There were two employees, one, Kennan, was already outside diagnosing a customers headlight issue. The other, Nathan, assured us that they would get her car checked out, even if it was after closing. Every time we apologized to Nathan for keeping them late, and asking if we should skip it and just get a new battery in the morning, he assured us that it was not a problem, and that they want to make sure she had a reliable vehicle for the drive. When Kennan was free, just before closing, he happily took us out to check her car. Turned out the battery was fine, but the alternator was bad. He advised us that this could lead to the car dying while being driven, and gave us some suggestions of mechanics. He seemed very happy to help us, even after hours. He let us take pictures of the diagnostics. All in all, not only were Nathan and Kennan incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, they also saved us from buying an unnecessary battery, and possibly from getting stranded roadside.
