Excellent frozen coffee! Tried the Milky Way and the Mudslide - both were delicious! They carry a variety of bagels that looked tasty but by the time we arrived the selection was picked over so we decided to stick with coffee. They also have a bunch of kitchen gadgets, spices and coffee for sale. Would definitely come back!

Cute little coffee shop and general store for us tourists- if there's something you need in your vacation home kitchen, they probably have here. The iced coffee I picked had coconut in it and was good. Others in my party also liked their coffees- it made for a pleasant stop while we were out souvenir shopping.

Yummy. Surprising little coffee shop with some convenience store items. Hey lime pie and black and shoe milkshake were great.

Great dark roast coffee that is better than Starbucks, an eclectic mix of stuff on the walls from Cassius Clay boxing underwater to Elvis plates, and GREAT pastries and hand maid bagels made the right way, this place is the best in the area. It is right off the EI bike path, with places to park your bike in the front as well as the back. They have both inside seating as well as outside seating off the bike path. An incredible selection of teas as well. My wife liked the "Morning" something or another tea. Me, Italian Toast Coffee. Delicious.

Hot latte and it will definitely be served hot and delicious.

Always switching the place up so it looks refreshed and it is a relaxing environment for coffee. Incredible lattes and definitely comes out hot and delicious Easily the best coffee quality on the island. At $7.95 a cup comparable to $5.50 across the street, however, I cannot see myself becoming an everyday regular at this place considering they boast the shortest operating hours (close@2 vs @3-6pm at the others) and highest cost of a latte on the island vs. the other main coffee shops. Owner is a cool guy but you can tell he is tired of it here and I wish him the best moving forward. Seeing the prices makes me want to skip coffee shops altogether and make mine at home. I am sure $7.95 is cheap up north but not here.

The employee wasn't friendly at all and the coffee was awful! $21 for 3 drinks. My 3 shots over ice tasted burnt.

Expensive; no prices until you get to counter; person I dealt with was nasty. I will not go back and do not recommend.

Surprised it's still standing. Man ( owner I assume) was rude and belligerent. He was belittling and the coffee was mid asf.

I visited last September and had a great experience but this recent visit, the staff wasn't very friendly. They weren't rude, just not warm or welcoming. No hellos and thank yous. Just "what can I get you?" And literally that's it. I wasn't even sure my payment was done because the lady taking my order just walked away. Just weird. Hopefully they were just having a bad day. However, their coffee is worth a return visit. My favorite is their Drops of Jupiter which is vanilla, cinnamon and honey. I always get my kids something decaf or a smoothie and those are great too.

The atmosphere is super cute and cozy, making it a great spot to meet up with friends for coffee or settle in with a laptop and get some work done. They offer a wide variety of drink options including creative coffee specials, smoothies, and teas. I'm a big fan of the Tiger Shark and the Banana Foster, but I've branched out a few times and have enjoyed several of their other drinks as well. There's always something new to try. Service is quick and efficient, even when there's a line, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. If you're standing there debating what to order, they're always happy to make suggestions. It's definitely more of a coffee spot than a full café. They usually have muffins and a few light pastries to go with your drink, but it's not the place you'd go if you're looking for a full meal. For good coffee, a relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service, though, it's a great local stop.

You can bike there and enter from the bike path (there is a bike rack) or you can drive and park your car in the lot in the back. ***EXPERIENCE*** We came here because my friend's Mom adores this spot. It's a local spot that uses the best and most delicious ingredients. You can guarantee quality here. There is a lot of seating available inside and some spots outside. This place gets packed, but it's totally worth the wait. You order and pay up front then wait for them to call your name. I'm very picky with my acai bowls, I find that some places make them more smoothie and watery. I love it when they're rich and thick. Sol Bowls makes sorbet style bases which is why I'm so in love with what they make. I highly recommend ordering the Sol Bowl (I added cocoa nibs and coconut) or the Shore Break (if you prefer coconut sorbet with pineapple and spirulina instead of acai). Don't be deceived by how small the small size looks. It definitely looks like a lid, but it is still extremely filling. My only note is it would be nice to have a bigger small bowl (with the same current portion size) just to make scooping easier. If you want to add anything, I highly recommend adding almond butter to your bowls, it's a nice savory addition to all the sweet things inside. My friends loved the drip coffee and latte they ordered. I wasn't too crazy about the matcha, but once I mixed it more it was pretty good. ***PRICE*** The small bowls start at $9 with an added $1 for any additional topping you want to add. ***CONCLUSION*** If you're looking to feel tropical and beachy, I highly recommend eating the rainbow at Sol Bowls. Their bowls are so refreshing and beyond perfect for beach life.
