Needed a quick lunch before driving home from an event I attended in the area, and this Wendy's was close by. Even on a Sunday, they appeared to be understaffed as the front counter was very slow and it took awhile to even order. Credit where it's due, the food was on par for Wendy's. Problems during our visit also included the restaurant being dirty and the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines not having any ice. Hi Wendy's Team, I wanted to share my experience today, as I was really looking forward to your Free Frosty promotion. I placed my order and came in excited to enjoy a chocolate Frosty . However, when I asked for one, I was told, "We're out," with no apology or explanation--just a blunt response. No "Sorry, we're out," or "Sorry for the inconvenience," especially on a day that's meant to be a fun customer appreciation event. What made the experience even more frustrating was that this happened on the one day Wendy's promotes free Frostys, and they were out of one of the two flavors being offered. It was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing, especially considering how widely this promotion was advertised. I understand that things can sell out--but a little kindness and communication from the staff would've made all the difference. Chicken Nuggets (with Ghost Pepper Ranch Sauce & Hot Honey Sauce), Medium Natural-Cut Fries, Pineapple Mango Lemonade (~$1) Aya's take: Wendy's has grown on me quite a lot over the years and although not quite $5 (came out to almost ~$7), this is still a good deal for the amount of food you get. The Double Stack Burger tasted fresh with good flavor. I typically love Wendy's Chicken Nuggets with the Ghost Pepper Ranch Sauce but the nuggets were super dry and not as flavorful this time. The Natural-Cut Fries are also usually spot-on but had an unbelievable amount of salt on them this time. I took off so much salt and it was still not pleasant to eat. What I was most happy with was the Pineapple Mango Lemonade. The up-charge is so worth it. It's sweet, refreshing, and doesn't taste artificial. Filling meal and very affordable! read more

Now as far as this place is concerned, it's a very solid Wendy's that always does a great job at their Drive Thru Window. Each time that I've been here they always get my order right and the food comes out pretty quickly. Of all the fast food places Wendy's is probably my favorite. It could be the awesome Fries and delicious Nuggets or the killer Chicken Sandwiches. Maybe it's the hearty Chilli or the delicious Frosty desserts or it could just be because you get more meat with a square burger than you do with a round burger but anyway you slice it this Wendy's gets my official Yelp seal of approval. The food here is decent. The breakfast sandwiches feature real eggs and the coffee is the best fast food coffee I have ever had. The burgers are made with fresh hamburger meat (as opposed to frozen). The crispy chicken has a weird taste and I'm not sure what that chicken patty is made from. Service is fast and friendly. The ambiance is like any other fast food restaurant. read more

No need to read more if that offends you... This is your standard Wendy's...the food is fine if you like Wendy's (I happen to think they have pretty decent, but way too overpriced, food). The entrances and exits here are a nightmare and the dining area isn't huge, but they seem to do a good job of pushing people through-especially at lunchtime when it gets busy. The only problem ive ever really had has been at the drive-thru...remember the scene from Lethal Weapon 2? "They f*** you at the drive thru!" Check your order and count your change before you drive away...simply stupid mistakes by young workers who don't always appreciate that they have a job. read more

This place is OK. Most of the time I order food, it's either cold or I end up with a different item than I originally ordered. I went to this restaurant a few weeks ago and ordered the $5 biggie bag. I requested a chicken sandwich and instead received a beef sandwich. I went back to the restaurant, informed an employee what happened and the employee was nice enough to replace the beef sandwich with a chicken sandwich. She also threw the beef sandwich in the trash! My husband went here for lunch this afternoon in drive thru. He said something didn't taste right about his burger, but on a time crunch he went ahead and ate it. Within an hour of eating there, he started getting sick-which has become worse over the past 9 hours. He's never been so sick! He has eaten here in the past without any issue, but this is ridiculous and upsetting! Somewhere along the line in handling or maybe not cleaning hands and surfaces properly, your staff has caused at least one person to get very ull. I've had a crush on Wendy's chili ever since I was a kid and today I proudly proclaim Wendy's Wednesday! I was craving a nice hot cup of their sinfully delicious chili with cheese! Fast food gets a bad rap, and understandably so, for some pretty egregious reasons. That said, I've always held Wendy's in a somewhat higher esteem than some other FF chains. I find their food to be superior to other competitors in terms of overall taste and freshness. What sets Wendy's apart from others most profoundly, though, is its magnum opus...its tour de force...its TKO.....the CHILI. I've been shamelessly addicted to the chili ever since I could just about eat solid foods. Now, the cheddar cheese kicks it up a notch and some sour cream (just ask for a packet of it) makes it irresistible, if you want to seriously amp up your chili con carne game here. This Wendy's is fast and efficient and I love that it's a hop skip and a jump from my place of biz. The parking lot situation at this location is a little crazy (you sort of have to drive the majority of the restaurant perimeter if you are doing drive-thru)...but seriously, it's worth it. Their salads are very fresh and I'm super fond of the Berry Burst Chicken Salad and the Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad. You can do half or whole portions. It was incredibly slow, which was fine, but when we finally got up to the window, it was evident that all four workers we saw through our window had masks on, but not covering their noses. I have mixed feelings about this Wendy's. The food is what you'd expect from a Wendy's. Sometimes the sweet iced tea tastes weird, but otherwise the food is fine. During the week, the employees I encounter are nice and don't rush you, they are well mannered, and quick. I try to avoid visiting during the weekends because that group tends to be rude. They rush you to complete the order, then they don't start working on it until you're at the window. TEN MIN LATER...someone walks out with our food. No sauce, a mixture of cold and warm fries, no straw. At this point I need to eat and go to bed. Nuggets were dry on the inside and a weird spice to them on the outside. (I know they were "spicy" nuggets, I'm not an idiot but did not taste right) fries were not salted. Like at all. We give them back one of the cheeseburgers, tell them we asked for plain. They give us another identical cheeseburger. One more try.
