This is a late review. I went in I believe it was Tuesday or Wednesday. I wasn't having my best day & I needed to get my car fixed. The service was great from the moment I walked in the door. Very friendly & professional. I knew something was loose underneath my car but the problem was worse than I thought, I had to get a whole new subframe. I believe since I was in the waiting room they took the time to show me what was wrong under the vehicle and I appreciated that, a lot of shops might break it down for you but they don't physically show you. You kinda just gotta trust they word. I'm pretty sure they could tell I was having a stressful day, I had to leave and come back multiple times and they worked with me and gave me a good price as well. They don't just take your money they actually care about the people they work with & try to do what's best for you. I was very happy with the experience I had. Fixing my car & just talking with them definitely made my day a little better. Just like the people this place is awesome and it's a one stop shop for a lot of your regular car needs. I tried to post this as an edit of my original review. The original review and this should be read together. Follow up. After a while my brakes start shuddering again. I start to wonder if it might be something they had done wrong and maybe I should take it somewhere else. I went there anyway. I did not even have to say anything. "Your brakes are shuddering again? It was a bad supplier." An hour later, after lunch at the Double Dragon, I was good to go, no charge. This is almost a year after the original work. They have my business for life. I just got an alignment and I'm shook. So I get there and the front desk guy says it's gona be 2-3hours and I was kinda in a rush so I was like "oh really? damn!" So then one of the mechanics comes up and is like: "I can do it right now." He's very sweet. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Sam and his crew! Been going there for years with different vehicles on different occasions. I usually only get my oil and fluids changed, but recently, my girlfriend went in with a problem with a constant knocking sound. 360 fixed the strut, but there was still an intermittent knocking. Sam and his crew continued to investigate the noise and found a loose, rusted bolt in the subframe. He advised having the dealership examine it for a possible manufacture defect; however, the dealership proved to be useless and then tried to dump us off to an auto body shop. We, instead, called Sam, who readily took on the challenge and had my lady's car back on the road in just hours. I had a very serious issue that took place on my vehicle. long story short, took my car in for an oil change to the Original Car Dealer, only to come back that my car had other car issues that it was going to cost me over $2K to fix. That Service Dept damage my car. I was given 360 Auto information from many who have GREAT experiences with their professionalism and repairs. I took my vehicle to them. Not only they fixed the problem, it was way reasonable, I was surprised how fast I got my car back. I'm sold! I have known the owner, Sam for a long time. I was recommended to them by my brother in law who used to provide parts for 360. I started going there and Sam was always professional never ignored me, overcharged, or showed discontent when I worried about the bill. On the contrary, he managed to give a good deal under the most basic principle, give the customer what they want and they will come back to you. Well I did come back, and several times by the way. So many times that I started bringing my wife's car, daughter's car and even recommended 360 to my dad. Who is a loyal customer of Sam now! I remember he had a problem diagnosing a fuel pump problem with my SUV and replaced the part. I left and a few days later my SUV left me stranded on the freeway because of the fuel pump problem. I was close by, I called him and he came out to take a look at the problem. I took it back to his shop and after further research by Sam, he realized the fuel pump was the correct one but the manufactured had recalls or problems with that pump. He ordered the part from a different manufacturer installed it at no charge and fixed the problem. Obviously not Sam's fault but he took the time to explain to me what happened as if he was not pleased with the fact that a defective fuel pump almost ruined his reputation. I completely understood but he never gave up on trying to keep his customer happy. I came back a few weeks later for an oil change and he remembered me. He still felt bad about what happened with the fuel pump and gave me a handsomely discounted price for my oil change. I was blown away! He truly cares about his customers and his reputation! He is looking for long term loyal customers not a quick profit like other shop owners here in the area!! He is my go to guy for all my auto repair needs. All his mechanics including Joe are friendly and knowledgeable. They will tell you what they need to do to repair your vehicle and if its urgent, they will emphasize that the job needs immediate attention but won't pressure you or lie to you to get your business. There is usually very little down time when they perform oil changes, most of the time you are in and out depending on how busy they are at the moment. When it comes to auto repairs they give very close timelines to completion. If you have had a bad experience with other auto shops, nasty service, greedy/dishonest shop owners, or you have paid an arm and a leg for a simple job/smog test or for any complex job, just call 360!
