I could not wait to get home and take a shower! Bar and tables are sticky. The restroom was in a deplorable condition. Two dirty urinals and the men's sit down quarters had old feces on the walls. No toilet paper, no paper towels, and overall appearance was as bathroom has not been cleaned for over two weeks. I would not shit there let alone eat there. My opinion. read more

I've been to this 3 Nick's a few time and always had a good experience. FYI: This isn't exactly a bikini bar, but the bartenders and waitresses wear booty shorts and tank tops. This is a classic sports dive bar. A few TVs showing various games. A TouchTunes jukebox. Darts. Pool table. Keno. Pull tabs. Basically everything you need for entertainment while imbibing or munching. I've stopped in a few times for lunch and have enjoyed it every time. The burgers are great and usually cooked the way I ask, all while being about $5. A steal, really. My friends love the Cajun fries, which you can add for $2 to your burger or sandwich. This is a blue-collar bar, and is overrun by men. At lunchtime, I'm typically the only woman except for the scantily-clad waitstaff. If this fact makes you uncomfortable, then this and all 3 Nicks locations are not for you. But if you don't mind the skin, you'll find delicious food at awesome prices. read more

The owner is a real tool. Have a little fun and he (the dickheadowner) will ask you leave. Been going there for yrs(maybe 20) at the cost of 100+ every time. I am a white man with a black wife. Ohh but thats not the problem. I was having to much fun with the spanish speaking, ohh but thats not the problem either. Buying drinks for all to keep the fun and laughs flowing was not the problem. But for some reason you have a little fun with the pakistans who speak perfect english and are by far the nicest people i've had the pleasure of laughing with in any given evening at 3nicks multiple times.... now thats the problem. For some reason the tool (the dickheadowner) thinks that people who are new to america cannot have fun the ole fashion way by laughing and mingling with the born here. I've been coming here since before it was part of the Three Nicks franchise, and I can say with no qualifications that the place has improved with the change of ownership. The food is the same as always, and the same as most Three Nicks offerings. Inexpensive bar food, done correctly, if slightly overcooked. The waitresses and bartenders are what make this bar. Prepare to be insulted, to hear foul-mouthed banter, and to be teased. Much like Ed Debevic's in Chicago, where you pay a premium price to be treated poorly, this place feels like you're a regular who the staff loves (but makes fun of) even on your first visit. The clientele is typical working class dive bar, which is right up my alley. The drink specials are great. Definitely check out this bar if you're in the area. read more

Whoa!... Dive bar. But in a nice way. Lunch is real cheap here and it's not all that bad. $2 burgers fit the bill nicely. It's noisy so I can't understand why Craig M. would have been told to quiet down. The wait staff is fast and you can literally be in and out of here in 30 minutes with a beer buzz and a full belly. And when you're here, make sure you check out the onion rings. Although they're more expensive by weight than the burgers... they float wonderfully in their own grease and taste awesome. ..... and that can't be all bad. read more

Tired of going to B-Dubs after our Thursday night games, a couple teammates suggested hitting up 3 Nicks. From the outside it's a total dive bar, but that typically makes for a great experience. There's a jukebox to pick your favorite tunes and $2 burgers. The burgers - while not cooked to my ideal medium perfection - still taste great and have great flavor. I mean who's going to argue when you're getting a real burger for $2 versus a McDouble of questionable meet. The fries are great and the drinks are pretty good. The have specials every day and 3 dollar margaritas are always a good way to go. Friendly atmosphere and the staff is really friendly. read more

A decade of working in advertising has taught me the first rule of marketing is "know your brand." It's been a year of changes for 3 Nicks. Their two dollar burger is now in upwards of three dollars. The $3.25 big glass of beer is now $4.75. The $6 tab you could walk out of 3 Nicks with? It's now gone the way of the dodo. It's still a pretty good burger. But 3 Nicks has become a little less crowded at lunch time. In part because the 3 Nicks brand isn't half-dressed waitresses. It's cheap beer. This downgrade in my 3 Nicks Future Forecast felt warranted. read more

Really good, really cheap 1/2 lbs burger. $ 2 with mushrooms, swiss and grilled onions. I think you have to spend at least $ 2 in drinks to get that price. Its a neighborhood bar atmosphere, with a couple of pool tables. Our waitress was really nice and efficient. This was our first time at 3 Nicks. We went there based on ratings I saw on Yelp. They were accurate The hamburger and onion rings were delicious and the draft beer was very cold. The service was excellent. Hannah was attentive to the table and nice. Even the manager came to the table to check on us. This would have been a 5 star review if the bun for the hamburger didn't fall apart and if the bathrooms were in better condition. I would still definitely return to there when in the neighborhood. read more

Probably one of the best burgers I've had in a bar and very cheap! Place is a little on the small side and still has that built in cigarette smell, but the staff is great and the people are friendly. Only a few tv's for sports and a small dj/dance area but they have fun here. Go visit! read more

The bartender and waitresses are easy on the eye like most of 3 Nicks sports bars. The food is good at a cheap price. Lots of daily lunch specials to choose from. Don't expect gourmet dining, but if you want decent, inexpensive bar food, with attractive women then give them a try. read more

My husband and I went to the Dearborn bar. The waitress was friendly, the drinks where good and strong (only had two) and the burgers were great! The meat was was very tasty not the no flavor texture that so many places serve. There was a band setting up but we had another engagement to attend so we left before they were done setting up. Stopped in on friend's recommendation & was pleasantly surprised. Looks small with ample parking from the outside but opens up nicely inside. Very clean & well lit, no sticking to the carpet here,folks! Pool tables, great jukebox, friendly, courteous servers,average drink prices(STRONG mixed drinks, BIG shots, plenty of bottle(buckets were flyin' off the bar) & draft beer, & bottles are rotated nightly, so no skunks!). Live entertainment on the weekends. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that I haven't eaten there (yet) but, everything I saw come out of the kitchen looked fantastic (I loves me a good burger!). To sum up: nice, clean, good food & decent prices. Plenty to keep you occupied, whether it's pool, darts, jukebox, live band, watching sports on several big flatscreens, or just checking out the hot waitstaff that all 3 Nicks locations are known for, definitely good spot for a night, or day, out. I'm upping it to 5 stars I had a burger & fries when I went pick up my gear (my band played Saturday night) on Sunday & I gotta say it was one of the best I've had in a long time. Cheap too. Got a burger with American & Swiss cheeses & onion, a basket of fries, & a couple cokes for $7.45, tax & all.
