**Title: Unfortunate Experience at Enzos Auto Repair** I recently had an experience with Enzos Auto Repair (EAR) that left me quite disappointed. I had brought my Range Rover in for a battery replacement, and unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations. Upon having the battery replaced, I noticed that certain error messages illuminated on my vehicle's dashboard. Naturally concerned, I promptly contacted EAR to express my concerns and seek assistance. They assured me that these warning lights were normal after a battery replacement and would disappear with time as I drove the vehicle. However, the error lights persisted, and I decided to return the vehicle to EAR. To my dismay, they informed me that they lacked the necessary diagnostic tools to assess the issue properly but still charged me a diagnostic fee. Frustrated with the situation, I had no choice but to take my Range Rover to a Land Rover specialist shop. The Land Rover shop quickly identified the problem - the battery had not been installed correctly by EAR, which was the root cause of the persistent error warnings. They fixed the issue but charged me an additional $300.00 for their services. To make matters worse, my attempts to seek a resolution with EAR were met with resistance. I requested a refund for the diagnostic fee, expecting that EAR would take responsibility for their mistakes. I also sought reimbursement for the $300.00 I had to pay BV to rectify the issues caused by EAR's improper battery installation. Regrettably, EAR refused to comply with my requests, which ultimately led me to file a small claims court case against them. My experience with EAR was unfortunate, to say the least. It's disheartening when a business doesn't take responsibility for its errors and, as a result, forces its customers into legal action. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!! READ MY REVIEW I own a Maserati GT and contacted Enzo to have my Car worked on.. I was told the repair would take 3 days. I was then lead on day after day for 7 days saying they were waiting on a part. I was then told on the 8th day my car was ready to pick up. I took off work and headed over only to pick up my car and drive 1 mile literally 1 mile to find the same problem was still there. I then was told it was a problem with the part they installed I then had to wait additional 4 days to pick up my car. I then got my bill and was higher then quoted OF COURSE. After leaving I noticed a 3 DENTS IN THE SIDE OF MY DRIVER DOOR AND OIL HAND PRINTS ALL OVER MY HOOD AND DRIVERS DOOR AND STEERING WHEEL.. of course they take no Blame again.. any person knows who washes there own car knows every ding, dent and scratch on there car and not to mention my car was immaculate when I dropped it off. I knew when I showed up and 20 cars outside I should have turned around but I was already there and seen good reviews which obviously they write themselves. These guys are not the cheapest guys in town not as high as the dealer. But the service I received they should be charging $50 a hour not $150. read more

My wife and I purchased a Salsa Red '08 Jaguar XK about 2 1/2 years ago, and we had no clue where to take it for service. Through an Internet search we located Enzo's, which services Jags, Land Rover, Ferrari and Maserati. They were happy to do a pre-purchase checkup, and we liked their style. They became our garage of choice for that car. We haven't had to use them too much, and that shows their eval was spot on. But nearly 3 years of work has been impeccable. We were so impressed with their work and with our purchase that 1 1/2 years ago we bought another Jag, an '09 XF. Their thorough checkup uncovered some issues which the seller corrected. It more than paid for their labors. That car, too, is spectacular. As a former skeptic of the brand, I can say that the British Leyland disaster is long past for Jaguar. The progress they have made since (and mostly because of) the 1989 acquisition by Ford is amazing, and their post-2000 used cars are a remarkable value. I can write a paragraph on the details of how GREAT AND HONEST this company is but save you the reading. If you have any year of jaguar and need service, repairs, or work done on it, this is your company to do it with. They are not on some popular street or expensive location and have been in business for over 39-40 yrs in Marietta GA near the dobbins AIRFORCE BASE OFF hwy 41. I've been screwed over financially by thousands and thousands of dollars by other auto companies (I.e. Rocco's) . Enzos can inspect your car, give you a close estimate and work with you on things that will have to be fixed and things that can wait. They will not start work on your vehicle until you have been cleared on everything necessary and won't try to force your hand on things that can wait if you are on a fixed income. There's no pressure on you to work you over and convince you to fix and pay for things unnecessary and or can wait. They are fair priced, honest, and do great work!! If in doubt try them out! I just had my Land Rover LR3 serviced here. It's a 2005 model and I've owned it for almost 10 years. It wasn't starting the other day. Service centers like Good Year and others near my house in Woodstock could not diagnose the issue. I towed it to Enzo's in Marietta. They diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it in no time. They also replaced the front and rear brake pads and rotors for me. The best part is this - when one of the new rotors that they put in was making some noise while I drove, they sent me a wrecker service and towed my car back to their place at NO CHARGE and fixed the issue again at NO CHARGE and drove it back to my house at NO CHARGE :-) I can't ask for a better service. I highly recommend these guys for your Land Rovers, Jaguars and Maserati. read more

I bought a 1998 Jag van den plas in 2007 and it died in 2020 at 230,000 miles. I only allowed the car to be touched by Jason at Enzo's. I am no longer a client of theirs as I now drive a Volvo and Jason is adamant about staying in his area of expertise. I only write this review as a way to say thank you for the years of loyalty to me, one of their rough around the edges clients. After 13 years I have nothing but praise for Jason and this shop. At times Jason can be rough around the edges but it is hard to find someone who is diligent, qualified, knowledgeable, and honest. I am so grateful to have found these guys. I had been looking for service for my 1995 Jag XJS; these old Jags can be temperamental to say the least. Worry no more! Enzo's was terrific. The communication was above board- you knew what to expect as Vance leveled up front with you. The lead technician Jason really knows JAGS and you can tell it is a labor of love. They fixed big stuff and small things, all on schedule and at a very fair price. I'm already recommending Enzo's to fellow Jag owners. I recently moved to Atlanta from Seattle, and I needed someone local to service my Land Rover Discovery. I found these guys via a Google search, and brought my truck to them for the regular scheduled service. The shop is smaller than the one that I used to use (Lamorna in Seattle) but the guys at Enzos were very friendly and took great care of us, and the price for everything was about 50% less than the dealer in Buckhead quoted me. I was first referred to Enzo's by a client who utilized them to service her vintage Jaguar. I began taking my first Range Rover to them 10 years ago and have been a customer ever since then. Vance always does his best to get me scheduled quickly and Jason (technician) is always kind enough to explain the process of the repairs when needed. They are competent, efficient, trustworthy. After taking my 95 XJ6 to my local mechanic for a/c that wasn`t cold and being told I needed to remove the dashboard to fix it I took my car to these guys...They fixed the car without doing any of that and it was a whole lot less ....Now I`m starting to wonder what else my local guy missed and I paid for? read more

Found these guys from a Maserati forum online..Saved me about 600.00 on my clutch replacement over the dealer..Pretty happy with the place overall as they were nice and I haven`t had any problems...Not happy about needing a clutch :( read more
