I was hesitant going here because the tacos are expensive! I can see that you really only need two tacos as that should suffice. The only thing worth coming back for food wise would be the Mac and Cheese. The real reason why I would come back is to try all the craft beers and play all the board games they offer. Neat place to hang out with some buddies.

Lots of beer options to choose from, they have some cider and a mead too. You can play games too while you're there!

The reviews brought me in. Good little neighborhood joint for great beers and excellent tacos. Their inside was pretty quiet at 4pm so we sat outside and there wasn't a ton of audible road noise which I appreciated. The patio has what feels like equal if not more seating than inside. There's a park across the street to watch your older kids play if you want to send them off still within eyeshot. We enjoyed the chips and queso, Cajun fries (amazing!!), 4 tacos (ranked in order from most fav to good: Nashville hot, barbacoa, shrimp po boy, bahn mi). Def will be back if I need a quick place in the area on the way home.

With a quick search of restaurants in the area we chose 3 flights up and it did not disappoint. The food was all delicious and the tacos come STUFFED. I had the shrimp taco and black bean taco and both were delicious. Hummus and naan was beautifully plated. My dad ordered the avocado fish and chicken tortilla soup and he was surprised at how delicious the chicken tortilla soup was! (Avocado fish was great too). From the few convos I overheard there are lots of regulars that come here and I can see why. Chill spot. Great music playing on speakers. Employee was very pleasant and friendly. Quick service! If In the area again. We will stop in. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the tacos were a little pricier than I'd like but they are filling and delicious so still give it a try

Fantastic place. I've ordered from here many times now. The chicken Tikka and the beef fajita tacos are my favorite. The queso was okay but the macaroni bites were so good. The samosas were light, crispy, and flavorful as well. The tacos here are really good. I'll definitely order from here when I am in the mood for tacos.

This place has beer. They also have tacos. They have other things, too. Like wine and cider and samosas. But the big draw here is beer and tacos. Around 30 taps of mostly local craft beer and a handful of nontraditional tacos like Chicken Tikka or Buffalo Chicken. Opinions may differ, but I would say the primary reason to go here is because you like beer and want to fill your growler or enjoy a flight or two of what's new locally. This isn't really a place you go to have a meal and try a beer. It's a place where you go to try some beer and you're happy that they have food with a foodie flair so you can get a bite at the same time in the same location (unlike most of the suburban growler fill spots). The beer selection is good--not excellent. In my experience, the best selection in the far northern 'burbs is at Taps & Caps in Lewisville, but they also have the least tables which makes it a lame place to hang out with a group. Other places (Cork & Growler, Thirsty Growler, etc) have space and a good beer selection, but they don't have food. So this place kind of hits a spot that the others don't. Bonus that the staff seems friendly and laid back. Probably because it's the suburbs. That's not always a guarantee in Dallas proper where you might run into Johnny Beer Snob who is a little too condescending and aloof for someone working in the service industry.

Food isn't the best. But drinks on tap are wonderful. I wish there were more normal tacos. The tacos are all weird.

Definitely an adult place, not for families with kids. Looks like a great place to drink though.

A must try if you like cold craft beer and good food. Freshest ingredients, best selection of beer, great staff. 'Nuff said!

The beans were on point. Service wasn't super quick, but the staff was friendly. I'd definitely come back to try more. First of all the customer service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. The cashier lowkey seemed annoyed as soon as I walked in. She wasn't like rude but she wasn't particularly nice either. Also, the pricing is kinda sketchy. They have a sign saying that the pricing they have up isn't accurate and is subject to change with inflation, which, I understand, but still. Even though it was kind of a red flag, I was already committed to the adventure! Plus, as much as I love food, I have no problem paying a premium for anything as long as the food is fantastic/the overall experience is worth it. I wanted to try a few things so I got the taco plate which comes with three tacos, and rice and beans and then I ordered two additional tacos a la carte so I could try other protein options. So the taco plate + 2 additional tacos (5 tacos total) up being $22.72. Which - seemed kinda wild, but whatever, obviously at this point, my expectations are through the roof! I got the Fajita Beef, Fajita Chicken, Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Barbacoa tacos. Unfortunately, none of them blew me away. The rice and beans were standard. The salsas were solid, as well, and extremely spicy! The fajita beef was the most flavorful of all the protein options, but everything else was just okay. Edible, yes. Fantastic? Absolutely not. I actually had to add more seasoning to each protein when I got home. Also, I noticed that, (with the exception of the fajita beef), the meat on the tacos was somehow pretty dry while the taco was greasy at the same time. Not sure how that's even possible. The Al pastor was the most disappointing. Not only was the flavor lacking, but it didn't come with pineapple, which is typically my favorite part. Also, nothing on the receipt was itemized, so I don't even know how much the taco plate was or if I was even charged correctly. For the price, I was expecting this to be an above average experience, but unfortunately, it was not. Definitely a bummer because I've been looking for a really good, tucked away, taco gem in the area, but baby this is NOT the one!

I really like to see local businesses do well. We finally got a group together to check out this…read moretaco place tucked away in the old Kroger shopping center. Here's the good stuff: they are open on Sundays and you can BYOB. We brought frozen daiquiris from down the road. Oh and the barbacoa tacos were good, not overly fatty, very tender , and they didn't skimp on the filling. The not-so-great parts: You order a the counter and they bring your food out on paper plates. Some items had prices listed, some didn't. Very confusing menu to say the least. We got the nachos with fajita meat and while they looked amazing, the chips were beyond stale, like they've been sitting around forever. And the queso was a watery soup. The Duranguesa tacos were so greasy, we never got past the first bite. Pass on these. The camarones a la diabla had zero heat, the sauce was weirdly sweet and watery, like a tomato soup. The rice was fine but bland. And instead of tortillas, it came with two rock hard pieces of toast. Harder than croutons ! Not even their watered down bland salsas could save this dish. Overall nothing our table ordered tasted good. Everything was bland and put together in a lazy way with the worst quality ingredients. Really disappointing experience. For now, I'm not planning on returning. I'll wait to see if other reviewers have a better experience. But for now it's a hard pass.
