This is a poor excuse of an establishment. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It's located uptown and apparently it's a hotspot for ppl up there/tiktok. Please don't believe the hype. This place is Cringe! Backstory--my girls planned a surprise get together for my bday here and it was a horrible experience. They all arrived before me & hung out by the bar. On the walk in I'm greeted with blaring reggaeton music, a young crowd of hookah smokers, ppl drunk dancing, and my girls. With that being said it took forever for them to seat us at a table-- excuse being that the whole party had to be there; understandable. After about twenty minutes they come for our party and walk us to the back portion of the venue which is a bit quieter but also poorly set up(imagine the kids table @ a thanksgiving dinner)--collapsible fold up table, fold up chairs. In my mind I'm like wtf is this??? There was another party of 6 seated adjacent to us and shortly after a party of 14 was seated on the other side. (All three parties, ours included, were African American...heavy side eye) Then our server, who didn't speak a lick of English, greeted us. We managed to order drinks and appetizers by pointing things out on the menu for her to comprehend. Upon her arrival with our drinks and appetizers, we inquired about what entrees were good on the menu. Her response was "everything."... like be for real girl! This was your opportunity to sell the place. If someone is asking you what you recommend on the menu you don't say everything; you pick one or two meals from the menu. Honestly, that should've been red flag number two for us. One friend ordered a salmon dish, another friend ordered a ravioli dish, another friend ordered a burger and fries. I had lobster & spaghetti and let's just say what I asked for was not what I received. I will post pictures of what they're advertising on their Instagram page versus what I actually received on the table. #Gag. Before the entrées even came out, they brought out dessert and started singing happy birthday to me. I was so confused and you could hear me ask in one of my snaps. "Why did they bring this out already?" Shortly after the entrees arrive and none of us liked or ate the food. The safest meal ordered was the burger and fries, and the fries tasted like cardboard. The burger was dried out. Everything else was either bland or lacked flavor. SMH ! In planning this celebration, my cousin left a $60 deposit ahead of time which would go towards the final bill. When the bill came, she realized there was no deduction and pointed it out to the server. She and quite a few staff members insisted that it was deducted until my cousin called for the big manager-- It took speaking to 3 managers in total to have things rectified. The staff was very rude and tried to accuse her of trying to get away without paying for food she ordered separately to go. The next day I read through reviews on yelp, etc and quite a few ppl shared the same sentiments--rude/unprofessional staff, subpar food, terrible service, etc. I would never in my wildest dreams drop a dime in this place again or recommend. 0/0. The place is very nice. The food is good and the drinks are even better. The service needs a bit of work as they take way too long to prepare a section for bottle service. Aside from that .. excellent read more

An underwhelming experience. My cousin found this place on social media and wanted to try for her birthday. Inside is cute, large and open space for dinner seating then lounge experience. Our service was sub-par. It felt very rushed. We were given plastic cups for our water and drinks. Since it was a large group (12), we had to stick to the pre-fixe menu. But plastic cups for my margarita ? The table across from us also had a large group and had nicer serve-ware. The weirdest part is we asked to order additional items not on the pre-fixe to sample, and were told "no". Even if I'm paying the extra, I can't order something else to eat or drink . The entree sort of made up for our poor service. I liked the grilled fish. Everything was okay at best. Not everything you see on social is accurate. read more

First ones there for brunch, took almost 10min to get water on the table and attended. To be honest for the tip to be automatically included at the end when the service wasn't top tier really sucked.As the first ones there, food was a solid 6/10 in my opinion, food felt rushed; which was confusing bc where was this motion in the beginning. Other than that the ambiance is what speaks for the location, and it wasn't until it started to get busy that waiters were a little bit more aware about asking if we needed anything else. read more

The atmosphere is more for younger people. The music is good and they have a very nice dancing show at the end. The food wasn't our favorite. The service was excellent that's why I'm gonna give it a three star read more

Service was extremely disappointing. Went for my friend's birthday and was fairly disappointed. Got appetizers before drinks even came out (we did the bottomless margaritas). Tables around us were also upset with service which did not help the ambiance. Was a fun club vibe with tables in a back room. Music was good. We celebrated my cousin's birthday 4/11/25 and had a fantastic time! Everything from the food to the service to the ambiance was amazing. The GM,Stephanie, was wonderful and helped us pull off the surprise dinner. The server, Ruth, was outstanding! She was able to recommend food and drinks that were extremely delectable. The decor was beautiful and the DJ had great music playing the entire time! We enjoyed the dining area as well as the bottle service area. The owner John was a pleasure as well. I would highly recommend visiting this place and we will definitely be back to experience the brunch on Sundays!! read more

This is one of those places that look good on tiktok or ig but are underwhelming in person. Went for my birthday without a reservation because the site and yelp claim the restaurant is open until 2am. Wrong. It becomes a loud smoky lounge where everyone is standing around with hookah (even the men) taking pictures and pretending to have a good time. There's no dancing no mingling nothing. Everyone looks unhappy. The kitchen closed at 10pm although that is not listed ANYWHERE. You should advise people ahead of time if there's only overly expensive drinks available. I got a rum and coke because I wasn't handed a drink menu and it was still disgusting. My partner and I drove all the way from Queens and paid $50 to park - for nothing. Please don't believe the online hype, everyone inside of this spot was standing still and looking miserable. read more

I'm giving two stars, because Jury(?) tried. The plates were mediocre: servings were slim for pricing and they left much to be desired. They tried to rush us off of service because we'd been sitting since opening although we'd kept ordering drinks, appetizers and entrees. Honestly, Its one of those places that require constant orders to keep the service interrupted-even if the service is even if each person was constantly orders a specialty drink ( 16$ drinks)). The waiter was actually rude at some point, because one patrons didn't want to order their own entree and they wanted to share a plate. The waiter said she shouldn't be asking for another plate if they didn't want to their own meal. There were other empty tables and they kept rushing us to get out. The restaurant is very spacious and I loved how it looked. The DJ was also amazing. We came for my friend's birthday brunch and I felt it was racist undertones here as we are Black. The servers had an attitude with us the entire time. We kept asking for water and they just didn't bring it till the very end. Celebrated my sisters birthday here what can I say the food was good. But man oh man what horrible service when it comes to the brunch we basically got kicked out of our table it turned off all my sister's guest they don't even let you finish the items you paid for they didint even bring out her birthday cake.
