It's hard being a craft beer wife . I get dragged across the state to various breweries and draft houses . I usually get treated rudely by dudes with beards, left to starve for lack of food service , and get bored to tears as they discuss hop varieties. That is why this place was so pleasantly refreshing . The people were friendly and prompt , and I did not get a colossal eye roll when I asked for a Diet Coke . The food was good and there was a large variety of choices ( not only stale pretzels ). They host tons of events like trivia and bingo , it seemed like something was going on all the time . In my opinion , this small batch brewery is doing everything right . The Hubby also said the beer was fantastic ( he had the Hazed and Confused New England IPA) . Cool atmosphere. I thought the food was average, not overly impressed, but not bad. It's just with so many great choices in this town, restaurants have to up their game to be a place that stands out when it comes to food quality. I'm not a drinker, but it seems like it would be a cool place for the younger crowd to go have a few beers. Beers are just ok for our liking. But a nice place to go. We have been several times -- bartenders not real friendly and sometimes seem overwhelmed with beer and food orders. Great deals on beer and food! 3 keys has specials during the week that keep my friends and I coming back. There's a $10 2 tacos and 2 beer night and Wednesdays, and a half off college student night as well. Love the half off, it's so hard to find craft beer at that price! The beer is great here too. They have excellent IPAs and I great selection of styles year round. They had a Bourbon barrel aged stout that was incredible! Inside the brewery is nice and clean, big tables for eating and drinking with friends. read more

We have been here twice and have the following comments. We like the variety of beers and they have a good burger. The pork tacos were dry since they were not served with any extra sauce. Black beans were dry and crusty way overcooked. Both times the service has been SLOW. Sitting at the bar we often had to wait or flag down the bartender. Since they do not have servers they are at the end waiting on people placing orders. Last night we sat outside since the inside was full. We had to wait until a table was empty. The place was not full but the large tables should be cut in half so we could have sat at a table. People sat in the middle and took up the whole table. The other empty tables had dirty glasses and plates. With the concept of no servers we actually spent less money since we did not want to get up and wait in line for another beer. The people delivering food did not smile. Nor did they explain why one meal was not delivered. We had to get silverware from another table since ours had none. When they came by to take plates they never asked if we were done, just assumed no smile, nothing said and took them. Does not matter how good the beer is the consistent poor service is what we remember. After Jeffs comments he missed the point. My pork tacos were dry and no extra sauce. If they had sauce I would have given positive comments like I did about the burger. We get the self serve model and do go to other places that have it. Unfortunately the service people they have interacting with tables are not friendly people. With this attitude we will go to other places that care about feedback! read more

We've been here a few times with the family, it's a fun spot. Very reasonably priced food with good indoor and outdoor seating and a ton of board games to play. They have a nice outdoor deck with pet friendly seating. The pizzas are great and would also recommend the pulled pork on waffles. fun place and great vibe. They don't have table service so you have to order at the bar, sometimes can take a while to order when busy. Only other knock is the football table is crooked and has sloped also has some broken handles, would be nice if they fixed the football table. But overall a great spot and a nice addition to the area to have a family friendly place to grab eats and beers. read more

Discovered this place while hunting for lunch during a tough week. Staff is incredibly nice, the food is great and is ready quickly. Veteran Owned & Operated, which is an added plus. As a follow-up to my review, I wanted to add something that happened today. The owner read my review, and then showed up at my work today very irate at me because of my review, he was rude to my staff and rude towards me. I tried to explain to him my review was honest and that they should take the constructive criticism and try to improve. He was so mad as he insisted that I wanted him, a veteran to fail, and if he is that big a HOT HEAD, and does not know how to take constructive criticism then they for sure will fail. As a business owner his actions tell a very big tale. As I said in my previous review of this establishment, the décor is good, the beer is fine as this is their specialty. They need to improve on the food, service, and attention to detail is the only thing they need to firm up. This is probably great for a bar, but we aren't drinkers and wanted to try the food because we heard it was great. There was no place to sit inside and the only thing they do is bring your order to you. No drink refills or taking your order, not your typical restaurant. Went there with a group of 7 people to try the beer and food. Nice selection of beer but the food is another story. Several of the group ordered chili as a side. It was obviously burnt. Another had the beer, bacon, chicken and waffle sandwich. They advertise the chicken as baked and breaded. It was the consistency of a breaded patty you get out of a box in the frozen food section. He took two bites then took it back to the counter. He got an apology but they still left it on the bill. Three of us ordered nachos. I ordered before most of the others. Everyone was finished with their entrees and I never got mine. I went to the counter and told them to cancel the order since it never came. I ate scraps of the other's plates. We were about to leave and they walk out with the nachos I canceled. I told them to take them back. Probably not going to try this place again. read more

I never wished harder that Gordon Ramsey would show up, because this place was a nightmare, the kind of nightmare where you are in front of your high school English class reading your book report and look down to realize that you're in your underwear and your biggest crush is pointing at you and laughing, just simply embarrassing. It's a brewery that apparently has none of it's own beers on tap, has a very limited menu that they can't even get right, no deep fryer which means they can't make any of the simplest and most expected bar foods, not enough TVs to watch a game on, and horrible cheap seating made from plumbing pipe and 2x4s. I'm all for small businesses, but this place needs a wake up call, get it together because you stink! read more

I love the atmosphere at 3 Keys. I'm not a beer drinker, but my husband tells me that it's very good. I wish that they had more of a wine selection. My family really enjoys the board games, the giant Jenga and the comfortable feel of the place. This is a place where you can keep yourself entertained for hours. Went here last night. The staff is truly the family that started this great place and they are super nice. You can sample any beer and my boyfriend and I were very impressed. We had hamburgers for supper and they were very good. Only suggestion I can add is the blue cheese dressing for the salad tasted store bought - make homemade! Oh, and another GREAT thing is they are DOG FRIENDLY! We didn't bring our dogs last night, but we will next time now that we know. AND the prices are very reasonable.
