Excellent work!! Fast service. Chris worked with me and found tires that were well in my budget.

We had something stuck in one of our tires so we dropped in and they immediately came out to see what it was. While they were looking at the one tire they looked at all of them and found that the wheels are out of alignment and we had uneven wear on all the tires. They ordered us tires and I went back the next day to have them installed. I was in and out in about 1/2 an hour and I felt they have me a great price. Super nice people working here. read more

Don't let the name fool you as it has me many times in the past. I thought "design" would've meant high prices and bougie attitudes but quite the opposite. I called yesterday to see if they had my tires in stock. While they didn't, he said he'd get them there by no later than noon the next day. Took my name and number and indeed called me this morning and let me know to hop on over. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with two new tires, all of them rotated, and one spare in the back. Had to leave a review because these guys were super helpful in helping me get the vibrations I was feeling out of my vehicle. Paid for a tire balance but was still feeling vibrations on the highway. Took it back and then balanced just the front tires to see if it went away. It didn't. So they suggested I get some hub centric rings. I never heard of these. Even the guy at Autozone was like I don't know what you're talking about loo. Purchased some on Amazon, brought it over and these guys installed them for me for free. Sure enough the vibrations are gone. Wow! Got to say I appreciate the help and persistence in trying to solve my problem and they didn't nickle and dime me the whole way. read more

No customers in the shop and 3 guys "working" behind the desk when I went in for a rotate and balance. I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no and and was told I was behind someone that was not scheduled to be there for 12 minutes. Again, no other customers in the shop and 3 employees looking at the same computer screen. Obviously they don't know how to multitask so why would I trust them with my vehicle. read more

Really great service. Came here for balancing my wheels and I'm really happy with the outcome. I asked if they could be gentle with my wheels because they were just refinished. They were more then willing to accommodate me. My wheels were removed, balanced, and reinstalled without a single mark. I went to my appointment for a tire rotation and the employee took one look at my front tire and said there was not enough tread left to rotate them. I do believe there is a tool for measuring tire tread depth but not for this kid. I told him that I did not come to buy tires today, but am here for a rotation and if you will not rotate them then I will go somewhere else. So i went to Discount Tire who was happy to rotate my tires. I did have to pay them for the service since I bought the tires from you but they will be getting my business from now on. I was skeptical at first because they're not a huge chain, but they are straight across the street from me, and I had to think about it for a few days ... they had already given me a great price. I called at 10am, they had to order the tires, and they arrived at 3:30pm. I went to the shop, arrived at 3:55pm and was pulling out with 4 brand new tires by 4:30pm. That's fast service! Fast service, no shmoozing or trying to upsell you, very direct and to the point. They actually referred me to a cheaper tire, with a longer warranty, but still the style I wanted. read more

The employees are pleasant to talk to but need more training in communication and installation skills. I went in for replacing a tire sensor and was told it would cost $65. It came out to be $85 including part, labor, shop supply, and tax. After the replacement, the tire started to leak. Long story short, it was because the screw of the sensor was loose. I found a local shop near my job to inspect and fix it for free. My husband also went in the same day to fix a leaky tire. The same guy fixed my tire just handed over the key without telling us what happened until we asked. He said it was because the tire thread was low and he just over pressurized the tires to temporarily fix the problem. Nevertheless, maybe someone else actually patched it because the tires can hold since then. They fixed this for free since they were doing a promotion. read more

Went for a tire check the second time what a mistake, to give this establishment a second chance, first time I went here for a tire check, I have to call the office after being ignored for at least 10 mins. waiting at the front of the bay. It is unfortunate that it happened again this morning @09:00 am, was ignored again although I can see the staff looking at me at their office glass window. Talked to Alfonso the manager and the excuse was they are on a meeting, just a suggestion, please at least one employee should not be on a meeting and acknowledged your customers waiting for service and tell us that a meeting is going on so that we the customers should not be waiting and we can move on. Fantastic, quick service. In and out in 15 minutes for a nail removal/repair. You can tell the customers are their priority. I came in the first time for a nail in my tire and I was happy to discover they have free nail repairs (as long as it is repairable). Wheels were cleaned as well. A few weeks later I got a nail in a different tire and the service was just as great as the first time! I'll definitely be coming here when I need new tires solely because of the great service and attention to detail. read more

Amazing customer service and very fast. Michael, who we dealt with, was incredibly nice and professional. I took my car to get my front 2 tires balanced and my hub caps changed out, and he explained what they did and what I would need to do if I continued to have problems with the wobble in my steering wheel. They also filled up and cleaned my tired.To top off my great experience with TBD they told me "no charge" for their services that day.
