Nice and clean place. However, a basic pedicure means using the tools you have to remove callouses. I still have dryness that is visible and is rough to the touch. I don't expect them to disappear but it's literally one of the main reasons people get pedicures. Bummer. read more

Never again. My daughter and I thought we'd try this place for mani-pedis. I called and made an appt, but when we got there they were utterly unprepared. There was only one other customer there, but they separated my daughter and I, so they did her manicure during my pedicure and vice versa. Not a fun afternoon together. The workers were bundled up in layers because it was really cold in there...we left our coats on (not that there was anywhere to hang them anyway). The place is really dirty, the technician pushed my toenail cuticles down with HIS fingernail, and they grinded my gel off instead of soaking it. Their polish isn't organized by brand or color or anything and they seem completely flummoxed by simple requests. It was basically the same price as our usual place, even though NO prices were listed anywhere, but the atmosphere and attitude and quality of the work & products were extremely subpar. I have zero confidence that my gel manicure will last at all. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. read more

Went here because they are open extra late until 7:30 and it was 6:30 and wanted a gel pedicure. Worst experience ever! Ever! Do not go! I should have walked out from the vibe I got, and things got worse. So, the guy doing my gel pedicure never soaks my gel off. He uses an electronic file to sand all of it off. Horrible for your nails! I felt completely rushed and he had an hour. He hurt me numerous times while doing my cuticles and cut me so badly that I screamed in pain and other customers looked. He continued to be rough. I really wanted to get up and leave. I don't even know if anything is sterilized there the place is so filthy which has me freaked out. stay away! It's horrible! Go to Tre nail bar or Cinderella nails. This place is filthy and they could care less about the service they provide you. read more

I have been going here for the past year and loved all my services done by the owners. The past few times I have had a young lady with glasses do my nails and she never washes her hands, blows her nose during the service, and reuses the acetone from client to client. None the less, I am currently pregnant and do not feel sanitary during my visit. This is NOT up to state board standards and would be careful if I were them since they can easily be shut down. Their workers are just very sloppy. I came for the convenience and support local business but I will not be giving them my business any more. read more

worst pedi I've ever had! the technician was a young man who obviously didn't know what to do or even how to start. after soaking my feet for a few minutes he didn't ask me if I wanted my nails cut down, didn't remove the old polish, he just started pushing back on the cuticles and immediately cut me. I asked him to stop and was ready to leave but they brought over another young man so I decided to give him a chance. not much better, he also didn't use any cuticle softener just trimed my nails and pushed back some cuticles, did a few rubs on the bottom of my feet and put lotion on my legs before polishing. $35 for a pedi -- and it's not worth it -- this was my first and last visit and I don't recommend this shop to anyone! read more

I have never been so disrespected and embarrassed in my entire life! As a repeat customer for over a year (i go every two weeks) i needed a Gel Refil, After having the polish removed from my nails i was asked to wait for a technician to free up which was no problem at all! i was then greeted by the owner who informed me that another employee had made a comment to her that when myself and the owner stand next to each other we look like the number 10. Implying that she was thin and i and was not.. she then felt like she needed to continue her statement by saying out loud and in front of the other guests that she was the "number 1" and i was "the big fat 0" i was completely embarrassed and left in tears! The owner then proceeded to follow me out to my car and beg me to come back in and repeatedly saying that it was a "joke". The only thing that is a joke is this establishment! There is so much more to a nail salon then just the talent to do nails, it's the whole experience and environment and this one is clearly unwelcoming to anyone, especially if you are plus size. Ive been coming to this nail salon for over 4 years and i've never left here happy. They are always rude, I asked for a new file and the nail tech got an attitude. They rush through the nails so each one is different looking. He stabbed me in the thumb with HIS nails and acted as if i shouldn't be in pain. I would recommend anywhere else. Wonderful and inexpensive pedicure! I walked in on a Sunday not expecting much more than a quickie pedicure. They have an extensive selection of polishes and a nice clean facility. My pedicure from start to finish was an hour. They took their time smoothing my calluses (I run), cleaning my cuticles, exfoliating my skin with scrubs and brushes, massaging my legs with oil and hot rocks, and doing a detailed polish. Total cost before tip- $25!!! I have paid almost double for half the attention! Tip these ladies well they deserve it!! read more

After being disappointed at my former nail salon; I decided to give this salon a try. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The nail technician took his time and was very gentle. They have many different brands and colors of polish. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and told me that I would have a 15 minute wait. I left my former salon because they kept taking people before me. I was ok with that at first thinking they had an appointment. After an hour and a half I left because they did not even look at me as they took person after person without acknowledging me. Had a manicure and pedicure done here earlier today. The entire time I was there I did not see them disinfect any of the stations or tools. Another customer said something while we were drying out nails and she said she watched the tech put someone in the pedicure station I was seated at without cleaning a single thing!! It was my first time here and the place looked clean when I walked in. I made a quick stop to get my dip nails removed. I was seated within 5 minutes of my arrival on a wednesday evening. I've been here a few times, and I would say that my experiences have been inconsistent. At first it was great, but several times my gel manicure chipped within 2 DAYS. Huge waste of time and money. I have gone to this salon 3 times. The first time was great. The second time I decided to get a refill and a pedicure. My refill was ok, though i wasn't asked if I wanted a cutdown or anything else. I did ask to have my cuticles cut my request was ignored. I understand that this is best done after the filing is completed. The gel pedicure was a waste of money. I give myself better pedicures. My third visit was for a polish change. I went on a Monday, by Tuesday it was chipping even though it was gel polish. The tech also left a gap between my cuticle and where she started the polish on some of my nails. Needless to say I won't be going back. The techs are friendly. read more

Worst Customer service I have gotten in my life. I get there and it's hot. A/C wasn't working, then the one lady was rushing me to pick a color for my nails. Then she said with a VERY rude tone and in her broken english "are you sure about the color, because you can't change your mind once I start"... then she proceeds to file my nails and told me to wash my hands. After washing she proceeds to put a base coat and asked me "did you wash your hands?" I said, yes, the she asked "with soap?" yes, I said... then she starts YELLING at me, "I told you NOT to use soap, and if the polish comes off is YOUR FAULT" I was so surprised about the way she was yelling at me, I didn't know what to do. I have never been treated this way in my life.... I was yelled at. I told her I couldn't do this, and she told me that I could leave if I wanted to.... I still can't believe the way this woman treated me.... I told her I wasted my time going there, and then she replied "you wasted MY time" Unbelievable... all the customers were so uncomfortable with the way she was treating me...
