Pulled up to 3910 Lounge one Saturday night and was able to get one of their karaoke rooms. There were eight of us, and we were able to bring in our own food, and the drinks from the bar were great. The karaoke setup worked fine, but definitely might take a little trial and error if you don't listen carefully to their tutorial. Date: Friday, November 4th, 2022 Time: around 9:45pm Party of: 2 which turned into 3 later I met up with an old friend for dinner and we wanted to continue the night. Since 3910 was in the neighborhood, we decided to drop by. It wasn't very busy, so we easily grabbed two seats at the end of the bar by the entrance. A few people were singing karaoke when we got here. I ended up drinking Jameson basically the whole night and my friend started with a Gimlet. The bartender was sooo sweet. We had a wonderful time just catching up while she was serving us. As the night progressed, another friend joined and we started doing karaoke! I believe we did a bunch of old Chinese songs since the only people left at the end of the night were more or less familiar with our choices. Very fun bar! And they play really good music. Kinda late 90s / early 2000 hip hop and r&b. Definitely my jam! read more

They didn't have food but allowed outside food in the rooms. There was a pretty good selection of popular American songs to karaoke. I love this place! I have been multiple times for private karaoke sessions with friends. Every time, we end up staying until midnight, having great drinks and fun times. The outside is nondescript and has a bar that I think is owned by someone else attached? That part is unclear. The inside is dark, with lots of leather booth seating. If you want to sing in the larger, open room, it is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can also book private rooms that fit anywhere from 5 to 20 people in them. I never heard back from the manager. The refund finally went through, after having nearly $800 tied up for about a week. The manager didn't ask if I'd like to adjust my tip, and he didn't make a good faith gesture by, say, refunding an hour of my five-hour room rental to offset all the hassle he put me through. I reserved the rooms that could fit 20+ people only to arrive and they told me that they double booked the room even though I reserved it a week in advance and reconfirmed the day of. What's the point of having a reservation system if it doesn't even get honored... We called 1 week out to book a room for 15 people. The LITERAL OWNER took down our reservation. Then we called day-of to confirm. When we got there, the woman bartender (the one working on 12/2/23) shrugged and said "I called my boss and he's drunk. I booked the room weeks ago." Apparently that's an acceptable excuse for a business (that or she was lying, which I wouldn't be surprised by). She didn't even apologize. She eventually gave us one $2 bottle of soju "on the house" because apparently that makes up for it. 15 people had to squeeze into a tiny room made for 6. It was hot, and half the room had to stand. I regret only one thing about my birthday and it's going to this karaoke spot. You would think that a place that's so far from downtown would try a little harder to not suck. (Btw I've only ever left 5 star reviews so that's how you know this place must REALLY SUCK; you can look at my history) It also smells overwhelmingly like pee. DONT GO HERE. Came for a friends bday and she booked a private room! Arrived around 11 and it was pretty empty (except our private room) but when I walked outside it was packed by midnight! Bathrooms were messy and definitely needed to be checked up on. Other than that the bartender and guy checking IDs in front were whoever nice. We ended up getting pizza from across the street and I was so glad they let us take it in! As for the karaoke, they do need to update it and get more songs! This is not your average bar or karaoke joint. This place is great for everyone! Went here on a Friday night around 11pm. It was not that crowded, which I like. The place is very modern and spacious. I really liked the music they were playing. There are a few bar seats, about 3 or 4 bar tables that seat about 8 each, and 2 large booths that seat about 8 to 10 people. I think there are 6 karaoke rooms total. Perhaps next time we venture here, we can do some singing. Bartenders are fast. You don't need to wait in a long line before you get your drinks. Its neat that you can lounge around with your friends or even get some competition going. They have a few games to play, but the basketball one is my favorite. Price: Good compare to all other places, $45 for 1-10 people room, $60 for 10 - 20 people room Tech system: pretty good, wireless mic, some music video song selections not just boring words scroll, touch screen, decent selection of songs( I sing from range of Dua Lipa to Bon Jovi ), many languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc), music and mic sound is of good quality. Other things to take note: you need to keep track of your own time. They won't kick you out, will just charge money for the time spent in the room. Read about the business on their website. To get updated information about hours and rates. I gave it 4 stars because there's no convenient reservation system(can't call before 8pm, that's when they open, and price is still expensive. I'm use to NYC rates $10-$20 an hr with food included in the rate. But the high price just due to high SF rent and low attendance for this sort of event. So not really the bar's fault. Came here on a Saturday night after dinner without making any reservations. They had a good size room for the 15 people we had in our group. The karaoke system is outdated, so it would have been nice if they had an updated program, but nevertheless we had fun with the songs that they had. *The punching bag machine is broken, and the bartender refunded us our money. 4 stars because this place is definitely worth the $ and they accommodated a large group without us making a reservation ahead of time. read more

