Love the beer menu and the service here. Great location with trivia night Wednesdays ! We'll be back for more beer!

What a cute spot in East Aurora! The outdoor patio has plenty of seating and some fire pits. Their Mango Tango on tap was delish! Will def return and try some BBQ from Fat Bobs. I noticed a bunch of bikers (bicycle* owners) parking in the parking lot right next to it so someone pls get back to me on whether there's a bike trail nearby I can check out ‍

Good selection of beers on tap and a very nice atmosphere inside. The soft pretzels were amazing- get the mustard dipping sauce! Ample parking is available onsite.

I've been here after trail races and twice recently within the last three weeks to see musicians. I came here four days ago to see the Adriana Noone Band. I came here two weeks before that to see Public Water Supply. Both bands were really fantastic!!! Adriana Noone played there four days ago. She and her band were absolutely amazing! I had amazing bartenders who brought be great beer. My favorite is the Asylum Porter. They used to have their own food but Fat Bob's Smokehouse does it now. I had two Texas Twinkies. They were bacon wrapped jalapeños. They have a unisex bathroom upstairs on the mail level, near where you walk in. They also have bathrooms downstairs. I'm very happy with the time I've spent here.

Super cool place. The outside patio is beautiful and super awesome they have a Biergarten outside too! Plenty of seating and dog friendly! They have a dog bowl and a water cooler outside near the bar. Creamsicle gose 6/10. Reminds me of a beer mimosa. Fat Bobs BBQ at 42N: I got the slider trio: -Brisket 8/10. Tender, but was a little dry. -Pork 9/10. Had a nice Smokey flavor. My favorite meat/sandwich out of the three. Which is strange because usually I like brisket better. -Chicken 7/10. It's just ok, nothing special. BBQ sauce tastes a little like honey I think. Kyle got the Brisket plate, and we shared the sides: -Brisket 8/10. Same as above -Mac and cheese 6/10. little too peppery and cheese is gritty. -Potato salad 8/10. really good. Just a tad too much pepper though.

This place is so much bigger than it looks from the outside. There are about 4 different rooms plus a huge biergarten in the back. There are beautiful wooden floors throughout the brewery and you get to see the equipment they use for brewing through the back door to get outside, it's very cool. Several different beers available on tap, they have cans and bottles available for take home. I was happy they had bottled sour beers available during the off season!

Customer service. Not the best. It took about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged at the bar, during a not-so-busy time. Atmosphere: Popular for "trendy" crowd, but also kid-friendly. They have games (bubble hockey, board games, cards) and a lounge type area which are great for families. Food: It's nice to be able to get Breadhive pretzels in the southtowns. I just ordered a basic salad. I felt $9 was kind of pricey for a salad with tomato, pickled onions, shredded cheese, and croutons. Note: Lunch/regular dining menu is not served until 2pm on Sundays. I probably won't come back for food. But if you are looking to have a drink or 2 and enjoy going to breweries, 42 North is a great spot.

Several areas make up this brewery. If you want to sit outside, walk around to the side and save yourself from carrying beer down the stairs around the brewing area. There is a small bar back there with a smaller selection of beer. If you get hungry, Fat Bob's supplies the food. There are 2 large unisex bathrooms under lower covered area behind the fire pit and beer garden.

We stopped here for a quick drink and bite to eat on a Sunday afternoon. I've always loved Fat Bob's and this was my first chance to experience them in their new home at 42 North. We explored the space a little bit and settled at the upstairs bar (after we realized it was the only operating bar). We hit the bar and ordered right away, they gave us a number to take away and promised to bri g the food out quickly. The place was pretty packed although the tables were pretty spaced so it didn't feel like a big deal. We sat and the food quickly followed. The pulled pork, potato salad, and corn bread were all great. My wife got mac and cheese and I know she loved that too. All and all it was a nice quick trip for a bite and a beer. If I had to voice a complaint, I probably have two. The food was pretty expensive for what it was. A relatively small/medium portion of pulled pork and sides cost 15 dollars. I could have got the sandwich and sides much cheaper. Also they had some live entertainment which was nice but incredibly loud, I could barely hear my wife 2 feet away from me.

Great stop in East Aurora for a craft brew. The place is pretty large with indoor and outdoor seating, fireplace and is dog friendly (outside). They have a great selections of beers and offer food catered from Fat Bob's Smokehouse.

