Man all the time I try to come over here it's always the worse experience. I tried to come three times, out of all those times I only did 1 job which was super simple and easy to do. The first time I went, I wanted to put a muffler on my old car I was going to sell and they told me " it's impossible to do". Yet I called them beforehand and said they can do it because they're the best . I go to a different shop and showed me it can be done shout out to 954Mufflers. The Other time I went, I was just shown attitude the whole time, two of the old dudes that work there, just give you the most nastiest faces, I hit my head on something dude goes "what's wrong with you?" I hit my head bruh what else . Then they explained to me it would take 3 hours to work on the exhaust let's think about this for a second So you're an exhaust shop, that works on exhausts, which are hot, and you don't have gloves to work on the Exhaust HOW DOES THAT WORK BRUH??? How will you call yourself the best if you aren't even prepared right. Every other exhaust shop will work under those conditions. I am a return customer as I have had two other vehicles worked on at this location. I took my vehicle in this morning to get exhaust dumps and to see what I had to do to get it sounding right. I was told my exhaust was leaking and I needed to weld in a new section of pipe. I am no expert at exhaust work. The gentleman quotes me $400 and says it will fix my issue. As pressed for time as I was I said the hell with it let's do it. He then says oh that's the cash price. After about 30 min my truck was done. I was then told my headers are leaking and I have other leaks. At this point I said to myself just go to another shop. While I was still parked in the shop the exhaust sounded slightly better, when I drove off it sounded the same way it was when I took it in, like my grandmas pressure cooker. Prior to leaving the the muffler tech that had previously worked in my other cars as well as my car today asked me what I was charged for the work. I told him $400 plus an additional $20 for the two gentlemen performing the work cause I always give something to extra. The gentleman who's name I do not know ( bald middle aged with gold teeth, super cool dude and does great work) just looked down and nodded his head, he looked discouraged and ashamed of what was done to me. As I was in a hurry to get to work I just left. As I continued to drive home and to work I was more bothered and decided to write this review. Point being, shame on me for not going to the office and consulting with someone else to ensure I was being charged accurately as by the look on the techs face I was being shafted big time. I do not recommend this location moving forward. I urge anyone reading my review to shop around, and always ask ensure you are charged accurately. I guess is true what they say, you get what you pay for. Initially they they were able to beat everyones quote and the work appeared to be of good quality, fast forward a few weeks I notice there was an akward sound from my exhaust from where they welded the muffler, closer look the technician was lazy and didn't weld completely around my muffler just underneath and the sides, I verified all the other spot where they welded and the same crappy weld. read more

I don't have much to say about this place but they're not only a great place to change mufflers and they are also very reliable " I took my 2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK 500 and asked to do a Cat delete they responded back to me with a very good advice saying that my car will not be responsive meaning it will not turn on because it's not giving enough power through the pipes" but if you want to do a straight pipe here I highly recommend it because they have lots of options to make your exhaust loud and cool as hell! read more

I went to this place based on the few good reviews they have. However, I do not recommend this place. I needed to replace an old catalytic converter for a new catalytic converter what I got was a pipe nothing was changed. They did not do as they promised. I could not see what was done they never showed me while the car was on the lift. They simply gave me the keys. I paid for a service which I did not receive because what they did was put a piece tube. read more

This is one of the worst shops I've ever been to. Took my Mercedes C300 to get an alignment and oil change. Oil change was normal, but my alignment is completely the same as if they didn't do anything to the car. Horrible service. My friend also took his car here 2-3 months ago for a muffler delete and they didn't cut where they're suppose to. Professional? Nah. I personally think the only good reviews they have here is from their own referrals. I tried to do an alignment before I did mine with them before when I got my wheels installed next door. It was 5:20 and they close at 6. They wanted to charge me 20$ so the mechanic could do his job since he was in a hurry to leave. That's when I said no and I'll comeback another day. Hungry for business? Nah. The kid who attended me was the one who owns the E350 parked outside the shop. He's around 5,10, he's the owners brother, since it's not his business I guess he could care less about the services. Anyways, this is the over view of this business. I can't recommend Mufflers 4 Less enough. I came in to have some custom exhaust fabrication done on my 2013 BMW and I was blown away by not only their functional knowledge, but their gracious customer service as well. Victor answered the phone and seems to run the office. He greeted me when I got here, listened to what I wanted, provided multiple options, and was nothing but agreeable when I didn't choose the more expensive option. Additionally, and in my experience this is a rarity, the technician was super friendly, and not only let me watch him work every step of the way, he stopped to explain what he was doing and to make sure it was what I wanted. My lack of Spanish was never an issue, everyone was super friendly. I'll certainly recommend them to my friends and family. read more

i went to this place since is hard to find a decent shop in Miami, these guys wanted me to charge me double price for a simple custom exhaust, after i said no they still overcharged me, giving me a fake attitude and when i told the installer i dint like what he did, he told me he cant do anything about it because he weld the mufflers already, and the other dude asked me if i wanted to keep my $300 old mufflers, REALLY? no please keep them for free, over charge me, bad service but that was funny i have to give them that. Hey, so I pass by this shop every morning on the way to work and back. Never thought anything of it really. The day I was late to work my car decides to over heat and break down on I75 N. (just my luck) I didn't know of any mechanic's or shop. Besides the one I pass by everyday. So I called and spoke to someone there by the name of Chris and told him what happened. He was very helpful! He called a toll truck to come out to me pick up my car. I got a ride to work. That same afternoon I received a call telling me my car would be ready by the end of the day but they closed at 6. Which is the time I get out of work. I explain to him that I would be there a little after 6 since I had to find a ride but I really needed my car for work. They had no problem waiting for me. I got there thinking my bill was going to be crazy considering how fast & everything they've done. NOT.. I was surprised that my bill was a reasonable price. They even hooked me up with some freon for my a/c which was blowing out hot air... I never write review on things like this unless I am unhappy with the service.
