    Chamomile gold smash

Very cool college burger and drinks spot on Easton Ave with delicious hand crafted burgers like the chipotle bison burger and the El Paso burger with ample sized burgers which seem to be slightly bigger and more filling than in other 30 burgers restaurants. The service is friendly and helpful. The churro slide was a fun cocktail. The chamomile gold smash was low on whiskey. Truffle fries were a shareable side. It has a sports bar vibe with plenty of TV screens and a bar right when you walk in.

Uber eats ordered from here last night and got a completely undercooked burger. Didn't realize until I took a bite. Disgusting. Posted about it on my socials and had a friend tell me the exact same thing happened to her a few days prior.

NEW BRUNSWICK, ARE YOU HUNGRY?! 30 Burgers & Brews just opened near Rutgers University, and this place has it ALL! We're talking juicy Angus burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, melty paninis, fresh salads, fun sides, and thick, creamy milkshakes--they'll even spike 'em for you if that's your vibe! But wait... the real showstopper? The BIGGEST plate of nachos you've ever seen--loaded with chicken, cheese, and all the good stuff--for just $7! And since they've got a full liquor license, you know what that means... BOOZY shakes and $2-TUESDAY drink specials every week! Whether you're here for a stacked burger, a spiked shake, or the most insane nachos ever, this is THE SPOT to hit. Who's ready to dig in?!

Unfortunately, the team was way too behind to meet customer orders, and as a result there was more chaos than is needed at a salad place. It seemed like the team fell rapidly behind between online and in person orders with most customers waiting 30mins+ during lunch. Given that this was a work day, there seemed to be a lot of frustration around the whole place -especially with people needing to rush back to work. My real disappointment though was the food. I ordered the fit and fueled, and the restaurant forgot the romaine. The entire dish was also scarce on all ingredients except for the shredded carrots and quinoa. There were a few tomatoes, feta, cucumbers, and bits of chicken scattered about, making the dish overall just carrots and quinoa. While I initially chose to dine in, I soon had to switch to takeout given the time it took to get my meal. However, between the yelling of customers and team and overall chaos of the place, dining in did not seem as relaxing as I first thought it would be. I did hear this place is still only a couple months old, so if I were more local Id wait a bit for operations to smoothen out before giving it another shot, but wouldn't discount it entirely based on my one experience.

I order a few items and was disappointed by all of them unfortunately. * Raw-violi (pickled and brined beet slices, cashew macadamia nut cheese, pesto, and saffron cream, 1 star off): the beet slices were too salty; the cashew macadamia nut cheese did not taste like cheese, but more like ground up nuts; I did like their saffron cream sauce...not sure how it went with the beets and nuts, but it tasted good on its own * Mackin cheese (elbow pasta with sweet potato truffle cream cheese, 1 star off): I could taste the sweet potato, but there was no truffle flavor * Mash-n-gravy (crusted tempeh, truffle mashed potatoes, kale, carrots, and gravy, 1 star off): I have had good tempeh before, but the tempeh here was a salty, compacted soybean; again, there was no truffle flavor in the mashed potatoes; the entire dish was a goopy mess * Bananarama (banana cake, blueberry compote, and mango-vanilla sauce, 1 star off): the cake was dry and tasted like a day or two old; I did like the mango-vanilla sauce though It is sad that the condiments or sauces used for the dishes were the best part of the meal. Back to meat dishes I go...

You are able to place your orders on a kiosk but there was a server behind them that provided us with great suggestions on what was good on the menu. I ordered the Build Your Own Pita Wrap with Souvlaki Chicken, Tzatziki, Cucumbers, olives and Feta with a side of Greek Fries. This meal was by far one of my favorites this year. The Pita Wrap was so fresh and delicious. For my dressing I chose the Lemon-Dill Vinaigrette and was blown away. The vinaigrette paired so well with the Pita bread that I could've just eaten the pita and the dressing together. I think it was the olive oil in the vinaigrette *chefs kiss*. Next up, the Greek Fries !!!!! So good. Seasoned to perfection with crumble cheese on top and paired with the Granch, made for the perfect combo. My friend tried the Greek Chopped Cheese but wanted to sub out the Beef and Lamb for chicken and was able to with no problem. He absolutely loved it. I tried his as well and it was honestly better than the chopped cheese's that I've had in the city. The Greek Chicken Chopped Cheese definitely needs to be a new menu item, shoutout to Tahj lol. If you're looking for lunch or dinner in NB you definitely have to stop by this place. It was delicious. Not to mention the owner was so warm and welcoming!!
