Super kind gentleman who runs the place- turned my dry cleaning around in time for a wedding. Glad to have a local dry cleaner I can trust.

They were extremely quick to respond to my inquiry via texting, asked great questions to get a sense of how much cleaning the dress would need (they requested some pictures of the stains up front), and gave me a quote for the cost that I felt was very reasonable. The pickup and drop-off part of this service is AMAZING, especially for someone with a busy schedule! They scheduled pick up at my house within a week despite having a high demand for wedding dress cleaning at the time, and sent me an update about what they were planning to do once they had their wedding dress expert take a look at the dress. Their turnaround time was much faster than I expected and they even sent pictures right after the cleaning was finished so I could see how well it came out! I had not requested a steaming since I didn't have plans to use the dress again anytime soon, but they did one complimentary for me which made the dress look absolutely stunning and like it was brand new. There was not a single residual stain left and the dress did not smell like anything - it was just perfectly clean. The final cost of the cleaning was exactly what I expected from the quote and I felt it was incredibly reasonable for the amount of cleaning they had to do, the speed and very high quality of service, and the helpful communication throughout the process. I was 100% satisfied with the end result and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone!

I recently moved to Los Angeles and found a new dry cleaners down the street from me that charged me half the cost for the same items which was refreshing. I thought of this place and wanted to leave a review to warn people how bad this was. These people were hostile, defensive, and greedy. They kept on hassling me about my clothes and texting me for approval for new costs. The texting person gave me an estimate and sent me like over 10 photos of my clothes to point out all the stains and hair that was on my clothes and repeatedly told me my clothes were wrinkled and very dirty. This was unnecessary and made me feel attacked and shamed. Like WTF?? I just wanted them to clean my clothes not pick faults with me! Instead, they acted like they were taking me to court! So much unnecessary stress and hassle for dry cleaners! They ended up charging me over $50 more than originally estimated because my clothes were oh so hard to clean and so dirty. Despite going over the original estimate, they still hassled and tried to guilt me for tip at the end saying they gave me a deal. What deal? Your services are super expensive! The tone they texted me was just so very rude it's like they didn't want me as a customer. I never fought them on the expensive costs but they were hostile from the start. I ended up going back to my previous dry cleaners, City Custom Tailor & Dry Cleaners in Belltown. They are not cheap either, but a little less expensive and they are chill. I do not think cheap dry cleaning exists in Seattle but this service sucks.

First time using their laundry service (dry cleaning) my King size comforter at this location…read more There is a small-ish parking lot infront of the place, but it's quite limited. Plenty of street parking infront of the shops down the street, though it is always busy and spots are always taken. The laundromat is nice and clean. Machine is clean and new. There are spots to sit and wait for your laundry, some arcade games, and they even sell slushies(?) and stuffs there if you need. For my comforter dry cleaning, it's a flat of $70+ (after tax). You drop it off and they'll tell you how long they'd need to get it done (5-6days). But you will get a text message when it's ready. I went to pick it up and decided to take a look right away. Glad I did, because it seems it wasn't cleaned right. The light-yellow ish stain from sweat wasn't even cleaned off. So i immediately showed it to the staff and they right away offered a second time dry clean for free. For this, I thought mistake/subpar quality was made but customer service to make up for it was acceptable. Would still give it another go at this location if I have anything to dry clean next time

It's very clean, safe and the machines are new. It is a bit pricier (no quarters needed, use your credit/debit card) but worth the price. Also, free ice cream and there is also a little arcade area to waste time while waiting for your clothes. Don't have the time or desire to do laundry? They also offer one day fluff and fold!

Julio, the attendant on duty, helped me get situated with a machine and payment. I arrived in at 8:30am on Saturday morning -- an unexpected laundry trip to wash all of my bedding afternoon my elderly cat threw up after drinking water too quickly. Having soaked through the mattress pad, this became a cleaning job too big for my tiny apartment washer. When I walked in, Julio was busy at work cleaning lint traps and wiping down machines. As I looked around with my basket of laundry, a regular walked in. Julio greeted him by name. Then, turning to me, Julio asked if I wanted to split my laundry in two loads or wash all at once. I had three sets of queen sheets, plus a mattress pad, a light weight bed cover, a few extra top sheets and towels. The largest machine handled all of this with room to spare. Another set of sheets would have washed easily with the rest. At $14 per load for the LARGEST machine, dryers are $3.25 for 25 minutes. This is a little high, but this is about what I expected to pay for a wash in the city. The machines are fast, though and time is money. I'm glad to be in and out with fresh bedding in about an hour. I've driven by many times and it's always been busy. I can see why. The other laundromat closer to where I live is unattended, dirty, and the change machine never works. Truly this place is a is a breath of fresh air! It's not often that I have to take my things to a laundromat, but when I need to I'll be taking my things to Laundry Day. Ps. I just noticed the app tells you how many machines are available!
