He didn't try to rake me over the coals with additional parts and stayed a little extra time while I waited for the vendor's customer service to come on line just in case he could provide additional information. Mike came out and fixed the leak, no problem. After he left, we discovered that suddenly our kitchen faucet was mysteriously not working. Called them back and was told that probably turning the main water line off and on moved a clog into our kitchen faucet. They came out the very next day, on a Saturday, and went above and beyond. We had a new kitchen faucet that we were planning on installing ourselves (the timing was sort of funny), and instead of going through all the work to fix the new clog in our old faucet, Mike saved us the trouble and installed our new faucet for us, saving us a lot of labor and of course fixing the unexpected clog in the process. Couldn't be more delighted. Incredibly quick turnaround in setting appointments, Mike wore a mask the entire time, he didn't even squish my new lawn out back (just general courteousness), and not only fixed the surprise clog from the first appointment, but installed our new faucet for us, saving us an afternoon to play with our kiddo. Your company "commitment" is an absolute joke considering you left us to do half of the repair in the middle of the night out of desperation. Like many other reviews, we were referred to Elite Plumbing by our home warranty company. The interaction did not start out great, considering we were told by the warranty company that Elite would be able to come out same day - but we were essentially ghosted until the following week. The day that they were supposed to come, my husband had texted (the same phone number that they had initially contacted me via text from) with more details of the situation, along with photos. This information was ignored. They never responded to his message. They arrive at my house, my husband shows them a video of the problem (located in the bathrooms), and they IMMEDIATELY ask to be led to the backyard to locate the main sewage drain. After they did a very light stomp and walk around my house, they determined that the drain could not be located, and said we can pay an additional $175 for a camera to possibly locate this drain, or $1600 (STARTING) to install one, and nothing else could be done. Not once did they ever look into the bathrooms, where the issue was. Not once did they actually evaluate the issue, but had absolutely no problem on upselling us hundreds of dollars! So, not only did they completely waste their time (and mine), but my husband did half of the repair of which Elite could have done themself, and actually made more money as the repair was cheaper than the deductible. I actually found out from the warranty company that my drains should have been snaked prior to them even locating the main sewage line, of which the manager or owner was arguing with me about. Refer to your contract with Fidelity, do not argue with customers about that. Now, I am about a week without plumbing, scrambling to find an actual plumber, and was left with essentially an argument from who I am assuming is the owner or manager, who attempted to gaslight me about this entire interaction. Do not recommend, please use literally any other company than these people, who will waste your time and will only seek to upsell you rather than looking at your actual issue.

All of the work has been excellent, and the team is both friendly and highly knowledgeable. The recent storms and flooding put my ductless system out of action. They promptly showed up and diagnosed the issue. It turned out that storm weather damaged the electrical circuit outside of the house. This was actually installed by my electrician (also a great resource), Walter Vaughan. Even before I could text Walter for help, they were in touch with him, telling him what they had found .. so we could get it fixed promptly. While they were out at the house, they took the time to clean out ducts and swap some filters .. to keep our system performing well. An excellent resource.

I'm always one to get quotes from more than one vendor. My neighbor, a general contractor recommended a (Foresthill) company And after much research on my part I decided to go with a tank model - a Bradford White direct vent (commercial model) Divide Plumbing's owner, Shad and his son were quick to respond and after I finally quit deciding tank or tankless I decided on a TANK style (Bradford White direct vent) above. Divide Plumbing was excellent and they got the water heater and it was installed on the 2nd day. Our water heater was on a lower level and access was a bit of a challenge... they handled it with aplomb. Most impressively, after the install they went around the house turning on EVERY faucet (shower, tubs, sinks etc. and clearing the 21 years of sediment that had accumulated in the pipes. They also cleaned an under sink 'trap' of sediment that I didn't even know existed. The result of this action was a lot of increased pressure on our kitchen sink and more HOT water. Divide only had one other Yelp review and it was a 1 . I can't comment on this review... but I do know that I will HIGHLY recommend this company to others! Their prices were significantly lower than other quotes.
