I called to explain I needed two exterior trim parts replaced under warranty and scheduled an…read moreappointment for the following week. I showed up for the appointment and no parts were ordered. So I wasted a half hour driving there from the opposite side of town, and another half hour back. Apparently the service department doesn't order parts because they asked ME if I ordered them. Guess what, guys? I'll go to Subaru City and get ACTUAL service, including them ordering parts. Never again.

I ranked a 1 star because of the following. I bought this 2021 AT4 in January with 63,000 as a…read more"certified" vehicle. Amagine my surprise when I was told that the 50K service hasn't been performed and it would cost me $800 and take all day. I asked my service manager, "I can't believe this wasn't done to be certified" and I was told it's not a requirement for certification. Really! Now I understand because the new owner, ME will be responsible for it! I think it's a shame that this was NOT revealed to me when I bought the truck. It will make me think twice where I buy my next vehicle. Thinking I have a certified vehicle that ALL of the required maintenance is up to date gave me a peace of mind that I was getting something great. Just goes to show you buyer beware even on GM certified vehicles. Also, recently I brought my car in for service, which should be a full inspection filling of fluids changing oil filter a week later my windshield washer fluid was empty never used obviously they didn't perform the service. They said they did Show just another issue with this dealership I found out today that my certified vehicle didn't have a jack or a lug wrench. Thanks Sommers GMC

Sadly, I have to give one star. My son has a 2017 Ford escape. His transmission was slipping and a…read morewarning light came on in the dash that said it needed immediate attention. The car has 80k miles on it. I suggested that he take it to GB Ford in Thiensville to get an estimate. They told him it would be $190 for them to diagnose. Their estimate came back with multiple up-sales (which is to be expected). They told him that he needed a new transmission and with that including the up-sales the estimate was $9000! The itemization of the transmission replacement was never provided. I assume it was around $4000 because the up-sales were itemized and they added up to be almost $5000. Included in the estimate were four new tires, front end alignment, front and rear brake rotor and pad replacement (they indicated the rear brake pads were worn to less than 3mm which they were), and replacing the turbo charger among other things. They claimed they took a sample of the transmission fluid and determined that it was burnt and had metal in it. My son could not afford all these repairs. He asked me to pick the car up as he had to work. I paid $211 for the estimate and drove the car home. I decided to tackle the repairs myself. After draining and filtering the transmission fluid I discovered that the fluid did not have any metal in it. It did smell burned and the quantity was a little over a quart low. After draining and refilling the transmission fluid 3 times and bringing it to operating temperature each time it worked great. No more slipping or warnings. I replaced the rear brakes and when I went to change the front brakes I discovered the pads had more than 50% wear left so I did not replace them. The car is running and driving like it always has. My complaint is that GB Ford was more interested in up-selling than focusing on the transmission. Maybe they aren't willing to deal with repairing transmissions that might or might not have anything wrong with them other than needing a fluid flush. Beware of up-sales.

Alan is extremely knowledgeable in all things Bronco and provided a solid education on trim levels and features. Hirak (finance manager) is always a pleasure to work with; quick, friendly and doesn't overdo it when explaining options. Bonus: they answer the phone and are polite!
