They were fantastic and I loved dipping them in the side of consommé. The chips were fresh and hot. And I would compose a sonnet to that queso dip if I knew how to compose a sonnet. It was out-of-this-world delicious. The distillery is large and echoey, which means it can get loud when there's a musical act performing. There's a fun selection of board games in the back corner near the restrooms, so we played Apples to Apples Jr with our son.
