We called Will, and he made time to come out the next evening. He was able to easily diagnose the problem as a blown capacitor and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We were up and running with a working a/c that same night! Will also remembered some of our other ongoing needs, with another aging a/c on our house and issues with our duplex rental. Last summer, I was told I needed to replace my HVAC system before this summer because it uses R-22. Naturally, that was stressful and felt like a huge unexpected expense. When Will came out, he carefully inspected the system and then walked me through the facts. He explained that as long as the unit is working properly, there's no need to replace it just because it uses R-22. He also clarified that refrigerant doesn't need to be added unless there's a leak (contrary to what I had previously been told about it needing regular refills). At no point did he try to upsell me or pressure me into replacing something that still works. Instead, he focused on what was actually necessary and in my best interest. That level of integrity is rare and incredibly appreciated. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and values doing the right thing over making a quick sale. I truly can't recommend him highly enough and will absolutely continue to use and refer him in the future.

Eventually after 3 separate visits (without charging me for each one) he identified the problem and fixed it. He even contacted me for several days after to check to see that the issue was resolved. They sent another company, I will be reviewing next, out and their standard answer was the coils feel cool. The other company always managed to come when it was a cooler day that I could open my windows. Kyle, the younger tech came out and yes it was a milder day and my coils were cool, he was disturbed by a noise it made. Then Mark came the next day when it was 100 degrees in the shade and the coils were not even lukewarm. It took some arguing back and forth with the warranty company but I got a new system put in this past October. This winter, I enjoyed the lowest electric bills ever. THE THING THAT IMPRESSED ME MOST IS THEY -LISTENED- TO THE CUSTOMER... what a concept! I am not going into summer with fear of high bills... He went on to blame me and accused Mazer of "" breaking it so they could fix it . He was rude. Most unprofessional company I've ever ever dealt with. Do not use this company when I asked him if he would replace it he said it would take 3 1/2 weeks for him to come in and it would cost me thousands of dollars for labor. Last week during the heatwave our AC went out. All the way out. Aaron was out at our house 15 minutes after I messaged him (first time I've ever reached out to them btw) at 9:30 at night working on my compressor. There was no fixing it but he looked at our set up and gave us a soft quote for a new system because it was the only option. We had a very old system. No charge to come out and do all the stuff he did to try to get us up and running again. (*Btw that night ours died I sent requests to Thompson, Dr. P, and Kinser/Kinser - didn't hear back from a single one of them.*) Woke up the next morning with a text from him and an official quote. Gave him the green light and as soon as the equipment came in he was over at our house installing. It took him literally 4 hours to get it installed (perfectly btw). Wrote him a check for the amount we agreed on. None of that "well we had to do this and there was that and this was a little worn out too and we had to get an extra...". Nothing. No bullshit. The amount he said was what we paid. Our house has never been cooler and more comfortable. Not even when our old system was running correctly. I'm really not a review writer but the service we got from Sauer was outstanding and I would never go to anyone else after my experience with him. It's a no brainer.

What really stood out to us was that Dillon did not charge us for the service call or diagnostic fee. The installation itself also took a while, but it was obvious that the team was working hard and doing their best to get everything done right. We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Jason graciously came in and treated my husband and I with respect and assured us he would take care of everything for us. He put our minds at rest which meant the world to us, especially being seniors. He definitely went above and beyond! Next up we are getting a bathroom remodel done and Maeser will be doing it of course! They even do garage doors! Please don't waste your time calling anyone else.
