The first message is very welcoming and they already tell you what packages they have with the prices and even extra services like termites and general pool inspection. No need for back and forth messaging asking for prices or your number for them to call. I checked their reviews and that's it, I decided I want their services. I messaged back and her reply is almost immediate at a very strange time. I think I messaged her late at night. I just copied and pasted their message to my agent and there, appointment is set. We chose the platinum so the sewer inspection will be included and additional pool and termites. During the inspections, the 2 inspectors came on time. Home inspections took about 2 and a half hours which is really good coz it means they check every detail. They delivered the findings verbally and the written report was sent to my agent and me the next day. I don't even know how to share to you the result because there's a lot. He talks a lot about how mold is everywhere and grid to minimize because I think he's used to all the crazy worries we all have - so understand that's where he's coming from when he almost excessively tried to calm your fears. We had a substantial roof leak with mold in walls - all handled very well and professionally and nowhere nearly as expensive as it could have been. You won't regret calling him. Genuine good person. After a short walk through he began to investigate several areas of the house. Kevin was extremely thorough, examining the walls, floor and even the attic, where, the access is so limited that most people wouldn't even attempt. During his inspection he found moisture under the batroom tiles, a small area on the roof that needed repair and dicussed taking a mold test. After the test he notified us that we did have mold in the wall. Kevin provided his report and suggested how to proceed with repairs. He also gave us some tips to save money. Kevin is knowlegable, dependable, reliable and an all around nice guy. I will be using him in the future.

Sadly, he scheduled the wrong day and my agent went to the property and basically wasted the trip there since we had to reschedule to the next day. For me this wasn't a big deal since I didn't go out myself, but I felt bad that my agent wasted his time. Elias was very apologetic and even bought my agent a gift card as an apology. He totally owned up to his mistake and for me that speaks volumes about a person. The actual inspection was pretty good as far as I can tell, I'm not an expert on these kinds of things but the report was very detailed and had a lot of photos. He flew a drone up to the roof to take a look and even pointed out minor details like staining on the carpet that I honestly didn't catch when I saw the property myself. Seems like he used infrared to check for water leaks when inspecting the plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen. In terms of pricing, he was one of the more expensive options but given the level of customer service he provided and the quality of the report I would say it's worth it. Overall, the experience with Elias was very positive and if I ever need inspection services again, he'll be the first I call.
