It gives a little bit of chipotle and poke style because you can make your own bowl or you can choose to have a la cart. Two of us made our own bowls and one of us got the fried fish from the A La cart menu. All the foods were delicious! The staff was very helpful as well. As he prepared my meal, I determined that the guy helping me was obviously very attentive to his customers since another patron walked in behind me and he asked him if he's getting "the usual". This place is amazing. This place has the BEST tamales I've tasted in the United States. I've had some amazing tamales in Mexico, and I've been searching for great tamales in the US but never had luck. However, 380 Peruvian Bistro has it. Go here now and get the tamales. The tamales (and probably most of the food) is made by the grandma. This is a family run business. And you can see 2-3 generations here. The food is great. But like I said, the tamales themselves give this place 5 stars. it is moist, succulent, and flavorful. It's fill with surprises like meats and olives. They have daily specials. check out their bar to see what it is. But you can't go wrong with the food here. It's excellent. Most of the stuff I had from the ceviche to the Tallarin Saltado (I like to call them Peruvian Lo Mein) are all great. They are packed with flavor. For some of the dishes, they give you some homemade hot sauce, also made in-house by their grandmother using peppers imported directly from Peru. Those things are the bomb. They had great flavor, texture, and heat. I wanted a bottle of it, but they didn't sell them... yet. They also have a lot of Peruvian drinks from Inca Cola (taste like bubblegum coke), Chicha Morada, Passion Fruit Juice, and Emoliente Tea. The Chica Morada has a bit of the sweetness and Cinnamon to it. It's one of my favorite Peruvian drinks I've discovered. The service here is amazing. You can feel the warm family atmosphere. It is a small place so don't bring too many people. But come in and enjoy the food. it feels like you're part of a Peruvian family's kitchen. read more

Outstanding "Lomo Saltado," fries and rice! I wish we would've discovered this neat family restaurant earlier in our trip, and we would've visited it many more times. The steak was so tender and flavorful, and top quality. They offered 4 sauce options (2 Aji plus a tartar and red). This was by far my absolute favorite place we went while we were staying in Fort Walton area! I would go back all the time if I lived in the area. We arrived right when it opened, and it took a little bit to get our food due to that, but they were overly kind and accommodating. It's really fairly priced, and you get a whole lot of food. I had more than enough for leftovers. The yucca and fried plantains were fantastic as well. It's a small place in a strip mall, but it's perfect for what they need. However the young man behind the counter that was cooking serving and handling the register all by himself was spectacular! And he asked us to sit down and he would come and help us.
