Received a blouse they had cleaned that came back damaged ~ holes in the fabric. Immediately showed it to Arnold who said it would go to alterations to be repaired, and apologized. No ticket was given. Returned to pick up the blouse and the young boy couldn't find the blouse in the system. He admitted it wasn't placed in the system. I described several times the article of clothing in detail. He said Arnold was on vacation, so he called a woman. It was evident by how described the article of clothing he wasn't listening to me. She finally figured it out, and said the blouse was old and couldn't be repaired. This was a lie. I had just bought it. This company is disorganized, with slow delivery (one week), does not communicate with the customer when an update about an item occurs and lacks integrity by attempting to blame the customer for their article of clothing ~ Ralph Lauren blouse in excellent condition. If they had the courage they would call me and apologize and compensate for the cleaning, since THEY CAUSED THE DAMAGE. Be accountable. It's easier to keep an existing customer. Word gets around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANER. I have moved on and suggest everyone do the same. Note: If it's not easy for them and they make mistakes they beat the customers up and blame them and their article of clothing. This could have been handled in a much easier, friendlier fashion. read more

Thoses guys saved my life. Two hours before my friend's wedding, her toddler burped her milk on me as I was holding her while her parents were getting dressed. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS FOR ANY OF YOUR WEDDING OR WHITE DRESSES!!! I brought several of my white wedding dresses (shower dress, rehearsal dress, reception dress, etc) to Redhill Cleaners after my wedding this past September 2023. When I picked up the dresses, I couldn't help but notice that they were a different color. All of these dresses were worn once and had no stains. The white now looked grey or silver in color! When we brought it to their attention they aggressively insisted that they could fix them and took one of the V. Chapman dresses back to prove it could be fixed. For months they said they'd fixed it, only for us to come in and see that the dress not only had darkened in grey color but shrunken in size. They started to tell us that this was how we brought in the dress and that it always looked this way. I brought in the original bottomed hemmed piece from the dress to compare, it was very clear that there was a striking color and size difference from the original. When we asked for our money back on the dresses or a replacement they immediately confiscated the dress and all the pieces that went with it and told us that they needed to take it for insurance purposes. 4 months later and after several back and forth messages, they finally agreed to purchase a new dress for the one they attempted to fix only. They notified us a month later that the dress was available for pick up but when they handed over the "new" dress it had no tag, was missing the ribbon belt and was clearly not new like they had promised and likely a second hand dress they bought online. They would not let us take any pictures of the damaged dress but I have provided some pictures of the other dresses that were discolored. These dresses were very expensive and I am left with three damaged dresses and no reimbursement. At the bare minimum they did not even reimburse for the cleaning fee for the dresses. My parents have gone to this cleaners for years but we are very upset about how everything was handled and how we were treated. Do not recommend them at all!!!! read more

Terrible experience. I wasn't going to even leave a bad review, but they threatened me so I feel the need to let people know my experience with this company. I spilled on my coat and it had a stain and a smell so I dropped it off, they told me they could fix it. They sent it out to another company twice and the stain and smell were still there. They should have told me from the start that it couldn't be fixed, but instead tried to charge to me $170. I said I will not pay for a job that hasn't been done. They said they were going to keep my coat. I politely said no, took my coat, and then left. They have left me voicemails threatening me and saying I stole from them. Don't take your stuff here. This place did a terrific job on a suit and shirt that I needed pressed on an urgent basis . I checked into the Marriott Irvine and they were unable to help me get my suit pressed ( in house )for my business meetings tomorrow. But I called this cleaners who agreed to come pick up the suit press it and return it to me. They did a fantastic job. I love hard working people that go the extra mile end do a great job. Specials advertised are very misleading and borderline fraudulent. I was quoted a price to dry clean some shirts and charged a higher price at pick-up. Also came to find out that only 2/4 of the shirts I dropped off had been cleaned. I was told that those shirts didn't have wash instructions on the tag, so they decided not to proceed. Huh? It's a $50 dress shirt. Just do what you gotta do. read more

Normally when it comes to service outlets like these I don't go out of my way to make conversation as I'm a very shy person. The owner, I think his name is Kaz, is a very friendly guy and a great conversationalist. He just has this calm, cool demeanor that speaks volumes about his character. I've only had one issue and when I brought my clothes back he humbly apologized and rectified the error quickly without charge. I handed over a couple suits and dress shirts and let them do their magic. One of the dress shirts even had a pretty nasty ketchup stain because some of us just happen to be clumsy eaters! Long story short, the clothing items looked immaculate and like new again. Extremely friendly service. You are greeted with a smile and they treat you like you've been a customer for years. The items were ready exactly when they said it would be, and the prices were more than reasonable. The storefront had a vibe that you just felt they are professional and take care of their clients with respect while paying attention to detail. They have put it on online they have shoe repair and they won't change that and I drove long way to find out they have no shoe repair.

Worst experience with this dry cleaner. Started pick-up and delivery service with them and within 3 weeks they had ruined several of my husbands expensive label work shirts, including melting the buttons, burning the collars and in one case, writing our last name on the bottom of a light-colored Burberry shirt (worn untucked) with a permanent black magic marker. They denied responsibility but still tried to fix all the shirts. They removed buttons from the sleeves of the shirt to replace the front buttons which they had melted and lightened the black marker but did not get it out completely. We contacted management and eventually the owner several times about these issues and after denying responsibility and refusing to pay for the damaged shirts they informed us that they were cancelling our pick up and delivery service as well as threatened to sue us for defamation if we posted a poor (but true) review online. We had switched from our regular, more expensive dry cleaning delivery service and went running back after this - I guess you get what you pay for... read more
