I have gotten my gel manicures and pedicures done from almost every staff member and they are all super friendly and efficient. Also, Lyhn waxes my eyebrows and I am in love with them!! She's an artist! They have a stamp card and a raffle drawing which is nice, their prices are comparable to most places. I will continue to visit and recommend this nail salon.

I called and booked an appointment for 2 full set acrylics since my sister was coming with me, fully expecting there to be 2 people there to do the sets at the same time. Showed up at my 5 PM appointment with only one girl sitting there. I showed her a reference pic of what I wanted (the screenshot attached). She was overall nice while doing the nails but after the nails I had left and looked at them, in brighter light, they didn't look anything like the referenced photo. She had done the acrylic very badly, I had acrylic on my skin and spots on my nails weren't fully covered. I wanted gems and she had glopped on glue on my entire nail, not just where she put on gems. After this, I did NOT see her put any top coat on and she didn't ask what kind of coat I'd like. She had taken 2 HOURS to do these nails. When I went back in to request a refund, since these were not worth the $114 I paid for I was met with a lot of dismissive behavior. She was not taking accountability for the messed up glue and the spots not covered in acrylic and the gems that had fallen off(not even 48 hours after). I was told since she spent 2 HOURS(which is on her and her time management)doing the nails that they normally don't do refunds.. After a back a forth she said she would only do a $50 refund(less then half of what I paid). I did not feel like arguing anymore so I took the refund and left. Overall DO NOT GO HERE. They cannot do designs well and definitely overcharge for the quality and services provided. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience and literally cried several times over these nails. My wife also had a manicure by Tina. She does such an awesome job and is quite the artist with the color. My wife receives many compliments on her nails. The shop is new, family owned and operated, with airy and clean decor. The staff there are extremely courteous and friendly. They have many happy repeat customers. We are also happy repeat customers.

When we got there they instead had one person doing the pedicures. She rushed through my mom's pedicure without even letting her feet soak at all. It was cold outside and her feet never even got to warm up. She carelessly painted her toenails and moved on to me. She also rushed through mine but at least my feet had soaked during my mom's pedicure. She forgot to use the hot towels, even though the other worker brought them over for her. There were no other customers in during the time we were there, so they weren't in a hurry to get to other customers... The exfoliation was not at all thorough. And the biggest incentive to get a pedicure for me: the foot massage? NONE. I would not recommend anybody get a pedicure here. It was an unpleasant waste of time and money. The people working WERE friendly, but I can get that at my grandparents for free!
