They don't just show you a technique, they break down the exact micro-adjustments, weight distribution, and timing that make a move actually work when someone is trying to smash you. That coaching is the direct reason for my success. My oldest teenager has been beating most adults at other area gyms since he was 14yrs old. One of the biggest differences about this gym is they do not bleed the parents wallet with belt promotions every other month like most other gyms do. I also wasn't one of those parents who dropped my kids off and just assumed they would pay attention. I always stayed, kept my kids in line and made sure they were accountable. Any time I asked for my kids to get extra details/instruction, I've always been impressed with the individual time spent. You get what you put in, like anything else.
