This was my first time using a dry cleaners and I was very scared in using one as the reviews were either very good or very bad for the beacon hill dry cleaners but, it's safe to say I LOVE this place! Mr. Kim is so nice and really knows his stuff as I went to go get my prom dress dry cleaned and he pointed out stains I had never seen before. I would totally recommend this place as I only gave him 4 days to clean my dress and he made it look sparkling new for only $13! read more

They are remodeling the old gas station portion and have taken over the little area next door. It's easy to miss but they're there. Ring the bell if the man isn't there at the desk or he doesn't see you. Quick, pretty cheap and there will be a pull through place to park and run in. You can pay with cash, check or credit card. I'm all about convenience these days. read more

8/22/08 UPDATE: Attention to detail has diminished. I think I will be moving on and finding another cleaner. I couple of times now they forgot to press a piece of a garment like a sleeve. I kept on giving them chances mainly because conveniience as they were so close to the crib. But no more. ******************************************************************************* Beside the fact that this place inhabits a former corner gas station... every time I pull up to one of the islands to park I subconsciously search for a squeegee... the folks there are really nice and the prices are very reasonable. Can't beat $0.99 a shirt! I also like the fact that they actually ask how you want your starch. What a revelation! I've always had to tell other cleaners... if I remembered... and it was not often and would always result in heavily starched shirts which I don't like. Bonus Star: Never have they given me the stink eye when I've asked on occasion if I could have my clothes back before their suggested pick-up date. After I leave is probably another story however. Very accomodating and I will try not to abuse this fact. Good people & good clean clothes will be the result. read more

I brought 13 new shirts into this Dry Cleaners and I did not have a choice of starch. It was light or nothing. I went today to pick them up and half of my shirts had stains and they look as wrinkles as when I brought them in. I will never come back to this place. Really bad service! read more

This cleaner deserves a more up to date review! The owner is super-dooper friendly and accommodating!! I always make a mess when I eat and drink, and he always make the effort to get the stains out off my nice cloths. He even jokes with me that I'm a messy girl . When you pick up your stuff, he'll go over the stains and explains his effort. It's not personal here, and I love to be dealing with someone who cares about my stuff like its his. read more

This place is in an old gas station with the strangest roof I've ever seen, but this is about their dry cleaning right? I'm no expert, but they're inexpensive, somewhat quick and everything we've ever brought them has been done on-time and is as clean as can be! Mr. Lee owns and operates this Dry Cleaners and let me tell you besides his prices being super reasonable and his store being only a couple of miles from where we live, not to mention Mr. Lee always has such a pleasant smile on his face and once he gets to know you, you walk in and he will always greet you by name. He does a splendid job that is always very professional and clean. He is one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. I have been coming here on a regular basis for the past 2 years or so, and they're great. Kim and his wife are two of the friendliest people you could ever meet, and they always put a smile on my face. My sweaters and suits always come back looking good as new. i went here for the first and last time. this place is really close to my house so i wanted to give it a try. i gave him 2 pairs of my work trousers and 3 of my boyfriend's dress shirts. i specifically showed him where all the stains were on the dress shirts but he didn't seem to take note of anything. i came to pick them up and found a stain that multiplied. according to the boyfriend, there was only one dark spot on the dress shirt sleeve, but it miraculously multiplied into 3 spots. i can't wrap my head around that part. so we showed it to him and he said he didn't see it or something....uh, maybe you should've listened to me when i was pointing out all the stains for you. shouldn't you fully check the garment before you iron it and SET IN the stain? he said he'll try to get it out. we paid about $16 for everything. okay, so we leave. a few mornings after, i went to put on the pair of trousers i had cleaned and when i tried buttoning it, the button was missing. uh WTF?! we came back for the "re-do" shirt and of course the stain was still there since he set it in the first time around, there's no way of getting it out now. great. what's more upsetting is that he didn't seem at all apologetic about it, and there were no offers to, i don't know, pay for your mistake? that was one nice shirt, and one of my boyfriend's favorites, and now its ruined. the price might be a little cheaper than other places but the risk of your clothes getting damaged is high here. i love my clothes and don't want them to be dry cleaned in a half-assed manner. i prefer attention-to-detail dry cleaners and am willing to pay more for that now. sad to say, this place was a big mistake. read more

**ZERO STAR REVIEW** This business has UNETHICAL and TERRIBLE business practices. My company uses Beacon Hill Cleaners for uniform dry cleaning. I don't typically use this company (I prefer my own) but decided to use it this time around. The next thing I know, I receive an invoice saying my payment is 30 days late with a late charge added on. Clearly this is a mistake and I fully expect them to rectify this situation. On 7/16/12 I call the cleaners to tell them of this problem and ask them to remove the late charge. What I did not expect was their reply: they stated that they sent me the original invoice and that it was not paid in time. In fact, they admitted our company's front desk was closed at the time of invoice delivery so they are not sure why I did not receive it. I informed them that they are NOT authorized to make any charges to my credit card (they have it on file) and if they do, that I will most certainly file a dispute with my credit card company. The guy stated over the phone he would do a hand search for the original invoice and call me back to let me know whether or not they sent it out. I told him that was fine, but reiterated they are NOT authorized to charge my credit card. 2 weeks have past, ZERO phone calls have come in from the cleaners, and I check my credit card statement only to learn that they decided to charge my card the full amount on 8/1/12 without my permission!! WHO DOES THIS??? Maybe you have had a good experience with this cleaner, but I hope that my experience will take you elsewhere for your dry cleaning services. If a company is so unwilling to credit you back a late charge, tells you they will do a hand search for the invoice only to never call you back, then 2 weeks later charges your credit card after you specifically told them NOT to do so, then that company needs to pay the price. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I will be doing my best to convince my own company to do the same. read more

I come here for my husbands dry cleaning. They have always done a pretty good job. I go here because it is near my house and it is the cheapest dry cleaner around. They don't necessarily have the best customer service, but my clothes always come out clean. Keep up the good work! read more
