My Sister does not understand anything about sponsored ads. She had a leaky faucet in her bathtub. They proposed cutting into the wall all kinds of things. They had her sign an agreement and charged her upfront for the work to be done. My other Sister, as soon as we found out, contacted them and told them that we wanted to get a second bid before proceeding. We ultimately called another plumber, who fixed the problem for much much less money. We dealt with Torrence as the plumber and he seemed to have the authority to help us. But alas, he does not have that authority. We have sent an email recently trying to recoup some of the money that my Sister has spent, but they are non non responsive. Stay away from this Company! I am researching how to report this company to the department of regulatory agencies. I would appreciate an impartial investigation into the business practices of this firm.

He noted that my water shutoff likely needed to be replaced. Once he explained why, I had him replace the valve. Throughout the process, Eldar did a great job of answering my questions.
