Definitely better than the hospital's vending machines. Don't know about the cafeteria because it was closed when my mom was admitted. Wouldn't call it authentic but ingredients are fairly fresh and portions are generous. Got chicken fajitas with corn tortillas and added a side of pinto beans. Beans were dry and overcooked. Chicken was tender. Sour cream and guac weren't watered down. Pico was fairly fresh. Green peppers were tender crisp. Tortillas were steamy hot. Could ask for more seasoning. Kind of bland. But on the whole, would eat again if I had to be in Kaiser during meal time. All that with a can of Dr. Pepper for less than $20. Won't win any food awards but what a great location for unexpected visitors at Kaiser across the street. Only wish they would install a crosswalk. Saw a few people jaywalk because they refused to walk to the end of the block to cross the street. read more

Not great but also not bad. It's edible. A decent spot right across from the hospital that was easy to grab a quick bite from. My husband and I ordered the chicken nachos to share. OK it was my first time there and the guy didn't really have any recommendations. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there, and their responses were very off-putting. After spending 48 hours in the maternity ward at Kaiser, I was looking forward to enjoying a meal outside the hospital. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude dampened the happiness of welcoming my newborn. Instead of sharing in positive attitude their customers, they greeted my smile with frowns and rudeness. The fact that I'm taking the time to write this terrible review three weeks later shows just how disappointing both the burrito and the staff were. Me and my wife go there 2-3 times a week after the gym we go in to get our protein we get burrito bowls. We get the chicken with white rice, black beans, zucchini, broccoli, spinach. You can add or remove items in the bowl and substitute. I also love getting the steak quesadilla with sour cream onions and cilantro with the spinach tortilla with a side of spanish rice and refried beans with mild and green salsa and mix them both I highly recommend it! Fernando is very friendly and great customer service he always remembers my order. The only thing I recommend for the store is to provide lime for customers I always have to go to whole foods and get lime but sometimes I'm on my lunch break and don't have much time but besides that its a great place nothing greasy and much healthier than fast food places. read more

What can I say about 360 Gourmet? Fabulous, Tasty, friendly quick service comes to mind. I was going to 360 when they were new in Concord many many years ago with such a great spin on a burrito way back then. Asada with Shrimp and sautéed vegis? That's unheard of back then.... Plus topping it off with their sweet/spicy sauce? OMGosh.... I was bummed when they moved from the Willows complex not knowing if they were still in business. Was so thankful years ago when I had seen their sign in Walnut Creek across from the Kaiser Med Ctr. I understand their move. I always see customers in their scrubs getting a healthyish burrito or bowl. I still stop in when I'm doing sales in WCrk for a tasty treat. First time here at 360 Burrito...will probably be my last :( I was at the hospital, and since their cafeteria is closed I turned to across the street. I was contemplating subway, and I kiiiiinda wish I did.. I ordered on their kiosk, which was really easy to do. I got the steak and prawns burrito, with a spinach tortilla (cuz let's try it out) and they were out of spinach tortillas, they came out and let me know right away. The food was quick, which was nice, and they were polite. So that's what I give the 3 stars for, but I would personally take great food over good service The price was a little unexpected for a steak and shrimp burrito ($13.95) the price for it is not bad honestly... but my steak was dry...and I got half way through the burrito without getting a shrimp and when I did... they're tiny.. and they're not amazing... like not really seasoned..no light crust from being in a griddle. This place back in the day was my go to spot especially the Concord location, they were always so nice and friendly. The Walnut Creek location is a whole different experience they are beyond rude! I walked in with a friend just to see if they had the salsa bar back open (it was closed for a long time) and they acted like I was doing something horrible and started yelling for no reason. Every time I order anything from here they get the order wrong. No Rice means No Rice and they charge you for things that you don't want in your meal. It's a hit & miss with this place. While I was working in Walnut Creek & would order from them, it was either good or not. Also the same with a few of my friends who've experienced the same thing too. My shrimp had poop still in it which isn't "gourmet" at all. Food is bland unless you spice it up. I have read on some of the bad reviews where taken down by some one and not the person who wrote it. It was probable because it was honest. Owner tries to blame others for the bad service and rudeness. This place does smell like old grease and the food taste like the smell. Update to my last review. This time around we ordered again the Kids Chicken Quesadillas and Prawn Burrito; trying for the first time was the Steak Fajitas. Again, the Kids Chicken Quesadilla was good, nothing exciting and it seemed to have been devoured so that's a good sign, right? The teenager didn't complain about the Prawns Burrito, again, another good sign. I was going to try the Steak and Prawns Burrito again since last time they forgot the Prawns; but I asked if they would recommend the Steak Fajitas instead. In the end, I wasn't very impressed with recommendation of the Steak Fajitas. I found it odd to have a Steak Fajita in one big burrito wrap, and to have lettuce in it as well. The lettuce was soggy from the fajita sauce and it just did not taste right in a fajita so I removed it all. The entire wrap was soggy because it was made like a burrito so it was more of a fork and knife type of meal. But, I gave it a try and I don't believe this is the location for me. But we tried it again because the owner was kind enough to pay for our meal this time around since the last visit was less than excellent. Second time here. We ordered 2 burritos. The Cajun shrimp burrito was exactly as described and very very good. My daughter ordered the Mediterranean summer veggie burrito. It sounded great on the menu. This was her second try at the burrito. Last time it was a special order this time we ordered it off the menu. This was very good, different , but very good I also need to say because our first experience wasn't great, we were invited back we were given a free menu item and the second time it was as it was supposed to be. We have been to this restaurant many times and the burrito's are usually very good. Not sure what happened today. My husband ordered the steak burrito with prawns. Very disappointing. Very few pieces of steak and only two prawns. Hardly any rice or guacamole. We paid extra for the guacamole and sour cream. Tried calling to let them know the burrito barely had prawns or steak. But couldn't get anyone on the phone.Normally we love their burrito's. Kind of grumpy staff too. I had the steak and prawn burrito too with more prawns then my husband but the meat was super dry. May think twice before going there again. $35.00 for two buritto's which I was happy to pay if we got what we ordered prawns and steak . Barely had any prawns to bite into or steak. read more
