After two weeks of little to no information a friend went to the location on Sept 18, 2025 to inquire about the vehicle status. It wasn't until then Sept 18th, approximately 2hrs later, that Kyler contacted me via phone and provided me with his/their "diagnosis." Ironically, it was exactly as what I informed them of via email. So my car has been sitting and unattended, and undiagnosed for 2 weeks. Meanwhile I could have someone a little more honest and transparent. Costing hundreds of dollars in Uber/Lyft bills. Today, I had it towed somewhere else. I noted on my receipt that I did not agree with the fees as they hadn't done anything. The guy at the counter says to me, make sure you send your car somewhere where they work on range rovers. No sh** , you guys didn't, but you never let me know that you couldn't. Instead you let my car sit for weeks. No communication, unprofessional, unreliable, and unpredictable. I wouldn't trust them!

I didn't tell them that I was having a difficult time getting stopped and that I was pressing hard on the brake. I also didn't tell them that my car would rev up when stopped sometimes. They figured it all out when I took my car in. My brake pads needed replaced, my spark plugs needed replaced, and my idol throttle needed cleaned. It all made perfect sense to me. But they charged me a lot of money! This place is not trustworthy and if you have a high-end car, they will charge you based on that high-end car and not fix the problem. I am not sure what the problem is with these people (maybe they don't like certain people) but something is suspicious about them. I contend that they didn't switch out the parts and just charged me for that issue because you will have the same problem. You can take your chances with them but I would look into another place to avoid the risk. I am not sitting here and the problem has gotten worse. Although I called to complain yet again, they were comfortable with me just contacting the authorities to try to resolve the issue. Make up your mind about using them, but in my opinion, I wouldn't.
