The broth at Four Sisters is enticingly aromatic, the spring rolls are perfect, and the pad Thai delicious. The service is quick, attentive, and congenial. The environment is clean and simple. To top it all off, you are given a complimentary banana for dessert that has been wonton wrapped and fried. I've been to nearly all of the pho places in Kitsap. This place is legit. got the bahn mi thit nuong (pork sammich) and Goi Cuon (spring rolls) to go, both really tasty. Just finished my meal and already want to go back. Word of warning: The jalapenos they use on their bahn mi are FRESH, so if you don't have a heat tolerance you might want to ask for no peppers. I loved it, but YMMV. read more

I hate pho but the other food here is the bomb!!! I could eat the 4 sisters noodle special everyday of my life. My husband says they have the best chicken katsu hes ever had as well. Very decent Vietnamese food in Kitsap County. I think their wings are the best but they aren't always available. My favorite dishes are their rice vermicelli with various meat options, but the noodle portions were unusually small the last couple of times. Like barely enough for one meal. Not sure what's going on but hopefully that will be fixed soon. read more

Typical pho sides. Soup held clarity, not hazy, which is a plus. Hazy broth is lazy broth. Staff was great, friendly and available. Large bowl is a large bowl. Slightly under-noodled than I would like but I was quite satisfied and full. Restaurant is clean, very clean and they have a clean fish tank. read more

I just found a hidden gem in Bremerton... never knew what I was missing! I used to eat the dish on the left sometimes 3 times a week with my dad from this place in Rocklin CA and thought it was amazing.. but this... this... Is a game changer .. I just wish I could make it this good at home. The complexity of flavors is so amazing, refreshing, from the lemongrass shrimp and grilled pork, to the fresh lightly sweet dressing with their homemade fish sauce, LOVE at first bite. The bahn mi bread was crispy on the outside and soft and pillowey on the inside with flavors that merry perfectly. Their Pho broth had too much tai basil cooked into it so it reminded me of black licorice ..which is a no go for me. But the rest was a real treat.. reminded me of dad and I watching movies with our take out Vietnamese food. read more

I haven't had good Vietnamese sandwiches since I left San Jose, CA! This place definitely makes me feel like I was back in CA. Its clean and the food is fresh and darn tasty! First, I want to address the price thing first off, and Yes it's affordable. Delicious soup/broth based noodle dishes and they gave a free banana roll when they gave the bill. I truly enjoy this place and we are ordering more and more from here, I love the decor, I love the Farmer's Thai hat hanging on the wall, with a light inside. Also, the people are always super friendly and patient, the story behind its name is amazing. My husband and I were looking so forward to trying this place out. I don't know if it was our choice of Pho, but we both didn't enjoy it. My chicken's texture in the pho felt like it was boiled till it was hard and chewy (or even microwaved??). My husband got the Seafood Pho and my husband asked about the fish ball. It was portrayed very differently than it came and my husband almost threw up the whole thing. He didn't feel well all afternoon. Had their tofu bahn mi today and it was dope. I've had vegetarian bahn mi before and they have a tendency to be a bit dry. The bread was crisp but not cut your mouth chewy, the tofu was flavorful, the carrot, cucs and radish where bursting with flavor. To top it off the sandwich was huge! Probably could have been two meals but I oinked out and ate the whole thing. Next time I'm trying their pho. It looked delicious as well. Services was quick and courteous. This place is amazing. Five stars for the tasty food, the affordable prices, and the extremely friendly customer service. I try something new on the menu every time and have never been disappointed. They have a wide variety of dishes on the menu - pho, teriyaki, pad thai, noodles, rice, egg rolls, bubble tea, etc. The singapore noodles are the bomb! In addition to the food being amazing, the servings are also quite large. You could definitely still have some left over for a later meal. On a side note, the only criticism I have has nothing to do with the restaurant, but with the parking situation outside. The lot is really small with compact spaces, so it can be really hard to park during peak eating hours. Still definitely worth it to eat here (just avoid driving a large truck). read more

Got a Pho tai steak, for take out, the pho was poorly packed in the bag and spilled all over, so I came back for a replacement, And a refund because this is the second time happening and the pho is scorching hot so my hand was a lil burnt and my car seat smells like steak pho now. One of their employees was refusing to refund my whole order, the spring rolls that I got with the pho only costs 5$ and she was just acting highly unprofessional and smirking and just being a smart Alec with me telling me it's my fault that I knocked it over. If it was sealed correctly this wouldn't even had happened and I made sure my food was very secured I only live a few mins away from here. She was arguing with me and telling me it's my fault and being as if she is sitting on a high horse and just smirking at me telling me it's my fault! read more
