One thing I appreciate with them in particular are their late hours. Took two pairs of pants in to get hem and not knowing the work wasn't done!!! I personally took my pants in on Tuesday and was told it would be done on Saturday after 1pm. Pick them up at 1:11pm Saturday to find out they were never in the que to be finish but got charged as they were done. Later that day got a phone call by cashiers and was told , your pants are not hem so you need to bring them back. What a joke!!! This has happen two times before but I gave them a pass due to convenience, close to the house. I'm not going into details how I needed them to stick to their time. If you say in 3-4 days than it needs to be that. Not because she can't do it for you because the tailor has another job to attend so your plans are not important. Lol What a joke!! read more

My husband took 2 white dress shirts to the cleaners. He wore one of them for the first time 2 weeks ago and the other shirt he wore 2 months ago. Neither shirt had any stains on them. When he picked up his order as you can see in the photos they both had stains on the collar. The owner refused to wash them again unless my husband paid. Horrible customer service. They clearly don't wash your garments. If you want to pay to have them iron your clothes they are great but they don't wash a thing. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I had this cleaners clean a comforter of mine. The price was $35, rather expensive for what I received. They cleaned it bit when I got it home and pulled it out from the plastic it was still kinda damp! Like really for that price you didn't dry my comforter!? Next time I will take my comforters to the laundromat. Nothing like doing things yourself! I hope they aren't like that with the clothes they clean. 2 stars read more

I used this cleaner for several years but finally switched because I got tired of getting my shirt collars squished! I don't know if they just have too much business or not enough storage, but every time I got my shirts, they were packed tighter than sardines and the collars were all mushed up. When I pay to get my shirts cleaned and ironed, I really want them to be wrinkle free. Is that too much to ask? On the positive, the prices are reasonable and have quick service. read more

I just had my wool coat dry cleaned here and when I brought it in and asked about repairing a hole in the lining it was recommended that I replace the lining altogether (it was a cheap lining, but very expensive coat!) I was hesitant but ultimately feel like I got a great deal. It was about $70 for dry cleaning the coat and a brand new lining that was stitched perfectly. The ladies were incredibly accommodating and followed up with calls and texts about the status of the coat. Highly recommend this shop! read more

Fast , efficient and speedy service are the words and phrases that come to mind....my items are cleaned professionally and they are prompt with their service. They even offer simple alterations if needed. Also I love their 10 items for $40.00; which is pretty awesome (of course this does not mean 10 coats or leather jackets...be reasonable). read more

I have been bringing my clothing here on and off for many years. Customer beware make sure you check and double check on pricing and get it in writing as well. They have a cleaning deal 10 items for $38.95. I brought in 8, ( thought I had 10). Rather than go all the way home and get 2 items. I said to the clerk ,"NowI have to pay the special price for 8 items." The clerk nods. I pick my clothes up and find I'm charged more for 8 items than the 10 items. I know they used the same bulk cleaning method so why am I paying more?? The price difference wasn't a great deal more , but it was the principal. The clerk was a bit nice nasty about the situation I guess I will be finding a new cleaners because my dignity is definitely worth more than a dime. read more
