The place is very clean the menus are clear and easy to order from especially if you have never ordered Pho before. The plate of noodles I ordered was unpleasantly sweet. Sugar coated pork with sugary sauce and sugar veggies. I've never had so much sugar on a savory meal. The waitress was attentive and sweet when I asked her if we could return. Always smells amazing in here! The staff is very friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter. I always get the brisket and meatball pho. The broth is probably my favorite in the county. Very flavorful! Recently my husband and I started a low carb diet. Wanting to cheat on our diet a smidge we ordered our dishes with half the amount of noodles they would usually put in. First off, 4 Sisters has THE best pho broth in town. We like to get the beef brisket pho bowl. Their fried rice (the ham and chicken) is pretty good too. My complaint is about the wait staff: we only ever order takeout, and while I always count the items, sometimes I don't look inside, and our "extra veggies" order for the pho has somehow become "side of veggies". Is this an unusual order? It's offered per their menu. The most recent occasion was yesterday, and, once again, I had to settle for steamed cauliflower and cabbage instead of the basil and jalapeños I wanted. $2.50 worth of disappointment. read more

I've never actually eaten in the restaurant as I always get it to go. Had a great lunch there today with two friends. The food was fresh, the tastes on target, and a pleasant surprise on a trip to Bremerton. The restaurant is family run, clean, and the portions are generous. We recommend it. There are vegetarian and vegan options for those that have special diets. Disappointed! Based on all the previous reviews, I thought this would be the best place to get Pho. Boy, was Yelp wrong! I'll start by listing pros and cons, then go into detail. PROS: -Exciting and attentive staff -Decent amount of seating/space -Good chicken lemongrass CONS: -NO Substitutions -NO Accompaniments UNLESS you ask -NO depth in flavor in the most important dish, the Pho So yes, the staff was great. They filled our glasses when they ran low and always had a smile. But let's get into the important stuff, the food... About substitutions. I get it, your're proud and the food should be served the way the chef wants. But let's be real, this place is more of a family restaurant, relatively inexpensive meals. You are not a Michelin star restaurant, so let's tone it down a bit. I don't like rice noodles, so I asked for egg noodles in my pho (get over it, egg noodles have so much more depth, flavor, and texture than rice noodles - you purists). I've been to 20+ Vietnamese restaurants, and this is the first that has told me, with a smile, "Sorry, but we can't substitute anything." So fine, I'll eat your pho the way you want me to... Okay, first sip, "Great, I can really taste the herbs/spices coming through...But wait, there is no depth to this, it's like tea. Where is my beef broth? Where is the fish sauce? Oh, C'mon!" Needless to say, it got drowned in Siracha and hoisen sauce (and for all of you saying that adding those to the meal are a part of Pho, make your way to Phoenix/Goodyear AZ, and try a place called PT noodles, or try a restaurant off the tourist path anywhere in South Vietnam)... On top of this, I asked for the Bun Bo Hue originally, and was told, with a smile again, that there was no Bun Bo Hue "right now." When inquired, there was no reason other than that the cooks just didn't make any... And how about that plate of bean sprouts, basil, peppers, and lime that comes out whenever a bowl of Pho is served? Sorry, not here, unless you ask. What if I'm new to Pho? Thanks for the INexperience! And I asked for an eggroll, just one. I love that crispy crust dipped into Nuoc Cham, so good. What I got was a fat Shanghai Lumpia (am I at a Filipino restaurant?). And where is my lettuce leaf and mint (or basil) to wrap this in when I go for the dunk? Oh, that's right, you have to ask for it. As you can tell, not happy with this place but craving Lemongrass chicken, placed an order over the phone. Got there and got my order, looked at it, wasn't the chicken lemongrass. When I brought it up to the staff, they just smiled and said, "Well, that's what the person wrote down." So you tell me, WHY did I have to pay for a dish I didn't want and didn't ask for, before having to pay (for a second time) for a dish that I actually wanted?! Most managers will come on here and try to reply saying that I should have brought it up so they could fix it... Well, I did, when they made me pay for two meals when I just wanted the lemongrass chicken, a "manager" came from the back, smiling, saying that I had to pay for their mistake. The eggroll issue, another "Manager" said they'll make sure it doesn't happen again, same with the Bun Bo Hue. Do yourself a favor, and find somewhere else. If you want mediocre tasting food with no substitutions and accompaniments but with an attentive smiling staff, come here. I will never step foot in here again because guess what? There are 10 other Vietnamese restaurants within 20 miles that will give me a great food experience and cater to me... read more

I absolutely love this place. I eat at a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and this is definitely in my top 3. The portions are generous and they are fairly priced. Their menu has a lot of variety- my favorite are the bun (vermicelli) bowls and the pho. Their pho broth is great and they do not hesitate to give you extra sprouts/limes/leaves, etc. Their service has always been on point and they now have expanded into a larger restaurant with more seating in case you have a bigger group than just 2 or 4. read more

I usually check reviews before heading to a place and ill say the reviews failed me this time.. me and my co worker decided to stop in on our kunch break with is an hr we get in the restaurant smell was not goid first bad sign we sit down get the menu and its hard to understand everything was just sounding nasty so agianst our judgement we ordered we inforned the waiter peanuts are a no for us very allergic so she said she will nit have peanuts on meal . I irder steak and brisket pho add shrimp our meal comes 20 mins later one with crushed peanuts and the pho a bowl of oil!! Agian i try the pho against my better judgement and its gross very oily and nasty i call the waiter over tell her the pho isnt good she says with an attitude this is authentic now im sorry how does she know what authentic pho is in Bremerton on the other had another waiter comes over very swet and apologizes i left hungry and no i refused to pay gor a bowl of oil!! Make sure you check your bill. They started using Square for their payment and it charged me extra. It wasn't that much and they gave me the money back, what bothered me though was the owner's attitude. She accused me for pressing some "magic button" to charge myself extra..LOL. This place is so dang good and the employees are friendly. We recently moved from Seattle where we had our go-to Vietnamese spots and were glad to find 4 Sisters to fill the void. The ingredients are all fresh and there's quite a bit to choose from on the menu including vegetarian options. My only wish is that they would add a veggie broth to the pho menu. My fella said the pho broth was delicious and unique, which made me jealous though I enjoyed my vermicelli bowl. This is definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Bremerton so far. read more

I went here a few weeks back. I've been wanting to try this place since they opened. The service was great, but the food was sub par. I prefer the pho place down off callow by the ship yard. I got a chicken dish and the flavor was out of this world, but the chicken was so dry I couldn't eat it. Also I ordered hot tea and it was Luke warm. I asked for the waitress to get new tea since it wasn't hot and again Luke warm tea. So that turned me off. First impressions mean a lot to me. read more

The bahn mi had a crusty yet soft fresh loaf and vibrant, crisp pickled vegetables. The meat was tender and flavorful. All of these elements combined made a sandwich worth coming back for. However, beware the jalapenos. If you dislike spiciness, they can be easily removed since we found ours on the top layer of the sandwich filling. read more

I got the lemongrass spicy chicken which was a little too sweet for my taste but would have been ok if the chicken would have been better quality. I literally gave half of it to the dog because I could not get past the grissly rubbery pieces. I expect some of that but this was like every other bite and I could not power through it.
