I was staying across the street when this place popped up for some rice roll. The foodhall played BTS literally every other song on a late afternoon on monday and i super appreciated it. But no korean food here. Seriously ended up spending almost an hr here just to listen to the music and chill with tea after the quick snack. I would come here almost every the time if I lived or worked near by!! Take your food upstairs. :)

I've been meaning to check this place out as it's a mini Asian food hall that's close to where I work. I finally did look around during my lunch and noticed there are seats here both upstairs and downstairs. But they don't have water for the customers nor extra napkins or utensils. At least they have ample seating. There were five food stalls opened at the time. I checked out each one and chose katsusushi for my meal. But each stall had various different foods. I would like to go back and try another stall next time. Also, there's a restroom just in case you need one.

This new food hall is still half under construction but the freshly made rice rolls from Cozy Rice are YUM!!! Got shrimp with scallion (free veggie with each roll) and the fried dough rice roll with cilantro, both were sprinkled with sesame seeds (they ask if you want them). Will definitely be back! Great prices and they take Apple Pay/Google Pay etc. There's a Kung Fu Tea right at the entrance and a sushi place right across from Cozy Rice. There's space for more and hopefully more will open soon.

Clean, New, and nice upstairs seating area. I just made a beeline for cozy rice. We showed up early so we were the only ones there, but I was just imagining how it must be with a bigger crowd. The hallway is somewhat narrow so if the place really catches on a midtown lunch crowd could get challenging but will see. The place is not done yet with an empty stall and a section waiting to be built out. I'd come back for cozy rice.

The rice rolls are great. And reasonably priced. Quick service. Neighborhood gem. I would come back.

A sampling from three places at the food hall - Kung Fu Tea, Xi'an Express and Cozy Rice!

Considering this came from a stall specializing in fried rice I subtracted some points - Ayam Gulai, (4.25/5): I didn't know quite what I was ordering, but I'm so glad I did! This stall makes their own chili sambal and it's sooo shrimpy, punchy and complex. It added a lot to the dish, with the curry chicken + slight hint of coconut flavors and the meaty paste on top of the rice. everything works pretty well together here - just the egg was a bit overcooked and the chicken was also just slight overdone. I would go to this stall again! Nice find- I like it a lot!

The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable for Midtown Manhattan. Over the two visits, I tried both versions of the Hainanese chicken rice, and both were delicious. The food came out incredibly fast, and I especially appreciated that the meals included Chinese broccoli. I also tried the stir-fried noodles from Hainan Jones and the beef rendang from Padi D'NYC -- both were excellent. Overall, everything we ordered was flavorful, satisfying, and served quickly. Definitely a great spot for a casual and tasty meal in Midtown!

I had lunch at Nom Wah (fan fried noodles with crispy chicken) and grabbed dessert at Zaab Zaab (mango sticky rice) for my walk home. There is an awesome food vendor here for every craving and taste. I can already tell I'll be inventing more reasons to hang out on the west side (when it's not overrun by cruise ships). The food hall is an impressive collection of local businesses, all of it really top notch. Great service and food quality. The space is massive with lots of seating and places to sit, linger and enjoy the scenery. The upstairs roof deck adds even more space. WiFi is good, several citibike docks nearby and the sound levels are surprisingly bearable. Highly recommend!

It was pretty crowded, but we still managed to find seats at a tabletop. There were so many choices that it was hard to decide, but we went with a prosciutto sandwich from Due Madri, shrimp toast from Bessou, and a shrimp taco from Mijo. Everything was delicious! We also had a cup of wine, which we enjoyed while wandering around and checking out the shops. I'd definitely come back for both the food and the views.

Made my stomach feel not so clean after but it was good! The soup dumplings were okay, I don't think it's the best or worst I've had. The food court also has cool vending machines with blind boxes that are sometimes hard to find which is nice. If you live here it's pretty convenient place to stop by.
