Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. The dosas we both ordered were undercooked and half done, which was disappointing. When we politely pointed this out, it seemed that both the kitchen staff and the server took the feedback personally rather than professionally. Constructive feedback is meant to improve the experience, not offend. As guests, we should feel comfortable sharing honest opinions about the food served to us -- pun intended, please don't "dare" misunderstand that. This was my first time ever trying Nepalese momo, and I went with the chicken tikka masala momo. It was spectacular. The dumpling itself was excellent -- great texture, perfectly cooked -- and the spice profile was layered and unique in a way that felt different from traditional tikka masala, but still deeply comforting and flavorful.
