Very happy with my first experience here. I brought 18 pieces (17 for dry clean, 1 pair of pants to fix one leg hem) and it came out to around $230. All of the pieces were cleaned well and the pants were fixed perfectly! One of my dresses had some damage that we didn't even know about. One of the employees told me they tried to clean it two times before the pick-up date, but needed my permission if I wanted them to attempt to fix the damage. I agreed, knowing that it may not work, and she told me I didn't have to pay extra for the service. I have yet to know what the results are, but regardless, I really appreciated that from her! Employees are really friendly and they really make you feel like they'll take the best care of your clothes. Will be going back for all of my dry cleaning/tailoring needs in the future! read more

I dropped off my work clothes to get dry cleaned 2 days before on Wednesday by a nice and happy Hispanic lady as well and was told it would be ready around Thursday late afternoon. Well, I have an evening shift later and wanted to see if I could pick them up earlier so that it would be easier for me instead of driving around the world. I called in the morning and spoke to the same sweet lady that helped me today and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes from now. These thieves charged me $85 to ruin all my clothes. $85 for a skirt, 2 jackets, and one pair of pants.
