The only bathroom labeled (customers only) has been non-operational for nearly one year and eight months now. Not sure how to feel about what they are trying to communicate here. The cost of the machines has increased by one dollar, and the dryers have changed their pricing structure; they now offer 4 minutes of use for a quarter instead of the previous 5 minutes per quarter. With that being said I see decline in the cleanliness, it used to be kept well by the old man who managed this place but not sure who does it now the floors are a mess. Might be time to take business elsewhere where. They no longer do bill exchanges if that helps anyone.

Then when I needed something altered for my son, the young woman at the counter snapped, "No." Not even "I'm sorry, we can't do that." They have altered things for my daughter--who is Asian--but my son, who's African-American, gets the snot mouth. On top of all of it, they LOST my blouse that I wore to my daughter's wedding reception. They played like I never took it there. Like I'd forget such a thing! The last two unpleasant events occurred right on top of each other, and that is when I went back to the little neighborhood place at 52nd and Genesee, QC Cleaners. What ever made me leave them? They politely accepted the custom job my son wanted done, and they did an awesome job. They've never been later than they say the job will take, they are unfailingly courteous, and they even help me out to my car (I walk with a cane). And you can be SURE they don't lose our stuff!
