It's a small Mom and Pop store whose owners (very nice people !) have probably been there for over half a century, with the business itself being there for more than a century. The prices are quite affordable. I picked up a cinnamon raisin walnut loaf, a croissant and a Boston cream doughnut. All were delicious. If you're ever over in this part of the Bronx, stop in to see this hidden old school gem, but stop in early because they close at 2 o'clock !

Everything was really good - the consistency and flavors were on point; I was particularly surprised at how fresh everything stayed even the day after they were purchased. The prices were also right - I don't think I know of any other place you can get cookies for $8/lb anymore. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at Narciso.