Many moons ago as a Buff State student I really didn't like beer. Sure I threw back Blues, Molson, and Moosies at keg parties, but I didn't like the taste much. Then my father returned from a business trip in California with some bottles of Pete's Wicked Ale and Anchor Steam Ale. I was hooked on craft beer. Fast forward to today and my wife and I are fortunate to live in Loudoun, County Virginia, also known as Brewdoun County because of the 20+ breweries here. See https://www.visitloudoun.org/things-to-do/loco-ale-trail/. We've been to many of these breweries with our friend Gary and he recommended we check out 42 North the next time we were in the 716. My parents had also spoken highly of 42 North, so for our recent trip back home we went and went again! First let's get into the beer. Everything they have is worth at least trying. Here are my notes: 1. Asylum (6.8 ABV and 45 IBU)-a truely outstanding robust porter if you like this style of beer. Good coffee notes, but not so extreme that you will feel like you were transported to Spot coffee or Starbucks. Some dark chocolate and a little smokiness. Would be great in a cold weather outdoor BBQ/grill situation or around a home fireplace in the winter. 2. Borderland (6.8 ABV and 72 IBU) is an American IPA. Some West Coast IPA taste like you are chewing on a pine cone. Not this one. I'm assuming they are Citra and/or Mosaic hopping since there is strong citrus flavors with this IPA. Also some other fruit. I picked up mango. This is a pretty easy drinking IPA, but with plenty of flavor. 3. Oatmeal Cookie Brown Ale (5.8 ABV and 22 IBU)-I loved this beer, but my wife and mother thought it was too sweet. Net/net if you like oatmeal cookies you will like this ale. They nailed the cookie flavor. They have good bar food with a twist here. The stand out for me was the beef on weck pierogi with braised red cabbage. Paired great with the IPA. Nachos were awesome too. Tasting room is good size and there is a covered deck and a fenced in section outside. Overall vibe is artsy. Plenty of parking. Service was outstanding both times. 42 North combines all that is good about WNY. Good, but non-pretentious food, beer, art, family and friends. What a great place. Can't wait to return.

Amazing how much 42North has grown through the years. Large outdoor seating area with a fire pit, plus plenty of socially distant indoor seating. Dogs are welcome at outside seating. Imaginative and well crafted brews worth a stop. Many of their beers are canned and for sale.

My dining companions & I agreed we had a difficult time choosing our entrees. Amongst the table, we shared the donut flight (chocolate, powdered sugar, and brown sugar cream cheese) and the sweet potato pecan pancakes. It was a unanimous vote that the brown sugar cream cheese donut was the best (and sadly, the powdered sugar donut was tough to cut with a fork and dry in texture). For my meal, I opted for the queso and pork stuffed chilaquiles verde burrito. The shell was crisp and the pork was tender but I could have used more verde sauce. The only downside was being the first patrons of the day and having to sit through nearly half our meal before drinks were refilled. I enjoyed the breakfast old fashioned before we left and look forward to the next brunch opportunity.

Food: 0/10 Alright this is the third time I've come to this location. I'm trying to be fair but the bad food is consistent. For instance tonight I got the "campfire" plate which was fries, Mac and cheese, chicken, and brisket. Fries? Too hot to eat first. Mac and cheese? Literally colder than room temp and DRY! No cheese...like cold dry noodles? The brisket was slimy and small portion sized, the chicken was fine I guess. Everything else was so gross though by the time I got to the chicken I didn't care. I've come every time with my family of 4, and all 3 experiences were the same. I wish the food was anything but what it is because I'd love to come back here. I'll never recommend it and I'm actually just going to give away my $100 gift card to anyone who wants to dare to eat here.

If you also hail from a poutine-less area of the world, fear not - done well, it's a great dish. The beer was also excellent. I can see why The Black Lager is Canada's most award-winning Schwarzbier. There are some really good schwarzebiers in my city, and Silversmith's is right up there with them. I also have a Nut Brown Ale, and a small size of the Motueka, both of which I would get again. They know what they are doing with their food and drink. And the atmosphere is really good as well. The old-church-turned-brewery is beautiful. I'll let the pictures in other reviews do it justice. The service was good. It was relatively busy the night I was there, but the service was still quick enough and even a bit conversational - I recall one of the bartenders worked at Silversmith in the warmer months, and travels southeast Asia in the colder months, which is pretty cool. I would likely be a regular if I lived in the area.

He even had his pup, Toby, in the bar, which made me so happy (shout out to all the beerboss pups of the world)! The beers were very enjoyable.
