I discovered this spot on a whim; looking for parking to take care of business in the area, I noticed this little gem before taking off for the day. As soon as you walk in, you'll immediately notice how clean the place is. Then, your eyes will be pulled toward the variety of pasta dishes in the display case behind the counter. After that, your attention is drawn to the huge menu on the wall to the right of the counter. Although I always spend an inordinate amount of time scanning the entire menu, I only ever order the "C.E.O." with Salmon/Tuna or the "Big Cobb". If I'm feeling like I want a bigger meal, I'll add a small pasta as well. The food is very good and the fresh ingredients add to the experience. The rigatoni carbonara is blow your socks off good! It should be illegal. The bbq chicken salad was also delicious and so were the foccacia sandwiches: caprice, Tuscan and SFOs. We came here as we had such a great experience passing through a few years ago. We were happy to see the 1/2 salad and sandwich option- which we both chose to get. The salad portions were generous and the sandwich portion was hearty- definitely made you feel like you were getting your moneys worth. I got the CEO salad and vegan sandwich- I loved both. The veggies on the vegan sandwich were marinated and flavorful. My husband got the sfo sandwich and the strawberry fields salad- he loved both. We also got the chicken skewers which were phenomenal and our kids ate them right up! The staff was hardworking and kind and the service was quick. My favorite salad so far has been their sonoma salad, I love the blend of the citrus from the manadarins with the goat cheese but there is plenty to choose from or make your own. My friend took me to Lettuce telling me it's really good. It's a soup, salad, pasta place that seems to be for people looking for a simple meal. The portion was perfect, I wasn't absolutely stuffed, and the service was quick and helpful. The focaccia on the sandwich was probably my favorite part. It's a cute, simple, cozy place. Ordered this for lunch online and picked it up! I like how convenient and easy it was to have a healthy meal. I split half of the sandwhich and salad over the span of two lunches. At first when I looked at the serving size I thought it was a bit small for the price but after actually eating it I found that it was quite filling! I got the SFO Sandwhich, which was a bit messy. If you're looking for a nice clean sandwhich to eat then maybe go with something else because the avocado was bursting from the sides. It tasted good, but the bread was a tad harder than I anticipated it to be. I also got the Napa Salad. The greens are really fresh! The salads were okay, nothing to get excited about. We got the Cobb salad with chicken. While the vegetables were fine, the chicken was a weird cold sliced bit of meat. It's like it came from the deli isle instead of the butcher and was prepared long in advance. The Caesar salad was pretty generic and forgettable but unfortunately the salmon was not. It was cold, dry, tough and tasteless. The pasta was well cooked but the Alfredo sauce was a liquid mess. It was more of a soup than a sauce. I like that you order, they make it however you want, you pay, then get your food and sit and eat or take to go. They're pretty fast but sometimes a bit disorganized. One person took my order, but she went to the back, somehow my food appeared, then I ended up in front of the person originally in front of me, and there was a different person with my order waiting for me to pay. But this isn't like chipotle where they have certain stations and pass you off, she was in the middle of helping someone else and somehow had to help me because the original person helping me just stayed in the back. The sandwich was good and I loved the bread but I can't say the food was great. The sandwich half was pretty small. Be careful of the private parking. They fined me even though I paid for an hour and I was only there 52 minutes. I checked my watch and set an alarm when the meter turned green to start the hour. The meter's countdown time is incorrect. I had a receipt that was time stamped also and I am disputing the ticket. I advise parking somewhere else read more
