The service I received at Fourth Street Postal from Michele and Andre was absolutely incredible . They did an amazing job with notarizing and copying very important documents that I brought in . They even offered a chair to my 83 year old mother without us even asking while they did the work for me . I will definitely go back there and was even given a great idea from Andre that they could scan and put a copy of my documents on the cloud for me , something I never considered . I found out that her name is Michelle. I came back to send my renewal passport to the Department of State. First, I forgot how much to renew my passport so she looked it up. Second, she asked me if I needed my passport soon for a recent trip. I said "no", so I thanked her for asking, just in case I needed to expedite my renewal process. Third, I haven't thought about it, she asked if I wanted to certify my mail, I said "yes". Michelle went above and beyond and with a great attitude to help me out. Great place to get your passport renewed. I have never had such a pleasant time getting my passport. They took a great picture of me (prior passport pics made me cringe) and they had the paperwork to send in. They knew exactly what to do. I am so excited to get a passport! Of course they are friendly and positive (I am speaking of the girls)..isn't that a nice quality when you have to do (sometimes stressful) business? They were SO helpful and made me feel right at home! They do FedEx and USPS, but will ship prepaid packages for UPS. They even have boxes of all shapes and sizes for purchase, and they're super cheap! I will definitely be coming back here for all my shipping needs! read more

What a neighborhood gem! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They provide so many services including notary and passport. When I was moving, they helped my husband and I figure out the best way to package and mail some things to our new home out of state. They also helped us figure out the timing of when we should send the packages out to make sure we would be in our new home when they arrived. Michelle at 4th Street Postal has been so helpful in my relocation to LB. She quickly set me up a PO box to use the first 6 months while I established a permanent address here. Now I'll be paying for forwarding for any stray mail that goes to my old box. I would sometimes call and pay by phone if I got too busy, she was kind enough to send email notices to remind me to pay my bill. The store is conveniently located on 4th near Portfolio (a block away). She always is friendly to the maximum and made me feel right at home no matter how crazy the first few months were. I came here about a month ago to do a passport renewal and Michelle made it an absolute breeze! She explained everything, made sure all my documents were completed correctly and took care of the rest! But what made the biggest impression on me was her costumer service, and just overall accomodating attitude. I had called one night to see if she could wait for me a few minutes after closing time and she was willing to wait, no problem. Realizing I wouldnt make it there til at least 15 minutes past close, I called her back and let her know I would just come back the next day. Even then, Michelle asked me if I was sure, as she was willing to still wait until I got there. The next day when I came in, she told me that I shouldve just come in as she ended up helping another costumer past close and I wouldve made it on time after him. Who does that?! Michelle, thats who!
