My 2025 BMW i4 was hit while parked. To the naked eye it seemed like minor scratches and light damage. However, I took it to 3 Million and they saw things I didn't. They explained how the repair would cost more than what the person who hit my car assumed. I shared the cost of expense and was asked to get another quote from the dealer. Of course, anyone knows that dealership repair is usually far more expensive but I complied with the request. Surprisingly, the dealer quoted an amount that was only $25 more; which was refreshing because it proved that 3 Million operates with integrity and in alignment with industry standards. Most importantly their professionalism was next level. I was stressed about not having my car for two weeks but they handled the task of securing my rental vehicle (a Mercedes C-class) and transported me to and from the rental company. This is a 5 Star location for body work! My insurance tried to get me to go to a different shop but I knew I had to come here to get my car fixed. I knew they did good work. I always see high end luxury cars coming in and out looking spectacular! They were VERY helpful! 3 million loaned me a vehicle meanwhile my car was in the shop and when it came down to paying. In December of 2019, I had my car "repaired" here after getting vultured by the AAA tow truck. I am getting it repaired and upon inspection, they got all the money but they did not do the work they promised. I will be filing a complaint www.bar.ca.gov against this shop due to their illegal repair of my car. Be wary of this place. I had the exact same negative experience as many others, I was in an accident and a tow truck swooped in like a vulture. He told me he would bring it to this shop, and I doing a very brief look and seeing this shop had 4 stars on yelp, I thought I was in good hands. He was very friendly but reflecting back on it he did take advantage of me in a time of need. Later after reading the negative reviews and realizing the same thing happened to me, I was reluctant about leaving my car at this shop for long. I arranged for a different tow to take it to a more reputable auto shop and the charges for a tow (1-2 miles) and 1 night of storage? $280 for the tow and $150 for the storage. These prices are not competitive, I was quoted $90 and $120 for towing the same distance. After settling the bill over the phone so that the car could be released, when my tow truck arrived they had moved the car from the shop to a lot. They did not tell me this when I was settling the bill over the phone which felt very deliberate. Doing some research, tow trucks are not allowed to solicit - though you are allowed to wave them down. They should ask you where you want the car towed - and I would avoid this place. read more

A good Samaritan supposedly was advising me right after an accident Acting like an advocate advising me tp take pictures etc All good advice Then He asked me to test drive my car tp see if it was drive able It wasn't So he towed me to a body shop 'Coincidentally' Wink wink Where his father worked Called my insurance and stated that repair shop wasn't authorized by my insurance Father tried to convince me to keep the car there saying he would enable me not paying a deductible This aroused my suspicion obviously Because of this I decided to transfer the car to an authorized repair shop First shop shockingly charged me $490 for the tow Plus $200 overnight fee until other shop towed it They ONLY accepted cash or credit card Not accepting the insurance to be billed enabling release of my car I had to give my credit card to pay to release my car I could easily have had my AAA tow it for free In my ptsd after the accident I wasn't suggested this option I actually thought this 'good Samaritan' was honestly helping me and didn't remotely expect this inappropriate unnecessary charge My Rabbi subsequently informed me that in his recent accident the same person offered him the same 'story'. Luckily he refused My authorized body shop said this shop and many others are like vultures arriving at accident locations preying on easy victims like myself Shame on you for taking advantage of people!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I recently got into a car accident and didn't know that this place is operating as a complete scam. During the scene of my accident, a tow truck guy by the name of AL just happened to be there and told me he would help me get my car fixed at a local body shop. He took me to this place and at first I thought I was in good hands, however I came to realize that they were completely dishonest by not telling me there would be any storage fees. When I came to get my car removed from this place, Joseph (who I believe is the owner) charged me 150 per day along with the tow truck fee and basically held my car as hostage until I paid him the total amount. Reviews are all fake btw there is no way this place is getting that many positive reviews I'm pretty sure they buy all the positive reviews. Anyways avoid this place at all costs and don't let a tow operator steer you to a shop because at the end of the day, they are affiliated with this shop and looking to make some money by taking advantage of car accident victims who are shaken up by the experience. read more

Same scam happened to me. A tow truck showed up unsolicited after my accident and nudged me to tow my truck here. I wasn't in the right headspace after the accident so I went along with it even knowing at the beginning that it was potentially a scam. The tow truck driver said the tow was free. After reading reviews of this scam, I came to collect my car the next day and they tried to charge me for 2 nights of storage and a towing fee - upwards of $160. I told them that the towing the told me would be free and they never mentioned storage fees. It was also only stored there less than 24 hours. They didn't care. DO NOT USE. read more
