I have now gotten suits from this location twice. The first suits that I got here we're perfectly tailored and we're the best suits that I've ever had. I just went back and got measured quickly and was in and out. They had great deals on suits, and the staff was very attentive and help direct me to everything that was absolutely perfect. Customer service is terrible. I called to rent a tuxedo and the lady was unbelievably rude. I tried explaining to her that I am in the military and unable to come in and be fitted but I have rented tuxes from them multiple times before and my measurements have not changed. Then she rudely says "so what do you want from me" and "I can't help you". Why get a job in customer service if you cannot be polite? read more

What a disaster. I'm writing this the day before my wedding and I do not have a tuxedo. When I go to pick up my tuxedo two days before my wedding, the pants are too long, and the jacket and shirt are too tight. When asked to fix this, I'm told the best they can do is have it the day of my wedding between 10:30 AM and 4PM. My wedding is at 2. Real helpful. I was told my other option was to just live with it. So my family and I spend tens of thousands of dollars on this day, and I'm supposed to just live with it. How about no. Now before you think I gained weight or anything between the fitting 3 months ago and today, I actually managed to lose a few pounds so it sure isn't my fault. They screwed up and can't fix it. Not sure why it's so hard considering I was able to find the identical tux at another store and buy it in my exact size which cost me $600. Also note that not a single one of my groomsmen fit well in their tuxes, and guess what? They can't do anything about those either. I see all these glowing reviews about the manager Derek. He was incredibly arrogant and rude throughout the whole process and even complained to me about being there past 6 o'clock. Sorry to inconvenience you, Derek, but I'm just trying to do your job for you. Not sure where the positive reviews are coming from. Maybe he got his buddies to make him look good to cover how he truly acts. Do not go to Jos A Bank. Every single location is full of incompetent lazy people and if not for my own diligence, I would have looked like crap on my wedding day. read more

Very unfriendly store....waited over 15 min for someone anyone to come over to me and ask if they could help me....granted they were busy, however a simple....hello sir were very busy, but someone will help you shortly would have been nice. This place was hands down the best experience I had in suit shopping. I gave a price range and set of general needs, and even being a taller and thinner guy, they were able to meet all of them. I was very impressed with Derek and would strongly recommend this place. I honestly do not think my experience could have been better. I found a great suit and was given good feedback throughout the entire process. He was able to find the correct suit first try, which speaks volumes of the experience the people who work there have. Good products but terrible service. The tailor they have in hand isn't even a real tailor and they smooth talk you in to creasing the pants for an extra charge but don't tell you. Went to pick up the expensive tailoring pants and they were terrible had to leave them there again to get fixed. I recommend going to any other tailor than going here for any services read more

I happened to walk into the store looking for a suit. Mr. Bill Wright, the store manager is as good a manager and "suit mentor" as you can find. Though the store did not carry the Traveller suit that I wanted, he helped me try on a few others to gauge the differences. While I was trying things on, he called around to check for availability of the suit I wanted. He also advised me to buy the next day to avail of the 60% discount. Not pushy at all. Why the four stars? I was charged $27 for alteration, when all of the suits come unfinished, an unfair policy according to me. read more

Not impressed with their customer service at all. They completely screwed up and ordered the entirely wrong size suit for my boyfriend for a wedding he was standing up in. Naturally, this error occurred at the last minute aka the week of the wedding. They told him they'd have it for him Thursday (rehearsal was an hour plus away where he was going to be staying the night while the wedding was Saturday) and alterations still needed to be done. After the stress my boyfriend endured with this all cutting so close to the deadline, they still charged him for alterations. I called up to the store after I found out and requested he be refunded. I was given a hard time by the sales associate and he then proceeded to tell me he'd have the female manager call me but it might not be till sometime within the following week because she had a family member that had passed away. Did I ever get that phone call? Of course not. Will never go back here again or recommend to anyone. Too many other suit and tux places to have to deal with the poor customer service given by jos a bank. read more

What a great experience! I was in this past weekend during the buy 1 get 3 free suit sale and I had excellent service. Though the store was busy and I might not have had my sales persons undivided attention the entire time, the entire staff was very helpful with answering my questions while I waited for my sales associate to get done finishing with another customer. My sales associate Elizabeth was a lot of fun and was the nicest person to work with, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome and really listened to what I wanted and didn't try pushing things on me that I didn't want. When any of the other sales people weren't busy with customers they also stopped to make sure everything was going well and offered suggestions with some shirt and tie combinations to go with my suits. I will definitely be shopping here again! read more

A bad experience from start to finish. It took a while to get any help (and they were not very busy). Picked out three suits. Two were in stock and one had to be ordered. I came back to pick up the first two and get fitted for the third only to find that one suit had the left pant leg over two inches longer then the right leg. Both needed to be pressed again as the collar and coat sleeves were pressed out of shape (standing up). Left them and had to go back a week later only to find the third suit also had the left leg two inches longer then the right. The press job on the other two was still pretty poor but I decided to take them to a cleaners and let them press them. Went back the forth time and now the pant legs were too short! Took them to a tailer with some expertise. Will NEVER return. read more
