I am very furious right now not only am I paying for a vehicle that does not run that I bought May 15th 2021 and since the second week I've had this car first the brake line was completely destroyed almost got into an accident with my child in the car so I came out of pocket $700 to fix that also the lender did not inform me that my tag was there at their office and let my temporary tag expire before they let me know and now it's been two and a half weeks and my car is not drivable I came out thinking it was the battery I replace the battery not the battery I replaced the alternator it's not the alternator I replaced the starter it is not the starter they sold me a car that I now have put $1,200 into getting it fixed, but I'm also still making payments and I have been ahead I paid for the down payment plus $500 extra dollars towards the car when I bought it then I got the text tag and title paid off within a week and I keep making my payments and yet nothing is being done about my car and they sold my loan off to another company which is very sketchy as well after I reported to them that the car was not drivable and the brake line was faulty. These people are the absolute worst dealer u can go to the owner Al which looks like a A pedophile is a con artist they sold me a lemon truck . Then had the nerve to tell me that I knew that it was a lemon when I drove it they asked me to drive it on the side street near the shop where I couldn't even get it up to 45 mph . They advised me to go get a diagnostic on the truck when I did the code came up as a misfire I informed the salesman about it they said that they will take care of paying for spark plugs and coils just pay for it to get done. I took the truck to my mechanic and later found out that I had a cracked head in the second cylinder I hurried and informed them that the engine was blown they told me to drop it off that following Monday or Tuesday after the Friday when I bought the truck they had a truck for now over three weeks and still isn't done told me multiple times that the truck will be finish at least six times within the 3+ weeks the guy even told me it'll be done within the first week I have a pregnant girlfriend aswell , And they can care less about that. They gave me a 1998 Ford cargo van to work out of but the damn doors don't even open to get into the back nor does the AC work. My girlfriend also has appointments I have to take her to and they expect me to take her and that it barely runs they recently informed me that the motor is put back together But now something w the water pump went wrong yet I still have to wait few more days for tht to get fixed . They told me to try back with them Tuesday, so I call that Tuesday and now they have another excuse saying that they had to test drive it and now today Friday all of a sudden they have to program the throttlebody it's going to take 3 more days ! now that they have the truck running properly and strong they suggest to give me my money back of course to resell the truck for a larger amount do not trust these people they are peasants looking for a quick buck read more

I hated to even give this place one star. I went to their Seffner location to look at a 1986 Pontiac Fiero. It said "Low Mileage" (62,000). well that turned out to be a lie. The odometer read 67,500, but that wasn't the worst of it. I drove it for at least 5 miles and the odometer never moved. The tachometer didn't work, the gas gauge didn't work the oil gauge light kept coming on, and when I put the directional signal on, the windshield wipers went on. The clutch grabbed almost at the top of the pedal, so be prepared to put a new clutch in it if you buy it and the suspension was terrible.. When I asked Albis how much they wanted for it, he said $4,950. When I got back from driving it, he said they wanted $3,950. Even if you could get this car for $2,000, you'd spend triple that and more to get it in good drive-able condition. I've heard a lot of stories about that place and I guess they were all true. Went on a Friday, pick out a ford ranger, salesman Lindsey "AKA" LJ, told him a/c needed fixing, front end had play, needed keys for lock gas cap, keys for locked rack on top, needed radio installed, and right head light not working. Promised by him everything would be working and fixed. Broke down on way home on I-4, called told him could not get gas because cap has no key. He said cheaper for us for you if you tear it off and we will replace it. Well took truck back to them and called spoke to young boy "Manager" named Danny" he stated that I could not speak to Al 'Owner" of 3-d motors and that they were only going to do tune up on truck. People go else where, right now I've contacted a lawyer. These people buy at low cost and do not check these vehicles, just wash, vacuum and sell. Don't go there I put 1500.00 down and the engine blew a week later and then they took 2 weeks to fix it and then I get it back for a week and the motor is still running like crap. And then they press me for more money and payments while I have a piece shit of a truck. And your screwed with after you drive off the lot. I waited 2 weeks and stopped making payments which was total of $80.00 was my balance, So they would fix the ac and then I wake up to go to work and my truck is gone because they came in middle of the night and repoed it because I was $80.00 behind and then they tell me it's $500.00 repo fee with a storage fee of $150.00 over having a $80.00 dollar balance even though I just paid over $2000.00 over the last 2 months for a truck where the motor blew up after a week of getting it. So I have to pay $700.00 to get it back which psh scam. Oh and if I want to get my stuff out of my truck I have to pay $50.00 and give them the key. The dealership on the other hand won't talk to me and are avoiding me and telling me if I come to the dealership I will be arrested for trespassing.
