was packed with flavor and had the perfect crunch. The Shanghai Bowl surprised me! the shrimp was super juicy and tasted amazing. Wings were solid too -- crispy outside, tender inside, and seasoned just right. And don't sleep on the avocado mango smoothie! Creamy, not too sweet, and super refreshing. read more

Very solid quick bite lunch spot. Great customization and options for all tastes. Our bowl was wonderfully fresh and had great pickling to some veg. Would love more sauce work or spice but very light and satisfying. Bulgogi fries were wonderful with perfect amount of kimchi flavor. Not pictured but we had spicy wonton ramen, tasted like a jushed up ramen pack but still tasty and dumplings were nicely executed. Fruit teas are wonderfully refreshing and been a great substitute for more milky refreshing drinks this summer. read more

The service is top notch, super friendly and helpful employees who are passionate about helping out make the right choices. They have a kiosk that also walks you through the process. Looked up this place and decided to order ubereats. I got the Beijing Spicy crispy chicken bowl and a Thai smoothie, My ONLY "complaint" is that my chicken was not at all crispy, it was soft. The drive from AZN to my home is about 8minutes so I'm not sure if it would have lost all of its crispiness during that car ride which makes me think this was just how it was cooked. So although I was expecting crispy chicken, The food was still amazing!! My mom and I quickly were impressed and have now made AZN our go to spot for bowls. The portions are great, I couldn't finish the whole bowl. And I love how you can choose the sugar level for your drinks. The food also comes in a Reusable insulated to go bag which is pretty cool to me! Very impressed with AZN, So glad I found it! read more

Just tried out this new place in Long Beach and I have to admit that I was really amazed by the taste of the Lou Ruo Fan (Braised Pork dish). For $9.95, it also comes with egg and u can add many things on. I've been waiting for a Lou Ruo Fan place to show up in LBC/OC area and this definitely is worth it. Will be back to try out more dishes. You also get this really cool tote bag. read more

This is a cool, mellow little spot on the Promenade worth coming to! The food servings are generous, I feel you get your money's worth for sure. As for the quality, overall very flavorful, especially if you add some of their house made sauces (I added the Spicy Mayo & Spicy Korean Gochujang to mine). The service was great also, you can either order through the Kiosk or directly with the cashier. The food is served fairly quickly, yet not rushed. I ordered the Seoul Rice Bowl and made a few customizations to mine to get it exactly how I like it, with extra Kimchi Slaw! Will be back for sure. read more

I ordered from here online and picked it up, the staff were really friendly! The portions were good sizes and the food was tasty. I love that all the bowls are gluten free as someone who can't have gluten it's a great option for those you can't have gluten. There lots of seating inside, and also dog friendly.. PS: I like that the green to go bag is reusable and can keep food hot or cold. read more
