My own birthday was celebrated there on karaoke night, and it was one of the most amazing and unforgettable nights. We also celebrated my niece's graduation on karaoke night, and it was another incredible evening filled with friends, family, laughter, and great memories. Seeing an employee post something so negative about an event that so many of us genuinely enjoy is disappointing. From the outside looking in, it seems like there's been a big shift in whoever is running these events. I recently attended both karaoke night and ladies' night, and the atmosphere was completely different from what many of us have come to love. FYI, karaoke night *brings people together*. I can't think of a single time we've gone and not had a great night. That's why this post doesn't reflect what 9 Feet Under has always represented to so many of us. If you work there and karaoke night is that terrible *for you*, maybe it's worth asking yourself why that is. Or perhaps this isn't the right environment for you. But please don't portray an event that has created so many positive memories for so many people as something negative, because that's simply not the experience the rest of us have had. Many years ago, Flagship First had Krug champagne but sadly no more. The decor inside is classy and chic and service is impeccable and attentive. I wanted to try something small since I knew the flight would have a meal as well. I tried the crab cake which was excellent and the perfect size for a snack. Of course, I had the Laurent-Perrier champagne as well - truly outstanding! For dessert I had the poached pear which was delightful! I also had the Irish coffee, but this was much worse than the one I had experienced in DFW. There was neither a cinnamon stick nor whipped cream because they were apparently out of both. Oh well. First world problems! Anyway, definitely visit the Flagship Lounge if you are able and definitely, definitely try Flagship First dining if you get the chance!

The sofa are old and tired looking. The bathroom looks like it's straight from the 70s. No shower. It's also a long walk + train ride from the D terminal.
