So today I went into here around 530 and they said they couldn't take me that there was a lot of people before me I looked around and there was only 3 people , so I told him I'll just go somewhere else he's like good and started talking in Chinese talk .. This is hands down the best place.. I have gone to other places & as in all nail shops PAY extra $$ for gell manicure, within 2-3 weeks color fades or peels off. Here it ($$) is well worth it the only problem I have is that my nails grow to fast. But when I don't have time to go in the color and design still look good. read more

I'm a little disappointed today I went back because I came in two days ago & my nail just broke off. I wasn't doing anything to make my nail brake off. My friend that came with me also had the same problem. Usually if I go back within a few days and my nail breaks they'll fix it. Because it's obviously not put on right. Rude and unprofessional , first impressions go a very long way. Ignoring a potential customer is a bad business tactic. Walked in on a Saturday and was ignored, after getting the attention of an employee I was told to sign in and ignored once again after asking how long the wait would be. More than half the workers don't speak english. Rush thru pedicures and talk amongst themselves about you. More than obvious.

HORRIBLE service! I have never experienced such slow service at a nail salon in my life! Waited 1 hour 20 min to be seated only to be seated with the girl that arrived an hour after me! Of course they started on her before me. All I wanted was a pedicure, no fancy Swarovski as they are "famous" for. The girl who finally did my nails was incredibly slow! Did I say slow???? Every phone call, every customer who walked in ever time someone spoke she would stop and turn around....the worst service I have every received. Make an appt and become one of their regulars and they will treat you like gold. I should have stuck with my normal place and not ventured out. I really want to love this place. I've got my pedicures done here a hand full of times and there usually isn't a wait. But after today I don't think I will be coming back here. I called and made an appointment for 3pm. It is now 3:44pm and I haven't been seen. 3 other women walked in after stating that they also have appointments at 3pm. I can never complain about the job they do! both Milan & Vivian do great work especially when I'm undecided of what design or color to pick! waiting is never a problem and if I do wait, it's well worth it. I typically get gel acrylics & they last me about 3-4 weeks without a fill which is great! all the staff is amazing & nice. read more

I would give it a better rate if it wasn't for the experience I had. My nails came out ok could of been better but the lady doing my nails kept using the file on top of my gel when she tried to fix something off about it so my nail looks scratched. She apparently couldn't fix the problem properly. Not to mention this wasn't my first time going there the last time I went I remember the price it was to do fills and when I went in this last time they charged me more than before, I had to ask why I was being charged more for the same price and why they charged so much for a SIMPLE "design". Wasn't even a design it was just a simple one line on each finger just like a French tip. That was an additional 15 dollars and it didn't even look nice. Was not worth 15 dollars. I was bothered by this I was upset that they don't have set prices and just charge what they want that the manager I'm guessing she was, started talking back to me because I was just trying to inform her what bothered me about this experience. I still payed for the job but there was no reason to give poor customer service, I am the paying customer so it's expected to give good customer service and not talk back to your customer giving attitude and getting supper defensive for no reason, highly unprofessional. Nail work is good, but the wait is horrible even if you have an appointment they make you wait more than 30 mins, but if you are late on your appointment they throw it in your face and make you wait even longer. read more

I have gone to this place couple of times one time they where really busy so one of the ladies did my nails in a rush and I drove off for some reason she put too much glue on my rhinestones and didn't notice until I got home all the lint from my clothes was stuck on them so I called and the lady said to come back later at 5 I did as she told me when I went back they fixed it. The second time I went in I had no appointment I waited two hours I asked how much longer and the lady just kept saying to hold on. I ended up leaving I went one more time with appointment then they took an hour just too see me and I went for the third time and I waited over an hour no one else was waiting but me. other of the employees where free but instead of working they where just walking around and taking I was very upset that it happen again never going back there again the lady in charge is also very rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone I also seen multiple complaints from others while I was in there waiting. read more

First time I went amazing! I tried to go a second time they were busy, not their fault, I had to leave. Came back the next day they were open. So time on window and yelp say sat close at 7pm, I go in at 5 with my daughter to get her nails done too. They didn't want to do a fill WTF I came with 2hrs before they closed if I had come in at 6:30 or 7 I understand but at 5 really. Only one person was getting nails done. 3 employees standing around who I saw the last two time putting acrylic nails on people. WOW so never again my daughter was very disappointed she had never gotten her nails done at a shop. They told me come back tomorrow yeah right! read more

This is the place to go! I'm very picky with my acrylics, but I love this place! Normally, anywhere else I go to, I normally have to repaint and refile when I get home. I've been a loyal customer for a little over a year now and the service has gotten only worse... The customer service is also horrible. My nails use to last up to 3 weeks, but over the last few months they continuously lift within 1 week even on new sets. My pedi's are always rushed and the quality as well has gotten bad. I had pointed out to Milan that a couple of my nails needed to be filed a little more and she was EXTREMELY rude and got mad. She told me to come back after she closed, and she'd look at my nails. She also told me in front of all the customers, why I didn't mention that I wanted my nails fixed the minute she was doing it (in a tone that I felt was very disrespectful). I've seen her act in this manner with other customers, but never thought much of it. Now I understand why so many customers walk out of there so upset. NEVER going back and do not recommend this place as the service has gotten really bad as well as the quality. read more
