The driver had good knowledge of motorcycles and offered some valuable insight into what the problem could be. He also loaded the bike up quickly and gently. I have an old Harley and unfortunately this is not the first time the bike has broken down. In the past another tow company took3 hours to arrive and charged a ridiculous rate to tow the bike from jersey to queens. These guys were fast and professional. Only a few miles down the road, the car stalled in the middle of the highway which is an absolute nightmare. We were stuck on the side of this major highway in a massive city after being there only twenty minutes. Nevertheless, we were able to get off the main road into a neighborhood in Flushing. We had no idea where to take the car since we weren't from the area. First, we called Royal Flush Towing and they transferred us to Friendly Express Towing since I think they covered the area we were broken down in and work in partnership with RoyaThen the guy at Friendly Express said they knew a good place where we could drop off the keys and Uber back to where we were staying. The tow truck driver was very helpful and sociable with a reasonable price for how far he towed us. They really took a terrible situation and made it better so thank you! My only qualm is that they took about 40 minutes to get there but we were 20 minutes away and the car heater still worked so it wasn't unreasonable at all. The mechanic we left the car with gave us the wrong number to call back and the number listed on the website was wrong also. However, we called Friendly Express Towing the next day and they gave us the correct number right away. An awesome job, thanks again!

Just as there was no misunderstanding of the name I was given as to whom I was doing business with. I cleared that myself and my grandchildren would be meeting the tow truck back at my home where the vehicle was being towed to. The scruffy looking person who accompanied Steve/Michael in the tow truck that he says was a "trainee" never moved from the truck to do anything or observe how anything was done. He simply sat in the truck glaring at me as I questioned the "owner" about his deceptive practices. Is that how you train a trainee? From my standpoint, his presence served no positive purpose. Good luck with your business. People will take a chance on you if they want to in spite of my warning; and every dog has its day. Let's not continue this conversation.