They are always booked so best to make reservations, don't expect to get a room if you just show up that night. Great atmosphere and music. Celebrated my early bday here last week. Sang karaoke all night long from 9:30pm to 12:30 am. Karaoke is my thing and they have the best and cleanest rooms here! I have really mixed reviews about this place. 1) They are super fast at replying through e-mail regarding reservations. They also opened the lounge super early for our group because we booked it early in the night AND they did dealt with our confusing separate charges/payments. Also we ordered pizza a few buildings away and let us eat it inside the karaoke room. 2) I did asked many times how much do we pay for reservation & I was told no fees. I was under the impression that "no fees" means no charge because they really could've said "no fees for booking but you pay per hour for the room". I think the one running the business should be more upfront and clear because as a 1st time customer I would not know anything. On top of that we we're getting checked in on every hour if we need to add more hour or order more drinks. So since we got used to that, expected it & focused on enjoying, when we left to go pay assuming we we're on time, we we're actually told that we went over one more hour and therefore needs to charge us ‍. So honestly I don't think we're coming back esp. since there's a bar next door w/karaoke too. It may not have private rooms but at least we didn't get charged for singing our hearts out. read more

My friends and I came on Friday night to celebrate a birthday and it was SO MUCH FUN. We got a private karaoke room, and it was amazing. The rooms are large and have nice comfy seats. The karaoke machine is a pretty modern touch screen and they actually have recent songs. They also have oldies and even Disney songs! I was mostly excited about the fact that they had "Bodak Yellow" by Cardi-B. Also note, there's a normal bar section - so you don't have to karaoke, you can just hang out. The staff was super friendly and helpful -- it was awesome that we could push a button and a server would come to take our orders. I would definitely recommend, and will definitely return. Excellent karaoke bar with good equipment, generous happy hour specials/rates, a lot of TV's, good music bumping and overall providing a nice, clean, upbeat environment. Right next to a Muni stop and parking is not too bad as there is plenty of street parking available around the area (especially if you don't mind walking 1 or 2 blocks). I had a work party here on a Sunday night and we took over the largest private karaoke room and had a blast. The bartender/hostess Janice was really friendly and was running the place solo the whole night. She did an excellent job making sure we were taken care of. Awesome service! Will be back. Kit, the bar host was super kind, accommodating and professional... making it easy to plan and enjoy our time!!! The music selection was huuuuge... with plenty of fun songs from the 70's, 80's, 90's and today and the touch screen video and sound system was new, easy to use and sounded great!! This place is a mashup of a dancy divey bar with a semi hidden-in-the-back karoke lounge. Their rooms are decently big, and we got one that accommodated a very large group (15+)! The karaoke system is definitely subpar.. they don't have super recent music and the tablet for control is locked at the front of the room. It is difficult to navigate and the software's search is inaccurate. One of the mics that we were using kept malfunctioning and we had to repeatedly hand it to them for them to attempt to fix it. I didn't order any drinks myself but my friend kept ordering these rainbow shots which aren't really rainbow at all. like 3 are green 3 are teal and 2 are pink or something. But each shot really has 1/4 of a shot and a hefty about of sugar water. Fun times because karaoke is always a blast, but could use improvement on the system! read more

I love what they did to the place from my previous visits, they added a arcade section that had some of the classic games tekkan tag and marvel vs capcom! Had a blast with the punching bag game too. Deeply disappointed with my experience at this "establishment." The staff is extremely rude, deceptive, and inconsiderate. The atmosphere is dirty, unkempt, and they'll charge you exorbitant fees out of the blue. There are several reviews I'm reading here about how rude the staff is and I can confirm, it did not feel that 3910 lounge respects their customers. Do not waste your money here, go have fun somewhere else in the city where the staff actually wants people to enjoy their night. I appreciate the manager's response to my review (see below). I do not feel that coming into the room, turning off the karaoke, and announcing that we would be charged $200 in front of the entire party was professional behavior. The situation could have been handled by asking the hosts to discuss the situation outside and then act accordingly. Most of us did not know outside alcohol had been brought in. I stand by the previous statement that the staff was inconsiderate and rude. Hoping this does not happen in the future and best of luck to the business. read more

When I called the number again and asked if they were open, the man said yes. I confronted him about lying and told him I was standing outside the establishment. He then hung up on me. Came here last Friday for my sister's boyfriend's birthday for the first time. It was pretty cool, has three separate rooms with a full bar. Come to find out, that night was college night on Geary which explains why it was so packed. The music was good. I loved the fact that they had a Missy Elliot video playing in the background. Our friends had rented one of the karaoke rooms which was cool because we were away from the crowd. The service provided was pretty good even though it was packed in the bar. I was in shock to find out it was ok to smoke in the rooms. The music selection for the karaoke was up to date (definitely sung my heart out to a few of them). The only bad thing I would say is how the security talks to customers when kicking them out. I find it a little racist for him to say " For all of you who don't speak english, conifa choy motherfuckers!" Wow.... LOL I have never been kicked out of a place like that at 2:00 AM. read more
