When we finally got it back, the wind shield fluid hose was broken. They said that it most likely froze from being outside, which wouldn't have happened if they did not have the car for over two months. Left several messages for service manage, but he never called back. Went to dealership, asked for service manager. when he came out, was very terse. What makes us come back time and time again is that when something breaks and needs fix'n, like right now, they will get you in. They know that we are repeat customers. We are currently a 3 vehicle Chrysler family and one odd ball Ford that my wife drives, but our family has had a total of 7 Chrysler vehicles over the years. My Jeep has been there 5 times for a check engine light. Told to come in for number six. Every time they keep it over night sometimes two days and try the same fix everytime.. it does not work. The only thing I can say is I was not charged on several of them.. because I already paid to have it fixed. How many times can they just keep your car for a day or two. Our salesmen was gone of the day, every salesman argued in front of us who wanted to deliver someone else's deal. 2nd day of having the car, (55 or so miles home) the car has major transmission problems that this company knew about. Brought my car in for a potential brake job and because the check engine light was on. They served me at the scheduled appointment time, no problem, even though it was clear that they were a bit short-handed that day and certainly busy (phone was ringing off the hook and the waiting room was full of other folks). They updated me frequently on how things were going and what they were finding. They told me their opinion was I could wait on the brakes, and they updated the diagnostics in the computer since there was a software update and just charged me for services (the software update was covered by warranty). Decent guys, average dealership service pricing. Show room looked clean and well-staffed and they seem to be doing good business. No complaints! Also they made fresh cookies in the morning and their receptionist came around to offer them to everyone in the waiting room. read more

I regret purchasing a 2012 Denali from this dealer. They told me truck was great and nothing wrong with it. Sales man Kevin was rude and did not walk me thru the vehicle. I was never told about a warranty on the vehicle, or an option for an extended warranty. Which I would have purchased. 29 days after purchase and about 1,000 miles cylinder 4 fails. It took 3-4 days to get an answer about what to do. They wanted me to drive vehicle 45min to them instead of having it towed. They looked at vehicle and said spark plugs. I told them it's not the issue and forced me to pay half of that. Was told then if I purchased the extended warranty I would be covered. But apparently they lied. And when they found out it's a bigger issue to fix they said the warranty won't cover it. Still not fixed now it's a $3000 repair and want me to pay. This dealer should have offered an extended warranty to me for this issue. Never again will I purchase from them. Or refer anyone to them. They don't back up there vehicles and just say it's as is, if I wanted to take this chance I would have purchased it from a private party. My review is of their sales. I'd buy another car here in a heartbeat. Our salesperson, Eric, was super friendly and helpful. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with. The best part - they didn't tag along on our test drive! I personally HATE it when they do that. They had no qualms about handing over the keys and weren't even concerned about how long we might be gone. Like many people no doubt, we have an inherent distrust of salespeople in general, but we didn't feel we were being hustled or misled in any way. My only complaint is that they were out of cookies both times I was there. But seriously, as far as decor/amenities, a Keurig coffemaker and plush seating is nice but I don't want that reflected in the price of the cars. Give me a clean chair and I'm good. Cookies really don't factor in. Much. Buying a car here was a very positive experience and I have no complaints. We got a great deal on a great used BMW. read more

Totally untrustworthy. July 2018 they "fixed" front and rear axel seal leaks. August 2019 not one, but BOTH are leaking again. What's the chances of that if they were fixed correctly??- it was obviously not done right, or at all, when it was "fixed" originally. Service manager Rick and owner Roman both stated it was unrelated to the job they did, just some weird coincidence that BOTH happen to be leaking again. Also suspicious that the mechanic who did the job no longer works there, wonder why?? They refused to stand by their work and make it right. This is a service review. I went there because my 07 Grand Caravan was overheating and I suspected it to be a relay issue. The relay was indeed the problem and they fixed it. What I liked about my visit to 5 Corners was that, even though there were a few other things that needed attention eventually, they didn't try to pressure me into getting the work done. Because of this, I will go back there when I decide to have these things done. Also, it is important to note that these things that they mentioned are problems I was already kind of aware of so it's not like they made anything up (I used to work at a dealership, I've seen that kind of thing happen, a lot) I told them right away that I just wanted the overheating problem fixed and they were smart enough to know not to pressure me into things. That's important. The only thing that I didn't care for much was the mandatory diagnostic which costs 100 bucks. I was not told that up front over the phone. This review is of the service department. They used to be top notch under old management but now it is 180 the opposite. I've had to take my jeep back multiple times to fix the same problem. That is bad enough but they never can acknowledge their mistakes. Worse is when you try to call for an appt, you get placed on an endless hold. That's not just once, but it happens every time I call. I don't get it because when I am there, they seem to always have people standing around and they make you stand there and wait. The last straw was when I took it in this morning @8am for the second time for the exact same problem, and had an appt set up to wait for it, but since I had to get to work, I left it for them, they call in the afternoon and said they couldn't get to it. Wtf? Going to different jeep dealer for this repair and all future. For next jeep purchase, I won't even step in this place. read more

I had my car towed in, as my keys were stolen, and I had no key fob. The service guy, Mark, was helpful at first and then he called and said that for $185.00 he would give me the key fob programmed but without the key that hides inside the top of the fob, that would be an extra $30.00. I also asked for an oil change. They decided to do an all points check and in the process of doing that they broke the pressure stem on my tire. He calls and and apologizes and asked for me to pay for it!!!!! How ridiculous is that? And on top of it, they took the extra key that is actually part of the key fob out of the fob because I wouldn't pay the extra $30 to have it cut. So, when I picked up the car and the key fob, with the key missing from it, I called and spoke to the owner....who said that he wouldn't do anything about it. Poor businessmen and really bad service. We purchased a newer Dodge that supposedly had almost 7 months remaining on the Sirius Radio. We ended up with only 3 months. We contacted them and they said they could not do anything about it. Our attempts to follow up have gone unanswered. What a change from their attitude when we had the checkbook out when purchasing. Otherwise, we really like the car and are looking to replace our truck. We can guarantee you it will not be purchased at 5 Corners Dodge, and we certainly would not allow their service department to ever touch the car! We purchased a vehicle from 5 corners late last year. 200 miles after the purchase the transmission began to slip from 1st gear into 2nd, I took it in and after a month of multiple dealerships that 5 corners was affiliated with they could not find a problem with the transmission. I took the vehicle into two transmission shops and was told the transmission had to be replaced. 5 corners did nothing to help with this problem. I will not ever be returning to 5 corners for anything and I will continue to help other consumers by not making the same mistake I did. read more

I purchased a 2015 Ram EcoDiesel from Bill S at 5 Corners Dodge a few weeks ago. I came up there after leaving the big city dealer disappointed with the way I was treated. After entering 5 Corners showroom, I felt totally comfortable with the staff and their low pressure dealings! Never once was I pressured to make a decision or sign my life away until I was totally ready too! To top it all off, they sent a driver to pick up my wife and I to complete the sale on a later date. Mind you, we live over 50 miles away from the dealer and they were completely happy to come and get us! I did have an issue with the truck soon after taking delivery, but Bill and the rest of the 5 Corners crew went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken of!!!
